Values reflect a persons behavior in accordance with the norms and the rules t applied in religion. Religious interpreted as properties associated with religious values. Religiosity value refers to the values which guides human behavior to the right destination. Religiosities value is the concept of mans relationship to God, man to other man, and man to himself. Religiosity value cannot be separated from man behavior toward the truth and his behavior toward the rules of the religion. This study aims: (1) to understand the value of religiosity in âAhokâ leadership, (2) to determine the form of self-regulation in the leadership of âAhokâ. This study uses a qualitative approach using content analysis. Sources of data in this study comprise any recorded data related to Ahokâs performance; those data include any printed or electronic transcriptions of the mass media.This study examined the value of religiosity of âAhokâ concerning with (1) the religiosity relationship of Ahok to his God, (2) the religiosity relationship Ahok Â to the community, and (3) the religiosity relationship Ahok to himself. In addition, the form of âAhokâ leadership regulation comparises (1) receiving, (2) evaluating, (3) searching, (4) formulating, (5) implementing, and (6) assessing.Key words: Values, Religiosity, Leadership, Self-Regulation.

Abstract: Critical discourse analysis sees language as an important factor is how the use of language to see the power imbalance that occurs in society. Based on this it can be said that basically discourse become an inseparable part of the process and mechanisms of power. The objectives of this study were: (1) determine the form of the discourse of power in Jokowi speech, (2) determine the function of the discourse of power in a speech Jokowi, and (3) know the power of discourse strategies in speech Jokowi. This study uses content analysis approach to be based on the theory of critical discourse analysis Norman Fairclough, which focuses on how the language becomes a means of achieving power.Key Words: critical discourse, power, shape the discourse of power, discourse function of power, discourse strategies of powerAbstrak: Analisis wacana kritis mencermati bahasa sebagai faktor yang penting yaitu bagaimana penggunaan bahasa untuk melihat ketimpangan kekuasaan yang terjadi dalam masyarakat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dinyatakan bahwa pada dasarnya wacana menjadi bagian yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari proses dan mekanisme kekuasaan.Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan bentuk wacana kekuasaan dalam tuturan Jokowi, (2) mendeskripsikan fungsi wacana kekuasaan dalam tuturan Jokowi, dan (3) mendeskripsikan strategi wacana kekuasaan dalam tuturan Jokowi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi dengan berpatokan pada teori analisis wacana kritis Norman Fairclough yang menitikberatkan pada bagaimana bahasa itu menjadi alat pencapaian sebuah kekuasaan.Kata Kunci: wacana kritis, wacana kekuasaan, fungsi wacana kekuasaan, strategi wacana kekuasaan

This study aims to develop a center and circle learning model based on inclusive education in the form of learning modules that can be applied by teachers in kindergarten. This research was conducted to overcome the problems that arise, namely misinterpretation (wrong perception) towards the implementation of inclusive education. Therefore, a development of learning models is needed so that the goals of inclusive education can be achieved. Development of this learning model uses steps proposed by Borg & Gall. The research subjects were 5 kindergartens with 30 teachers as respondents. The instrument of data collection is an observation sheet that includes four dimensions, namely the feasibility of content, language, presentation, and graphics. Furthermore, the data analysis technique was obtained from the calculation of the percentage of the score of the observation sheet which then the results of these percentages were categorized based on criteria namely very weak, weak, sufficient, strong, and very strong. Based on the results of the analysis obtained content eligibility data of 70.8% with a strong category, language validation of 75.6% with a strong category, for presentation validation of 72.8% with a strong category, while for graphic validation is 76.4% with a strong category. This means that learning modules designed for center learning and inclusive education-based circles are classified as good / decent learning tools.

Abstract This study aims to compare the speeches of football commentators in the English and Indonesian Leagues through a pragmatic theory of cross-cultural. The researcher chooses the English Premier League as the subject of comparison to the Indonesian League due to the FIFA datum, Premier League is the football league with the most spectators in the world. The researcher observes the illocutionary acts that appear in the speeches of the commentators between the two leagues. The researcher used a documentative data collection method. The researcher transcribed the video as the data source and analyzed it using Searle's speech act theory. The results showed that the types of illocutionary acts in both data were the same, assertive, expressive, and declarative . It's just that the difference appears at the level of detail function. The Indonesian League commentator's speech has more specific function. Apart from that, the speeches of Indonesian League football commentators were dominantly expressive speeches praising (31.15%), while for English League commentators were assertive in informing (41.05%). A comparison of the two cross-cultural commentators' speech data can reflect the speech habits of each community.Keywords: illocutionary acts, football commentators, cross-cultural pragmatics Â Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan tuturan komentator sepak bola Liga Inggris dan Liga Indonesia dalam kajian pragmatik lintas budaya. Liga Inggris dipilih sebagai subjek pembanding Liga Indonesia karena sesuai data FIFA Liga Inggris adalah liga sepak bola dengan penonton paling banyak di dunia. Penelitian ini mengamati tindak ilokusi yang muncul pada tuturan komentator dua liga tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan secara dokumentatif. Peneliti melakukan transkripsi terhadap video sumber data kemudian menganalisisnya dengan teori tindak tutur Searle. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tipe tindak ilokusi yang muncul pada kedua data ternyata sama, yaitu tipe asertif, ekspresif, dan deklaratif. Hanya saja, perbedaan muncul pada tingkat detail fungsi. Tuturan komentator Liga Indonesia memiliki detail fungsi lebih banyak. Selain itu, yang dominan muncul dalam tuturan komentator sepak bola Liga Indonesia adalah tuturan ekspresif memuji (31,15%), sedangkan untuk tuturan komentator Liga Inggris adalah asertif menginfomasikan (41,05%). Perbandingan dua data tuturan komentator lintas budaya ini mampu merefleksikan kebiasaan tutur masing- masing masyarakatnya. Inferiority and superiority are part of Alfred Adler's concept of individual psychology. The purpose of this study is to understand more deeply about the forms of inferiority in the aspects of feeling (1) insecure, (2) shyness, (3) withdrawing from the environment (withdrawal), forms of superiority in the aspects of (1) defense ego, (2) confident, (3) patient, (4) idealistic, in the novel Hello Salma by Ersica Febriani. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The data were obtained in the form of facts and then analyzed using the Psychology of Literature approach. Collection techniques namely reading notes, literature study, and corpus. Analysis techniques through the preparation stage, collecting theory, selecting, analyzing, drawing conclusions, and preparing reports. The results of the study show the inferiority of the characters in terms of feelings: (1) insecure including pessimism, lack of confidence experienced by Nathan and Salma. (2) Shyness (shyness), a feeling of anxiety about other people's views of her owned by Rebecca, as well as Salma's silent and awkward attitude. (3) Withdrawing from the environment (withdrawal), feeling uncomfortable, insecure in a social environment, often seen alone, was found in Rebcca. Forms of superiority aspect: (1) Ego defense, maintaining self-image as well as trying to accept Nathan's situation. (2) Confidence, belief in one's own abilities, having a strong drive for achievement that Rebecca feels. (3) Patience, keeping the soul from complaining, patiently accepting fate, not giving up easily that Salma encountered. (4) Idealistic, the idea that becomes the principle of life in accordance with the foundation that is considered perfect by the character Salma.

Literary work is the only work of art that can represent the life of the writer and someone else in various forms so that it is related to h Likewise, novels are able to describe the broad and complex reality of human life to offer valuable lessons or morals for their readers. This study aims to describe aspects of the character hierarchy and offer an interpretation of the basic needs for survival of the characters through a literary psychology approach which can be used as an alternative to literary studies. The data source is the Malik & Elsa novel published by PT Transmedia Distributor. The focus of his research is the hierarchy of needs of figures with the theory launched by Maslow, the theory is named Abraham Maslow's hierarchy of needs t The formulation of the problem discusses physiological needs, a sense of security, belonging and love, and self-esteem. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative. Data collection techniques are reading, analysis and corpus techniques. The results showed that (1) Malik's physiological needs were met when he won the guessing game with Elsa. (2) The safety needs needed by Malik, in financial form. The aspect of feeling secure is fulfilled by working as a porter in the market. (3) Malik needs a love connection, in the form of love and affection from the opposite sex, namely Elsa. The sense of love and belonging between the two characters is fulfilled. However, due to caste differences between the two, they could not unite. (4) The esteem needs of Malik's character continue his college education.

Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan sosiolinguistik. Karena sosiolinguistik ialah studi yang mengkaji asosiasi antara bahasa dan masyarakat dengan fokus dari cara bahasa itu dipakai pada latar belakang sosial dan siapa yang sedang menggunakannya. Metode yang diterapkan dalam kajian ini yaitu metode deskriptif, yang merupakan teknik analisis yang dipakai untuk menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan data maupun fenomena yang diamati secara apa adanya tanpa mencoba untuk menguji hipotesis atau mencari hubungan sebab akibat. Penelitian ini memakai teori Trudgill, yang mengatakan kata-kata tabu merupakan masalah yang berkaitan dengan tingkah laku yang dianggap secara supranatural melarang atau dipandang tidak memiliki moral serta tidak patut untuk dibicarakan apalagi di depan umum. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kata tabu dalam film It's Okay To Not Be Okay dengan memakai teori wardhaugh (1986) dalam membagi jenis kata menjadi enam yang mencakup (1) seks, kata tabu yang diperoleh dalam jenis ini terdapat dua belas data (2) bagian tubuh, kata tabu yang diperoleh dalam jenis ini terdapat lima data (3) binatang, kata tabu yang diperoleh dalam jenis ini terdapat tiga belas data (4) kematian, kata tabu yang diperoleh dalam jenis ini terdapat dua puluh data (5) ekskresi, kata tabu yang diperoleh dalam jenis ini terdapat enam data (6) agama, kata tabu yang diperoleh dalam jenis ini terdapat dua data. Film ini bercerita tentang seseorang yang bekerja sebagai perawat di bangsal dan satu orang penulis cerita anak-anak yang punya stigma antisosial. Setelah mereka dipertemukan, pelan-pelan keduanya mulai menyembuhkan luka emosionalnya masing-masing. Sepanjang episode, masalah lain muncul dan terungkap mengenai kebenaran masa lalu yang sudah menghantui hidup mereka.

Novel merupakan jenis karya sastra yang dapat menggambarkan kehidupan masyarakat secara objektif melalui cerita naratif. Salah satunya yaitu novel berjudul Malioboro at Midnight karya Skysphire. Peristiwa yang terjadi di dalam kisah selalu berkaitan erat dengan segala aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh para tokoh untuk berinteraksi secara sosial di lingkungan masyarakatnya, aktivitas tersebut disebut sebagai tindakan sosial. Tindakan sosial adalah kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pelaku kepada orang lain untuk mendapatkan reaksi. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian karena ingin mendeskripsikan secara tajam dan memberikan gambaran secara objektif tentang bentuk tindakan sosial dalam novel Malioboro at Midnight karya Skysphire. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu kajian sosiologi sastra. Metode penelitian berupa deskriptif kualitatif. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukakan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil yang didapatkan antara lain tindakan (1) tradisional, yakni tradisi keyakinan dan budaya, 2) afektif, yaitu emosi marah yang lebih dominan daripada emosi lainnya, 3) rasional nilai, di antaranya nilai kebenaran, cinta kasih, kebajikan, dan tanpa kekerasan, serta 4) tindakan rasional instrumen, berupa tujuan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang.

Depictions of people's lives not only occur in the real world, but are also found in literary works. One of the literary works that presents stories about life through writing is a novel, such as the novel entitled Malioboro at Midnight by Skysphire. In the novel Malioboro at Midnight by Skysphire, there are activities carried out by the characters, namely social actions. The main characteristics of social action are the target of sociological research. Therefore, this research aims to describe in depth and obtain an objective picture of the main characteristics of social action in the novel Malioboro at Midnight by Skysphire. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research approach is a combination of two fields of study, namely literary sociology. The research was carried out through several stages, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in this research are (1) actions that have subjective meaning, namely positive and negative assumptions, (2) actions that are mental and subjective, namely feelings of anger that dominate, (3) actions that have a positive influence, namely the application of social values. which is beneficial to other people and gives inner satisfaction to the perpetrator, (4) the action is directed at other people to get a response, namely rational, instrumental and affective action, and (5) the action is a response, namely affective action. So, it can be concluded that sociological aspects in the form of the main characteristics of social action can be described objectively in literary works.
