Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this study is to look at how employee engagement and leadership style affect worker productivity at the main unit of PT PLN (State Electricity Company) in the West Kalimantan Region. Design/Methods/Approach: An explanatory design and a quantitative methodology were used in the study. Documentary studies, questionnaires, and observation were some of the methods used to collect data. Customers who have utilized go-pay services in Pontianak made up the respondents. A Likert scale was used to measure the data, and multiple regression analysis was used. Findings: With a statistical analysis result of t-value 6.794 > t-table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the research findings show that the Employee Engagement variable has a positive and substantial impact on employee productivity in the partial test (t-test). In a similar vein, the leadership style variable also strongly influences the work productivity variable, as seen by the resulting t-value of 5.889 > t-table 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The estimated F-value is 91.568 > F-table 3.090, and the significant value is 0.000, which is less than the significance level of 0.05, according to the simultaneous test (F-test). Originality/Value: This study focuses on how leadership style and employee engagement affect workers' productivity at West Kalimantan's PT. PLN (Persero) Regional Main Unit. A crucial component is employee involvement. The study's findings can give the business information that it can use to improve decision-making procedures and raise worker productivity. Practical/Policy implication: This research can be utilized in formulating company management policies that emphasize the importance of employee engagement and the implementation of effective leadership styles, which can result in a more motivated and productive workforce.

Abstract

Cooperatives in Indonesia are an economics movement of the Indonesian people who are democratic and have a social character. Cooperatives, in addition to the form of associations in which people who are economically weak work together to improve their destiny, are also businesses engaged in the economic field. That is, in addition to being and acting as an ordinary association, cooperatives also organize economic activities. Cooperatives Actually, it is said that Indonesian cooperatives have a social character, but Indonesian cooperatives should not ignore rational economic laws. Members of the cooperative cooperate in organizing production, buying, selling, savings and loans or credit, purchasing services and so on. The types of cooperatives that exist and develop today are: savings and loan cooperatives, credit cooperatives, production cooperatives, consumption cooperatives, multipurpose cooperatives. This study aims to find out what factors are considered by debtors in applying for a loan at CU Stella Maris in Pontianak. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with a quantitative descriptive approach. The variables in this study are location, interest rate, guarantee, and service. The population in this study was debtors who borrowed from CU stella maris in Pontianak, the number of respondents determined was 30 respondents. Sample determination using nonprobability sampling, namely by purposive sampling, meaning the determination of the sample based on certain objectives and considerations. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and observations. Data analysis using Cochran Q Test analysis. Research results Based on the results of the Cochran Q-Test test which was carried out as many as 1 test, it can be concluded that all respondents agreed to choose the attributes of location, interest rate, guarantee and service as attributes that are considered by consumers in applying for a loan at CU Stella Maris in Pontianak. This is evidenced by testing using Cochran Qtest, where in the submission, the results of Qhitung (6.30) < Qtabel (7.81) were obtained. In accordance with the results of these calculations and the hypothesis that has been previously stated, the four attributes above are considered valid as attributes that are considered by debtors in applying for a loan at CU Stella Maris in Pontianak.

Abstract

A good business financial strategy is one of the main keys to developing a business to be bigger and more sustainable. A successful business not only depends on quality products or services, but also requires efficient and strategic financial management. When business finances are well managed, companies can allocate funds wisely, avoid excessive debt, increase liquidity, and make sound business decisions. By implementing appropriate financial management strategies, businesses can improve their performance, maintain financial stability, and ensure long-term sustainability. That's why understanding and applying these principles is so important to business success. The method used in this article is a literature review. Literature studies can be obtained from various sources, including journals, books, the internet and libraries. This research discusses the definition of business sustainability, the role of financial strategy in business sustainability, and the success of financial strategy in increasing business sustainability.

Abstract

UMKM plays an important role in the Indonesian economy as it contributes significantly, in the formation of gross domestic product and labour absorption. In Pontianak City there is a tourist village of Kampong Melayu BML located in the Pontiak South Prefecture, Pontian City, West Kalimantan. Right next to the Kapuas River, Kampong Melayu BML not only offers a beautiful panorama of nature, but also a history of many cultures with different tribal backgrounds (Kemenparekraf, 2022). Kampong Melayu Tourism Village BML has become one of the important bases in developing small and medium-sized enterprises that have the potential to generate quality economic growth. The purpose of this PKM activity is to have an understanding of the basic concepts and the importance of financial literacy in business as well as an understanding about the planning and management of financial good and correct. With the existence of training in financial literature for UMKM participants in the Village Tourism of Malay Village Pontianak, it is expected to create a stronger and more sustainable business environment. From the knowledge and skills acquired, they will become more independent entrepreneurs and able to face challenges in the world of tourism business.
