Abstract

This study aims to determine the feasibility of the plant morphology module for Biology Students Semester 3 for the 2021/2022 FKIP academic year at Pasir Pengaraian University. This research was carried out from May 2022 to January 2023. The type of research used is the ADDIE Research and Development model. The population in this study were all students of the Biology Education Study Program FKIP Pasir Pengaraian University for the 2021/2022 academic year. The sample in this study were 36 semester 3 students for the 2021/2022 academic year of the Biology Education Study Program. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire and data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the plant morphology module for Semester 3 Biology students as a whole was declared "very feasible" with an average percentage of 88%. Based on the validation of linguists with an average acquisition percentage of 93.7% included in the "very feasible" category, validation of material experts with an average acquisition percentage of 88.1% included in the "very feasible" category, individual trials averaged the percentage of 85% is included in the "appropriate" category, small group trials the average percentage is 84.6% is included in the "adequate" category, and the field trials the average percentage gain is 88.6% is included in the "very feasible" category . So the results of this study indicate that the plant morphology module is very suitable for use by educators and students in the learning process.

Abstract

This study was carried out in a setting in West Kalimantan's Kubu Raya Regency. This study's goals were to identify: Implementation of the Kubu Raya "Kepong Bakol" Micro Enterprise Empowerment Activities in Increasing Comparative Advantage in Kubu Raya. This study employs a qualitative methodology and a case study design. With 7 informants, including 1 key informant and 6 main informants, data was collected using interview, observation, and documentation procedures. According to the research, the "Kepong Bakol" Kubu Raya Micro Enterprise Empowerment Activities were carried out during the empowerment stage. The planning, execution, mentoring, assessment, and follow-up phases of micro business empowerment efforts. Data gathering, need analysis, activity preparation, and cross-sector collaboration are all part of planning. The three accesses of access to money, access to human resource development, and access to marketing are used to carry out the implementation process.

Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia mendayagunakan manusia sebagai tenaga secara manusiawi, agar potensi fisik dan psikis yang dimilikinya berfungsi maksimal bagi pencapaian tujuan organisasi, manajemen ssumber daya manusia menjadi hal penting dalam organisasi, karena menyangkut persoalan-persoalan seperti kesediaan tenaga kerja berbakat dalam rangka mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang direncanakan, kualitas tenaga manajerial dan pengendalian biaya yang sangat besar,Saat ini manajemen sumber daya manusia diartikan sebagai pengelolaan jumlah tenaga kerja yang sangat berbakat. Pengharagaan baik berupa reward dan punishment adalah suatu cara yang dilakukan agar kinerja yang dihasilkan bisa memenuhi harapan dari suatu organisasi. Karena di saat sekarang dinamika bekerja sudah sangat kompetitif sehingga memerlukan suatu sistem dimana sistem tersebut bisa memberikan pengaruh bagi pegawai untuk memberikan prestasi kerja yang maksimal, punishment atau sanksi diberikan tidak bermaksud untuk mencari kesalahan melainkan untuk memberikan rasa aman dalam bekerja dan tetap sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kebijakan pengharaggan dan sanksi Pegawai Pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Sanggau. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah analisis kuantitatif dan untuk pengukuran data digunakan regresi linear berganda. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kebijakan tersebut berada pada predikat “baik”. namun terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang harus dibenahi.

Abstract

Penyakit demam berdarah dengue (DBD) merupakan salah satu penyakit yang menjadi masalah di masyarakat. Nyamuk Aedes aegypti dan Aedes albopictus merupakan nyamuk yang berperan utama sebagai vektor penyakit demam berdarah dengue (DBD). Telah banyak upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah tingginya kasus DBD, baik secara biologi, kimia, fisika/mekanik serta usaha-usaha lain oleh manusia. Program pemerintah yang dicanangkan yaitu 4M plus, diantaranya menggunakan predator ikan pemakan jentik nyamuk. Pemanfaatan ikan sebagai predator alami larva nyamuk adalah salah satu cara pengendalian secara biologi yang mudah untuk dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Metode pengendalaian secara biologis ini dapat mengurangi kepadatan larva nyamuk serta tidak menimbulkan masalah bagi kesehatan lingkungan. Tujuan dari pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada mitra (siswa di SDN 2 Metro Timur) terkait tentang nyamuk Aedes sp dan pencegahan DBD dengan 4M plus sehingga pencegahan DBD dapat dilakukan secara dini.                Solusi yang ditawarkan kepada mitra pada kegiatan ini yaitu memberi pengetahuan tentang morfologi telur hingga dewasa nyamuk Aedes sp, habitat, perilaku harian nyamuk. Selain itu pengenalan terhadap predator/ pemakan jentik nyamuk Aedes sp. Ikan predator yang digunakan yaitu ikan cupang (Betta sp). Metode pada kegiatan ini adalah dengan presentasi dan diskusi tanya jawab. Dibagikan brosur tentang pengendalian nyamuk Aedes sp, serta pembagian ikan cupang.  Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan dapat memberikan tambahan pengetahuan kepada mitra (siswa SDN 2 Metro Timur) tentang DBD dan ikan predator jentik nyamuk sebagai salah satu upaya alternatif pencegahan terhadap kasus DBD di lingkungan sekolahan.

Abstract

Fintech is rapidly growing in various sectors such as payment start-ups, lending, financial planning, retail investment, financing, remittances, and financial research. Many start-up apps use pay-later payment services, so it is important to consider the consequences without a good financial understanding. Fintech plays an important role in effective payment transactions and has become part of the hedonistic lifestyle, increasing people's consumptive behavior. Financial literacy and fintech play a role in the decision to use PayLater services in Pontianak City, with financial literacy contributing positively at 27.8% and fintech at 53.1%. Although a hedonic lifestyle does not moderate the relationship between financial literacy and PayLater usage, it still has a positive effect of 22.2%. Overall, financial literacy, fintech, and lifestyle have a significant role in the decision to use PayLater in Pontianak City.

Abstract

This Islamic bank merger has a strategy, namely as a corporate action or an action taken which aims to achieve the company's desired targets and is able to increase value for stakeholders and have a positive impact on shareholders. So, if financial performance changes, these changes can be used to assess whether the merger will have a good impact on the company or not. One tool for measuring financial performance to see the level of management's success in managing the financial resources owned by the company is to use EVA and MVA. The method used in this research is the EVA, MVA and Paired Sample T-Test approaches. Where the Paired Sample T-Test is used to test two averages from two independent samples. From the results of research using the EVA and MVA methods it can be seen that the EVA and MVA of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia, Tbk has a positive value. A positive EVA indicates that there is added value to the company, indicating the company's performance and a positive MVA indicates that the company management has succeeded in increasing the value of the company with the capital that has been invested by capital owners or investors. The difference in financial performance using the Paired Sample T-Test test at Bank Syariah Indonesia, there is a significant difference in financial performance which is smaller than the alpha value (0.000 < 0.05).

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan masalah kesehatan yang prevalensinya terus meningkat, terutama di masyarakat perkotaan. Gaya hidup yang tidak sehat menjadi salah satu faktor risiko utama terjadinya hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya hidup dengan kejadian hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Belimbing. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 95 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang mencakup komponen gaya hidup seperti pola makan, aktivitas fisik, pola tidur, dan kebiasaan merokok. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden yang mengalami hipertensi memiliki gaya hidup tidak sehat. Uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya hidup dengan kejadian hipertensi (p=0,0001). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tidak sehat gaya hidup seseorang, maka semakin besar risikonya untuk mengalami hipertensi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya peningkatan promosi gaya hidup sehat di masyarakat untuk mencegah dan mengendalikan hipertensi secara efektif.Kata kunci: Gaya hidup; Hipertensi; Aktivitas fisik; Pola makan; Merokok

Abstract

This study formulates a sustainable development strategy for Kampong Melayu Tourism Village, Sea Malay Continent, Pontianak, through SWOT analysis. This village has a distinctive cultural and natural tourism potential, but is constrained by minimal promotion and lack of a modern management system. The use of mixed methods in this study was by collecting data through observation, interviews, and questionnaire dissemination. The results showed the position of quadrant I (stable growth) with an internal score of 4.22 and external 4.28. The suggested strategies include the use of cultural and tourist attraction (SO) strengths, improving digital information and promotion systems (WO), strengthening branding and cooperation networks (ST), and developing creative marketing plans (WT). This finding is expected to be a reference for policymakers in designing competitive tourism village development

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of workload and internal communication on the performance of employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Kubu Raya Regency, with work motivation as a mediating variable. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative-causal design, involving all 30 employees as the sample using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and literature reviews, and analyzed using multiple regression and the Sobel test with SPSS 31. The findings reveal that workload and internal communication significantly and positively influence work motivation, while workload and internal communication both have a significant negative effect on performance. Furthermore, work motivation does not mediate the relationship between workload and performance but significantly mediates the effect of internal communication on performance. This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the mediating role of work motivation and provides practical implications for improving performance through proportional workload management, enhancing the quality of internal communication, and strengthening work motivation.

Abstract

UMKM plays an important role in the Indonesian economy as it contributes significantly, in the formation of gross domestic product and labour absorption. In Pontianak City there is a tourist village of Kampong Melayu BML located in the Pontiak South Prefecture, Pontian City, West Kalimantan. Right next to the Kapuas River, Kampong Melayu BML not only offers a beautiful panorama of nature, but also a history of many cultures with different tribal backgrounds (Kemenparekraf, 2022). Kampong Melayu Tourism Village BML has become one of the important bases in developing small and medium-sized enterprises that have the potential to generate quality economic growth. The purpose of this PKM activity is to have an understanding of the basic concepts and the importance of financial literacy in business as well as an understanding about the planning and management of financial good and correct. With the existence of training in financial literature for UMKM participants in the Village Tourism of Malay Village Pontianak, it is expected to create a stronger and more sustainable business environment. From the knowledge and skills acquired, they will become more independent entrepreneurs and able to face challenges in the world of tourism business.
