Abstract

Di era Society 5.0, kehadiran robot kolaboratif manusia (cobot) menjadi tantangan dinamika baru bagi tenaga kerja. Cobot dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas, namun dapat mengancam keberadaan pekerjaan manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi adaptif yang diperlukan untuk mempertahankan tenaga kerja terhadap integrasi robot kolaboratif (cobot) di tempat kerja, dengan fokus pada faktor-faktor seperti persepsi terhadap cobot, tingkat kesiapan pekerja, pengalaman pelatihan, budaya dan lingkungan kerja, serta dukungan manajerial. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan secara kualitatif melibatkan studi kasus di 5 perusahaan di wilayah Jabodetabek, dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap 3 pekerja dan 1 manajer di tiap perusahaan dalam rangka mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik dalam integrasi cobot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan manajerial yang kuat berkontribusi pada sikap positif pekerja terhadap cobot, menciptakan rasa aman dan keterlibatan. Budaya perusahaan yang kolaboratif juga mendorong adaptasi, sementara budaya yang hierarkis memicu resistensi. Tingkat kesiapan pekerja bervariasi; beberapa merasa percaya diri, sedangkan yang lain merasa kurang terampil dan membutuhkan pelatihan lebih. Responden menginginkan program pelatihan yang lebih praktis dan berkelanjutan, fokus pada keterampilan lintas fungsi. Saran yang diberikan mencakup perlunya komunikasi yang jelas dari manajemen, dukungan berkelanjutan, serta perbaikan dalam program pelatihan agar lebih relevan dengan kebutuhan pekerja. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi perusahaan dalam merencanakan strategi integrasi teknologi yang efektif dan responsif terhadap perubahan di tempat kerja.

Abstract

The "Investing Competition" activity was carried out in order to improve financial literacy among students in particular and the younger generation in general. The initial survey of the activity found a low level of financial literacy among generation Z students, so efforts were needed to provide a better understanding of investment. Through interactive training and virtual trading competitions for 2 (two) months, participants experienced a significant increase in their understanding of investment, with an average pre-test score increasing from 55 before the training to 80 after the training. Despite obstacles, such as time constraints, differences in knowledge background, and geographical distance, the participants showed high enthusiasm. The trading competition attended by various universities not only provided practical experience, but also encouraged participants to learn from their mistakes and share strategies with fellow students, as well as creating a mutually supportive learning community. The results of this activity show the potential of the younger generation as smart investors, as well as the importance of financial education in building financial independence. The conclusion of this activity highlights the success of the methods used and provides suggestions for the development of similar activities in the future, such as increasing the duration of training and post-activity support in a special community. It is hoped that this initiative will contribute to better economic development, especially for the younger generation.

Abstract

Era globalisasi yang dihadapi setiap bangsa pada saat ini menjadikan dunia menjadi terbuka dan terkoneksi. Hal ini menuntut kesadaran dan kesiapan sumber daya manusia bahwa keterbukaan menjadi sesuatu yang nyata. Disisi lain, untuk meningkatkan kesadaran SDM dalam lingkup organisasi, maka perusahaan perlu mendorong employee engagement agar lebih baik. Tujuan utama penelitian yakni menganalisis pengaruh organizational trust dan organizational justice terhadap employee engagement pekerja milenial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 150 responden yang ditentukan dengan pendekatan convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang kemudian dibagikan secara online. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS dengan menampilkan hasil pengolahan data melalui uji instrumen penelitian dengan uji validitas dan reabilitas, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menyimpulkan organizational trust dan organizational justice berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Implikasi penelitian menginformasikan untuk meningkatkan engagement dapat dilakukan dengan dorongan dari pimpinan perusahaan melalui prakarsa saling percaya, saling pengertian, saling menghormati, serta belajar hidup dalam perbedaan antar sesama karyawan di tempat mereka bekerja. Akibatnya, kepuasan kerja akan diperoleh dengan sebenarnya, kedekatan kerjasama yang lebih baik dengan sesama, tujuan yang lebih jelas, dan prestasi akan dicapai bila tujuan telah tercapai The globalization era that every nation faces has made the world open and connected. This requires the awareness and readiness of human resources that openness becomes something real. On the other hand, companies need to encourage better employee engagement to increase HR awareness within the organization's scope. The main objective of the research is to analyze the effect of organizational trust and organizational justice on the employee engagement of millennial workers. The sample in this study amounted to 150 respondents, who were determined by the convenience sampling approach. Data collection uses a questionnaire instrument which is then distributed online. Data analysis uses the SPSS application by displaying data processing results through research instrument tests with validity and reliability tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. Based on the data analysis results, organizational trust and justice have a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The research information implies that increasing engagement can be carried out with encouragement from company leaders through mutual trust, mutual understanding, mutual respect, and learning to live in differences among fellow employees in their workplaces. As a result, actual job satisfaction will be obtained, closer cooperation with others is better, goals are clearer, and achievement will be achieved when goals have been achieved.

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution era has brought a significant influence on changing the digital business landscape, including in the banking sector. The position of employees as individual human resources (HR) who present knowledge, skills, and professional service capabilities is seriously threatened at a time when digital change and complexity is said to be able to replace all human work. The strategic transformation of human resource management (HR) is inevitably crucial at PT. XYZ to ensure the sustainability of the banking business. This research aims to explain the strategic role of human resource management development in PT. XYZ in facing the complexity of digital technology transformation in banking. The method used is a qualitative approach, through interviews, observations and documentation. The object of the study is Bank XYZ employees who graduated from the Management Development Program (MDP) including the Director of Retail Banking, Head of Networking and Distribution, and Staff XYZ. Data analysis through stages, data reduction, data presentation and ending with drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the strategic transformation in human resource management (HR) carried out by PT. XYZ to remain relevant in the industrial era 4.0. Employees remain recognized as a key factor in building customer trust, through their expertise in utilizing technology. For this reason, integration between employees and technology is crucial to increase the effectiveness and sustainability of the company. This study recommends the implementation of an updated training program for mastering the latest technology. Another suggestion is the need to strengthen the core values of the organization, such as integrity, discipline, and employee concern for customers. Employees should also remain open to change and commit to learning new things

Abstract

Artikel tersebut melaporkan sebuah penelitian yang meneliti dampak kelelahan emosional dan introversi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan retail di Indonesia. Penelitian ini melibatkan 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan perusahaan, dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Uji Instrumental, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Linier Berganda dan Uji Hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 24 for Windows. Dampak kelelahan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 69,2% dibuktikan dengan temuan penelitian. Semakin tinggi tingkat kelelahan emosional, maka karyawan berada pada level dimana mereka tidak mampu mengatasi emosi penolakan. Di situlah letaknya. Karyawan dengan tingkat kelelahan emosional yang tinggi sulit mendahulukan kepentingan bersama di atas kepentingan pribadi. Di sisi lain, penelitian menemukan bahwa kepribadian introvert memberikan pengaruh positif meski hanya 9,9% terhadap kinerja karyawan. Introvert tetap mampu beradaptasi di tempat kerja meski membutuhkan waktu.

Abstract

Vocational High Schools (SMK) play a crucial role in preparing a competent workforce ready to meet industrial challenges. However, the implementation of practicum methods faces various obstacles, particularly in terms of limited facilities. This study quantitatively examines the impact of practicum facilities on learning quality at SMK Negeri in Blora Regency. Through a data-driven approach, it aims to provide concrete recommendations for policymakers in enhancing vocational education effectively and sustainably. Using a quantitative correlational and ex post facto research approach, the study involved 383 vocational school teachers, with a sample of 196 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed for validity, reliability, normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The descriptive analysis shows that 20.92% of respondents rated the facilities as excellent, 36.73% as good, 26.53% as adequate, 11.22% as poor, and 4.59% as very poor The findings indicate that 85.7% of learning quality variation is influenced by practicum facilities, with an effective contribution of 84.54% and a relative contribution of 98.42%.. These results highlight the significant role of practicum facilities in improving learning outcomes and ensuring graduates' readiness for industrial demands. Enhancing these facilities is essential for the effectiveness and sustainability of vocational education

Abstract

Vocational education plays a crucial role in preparing skilled workers amidst the demands of Industry 4.0; however, limited practical facilities often hinder the quality of learning. This study examines the impact of practical facilities on the quality of learning in State Vocational High Schools in Blora Regency, based on data indicating that approximately 38% of facilities in several vocational schools do not meet the standards. This quantitative study, employing an ex post facto approach, involved 196 teachers as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed through descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests, and simple and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 29.0. The study’s results showed that practical facilities had a positive and significant impact on learning quality, with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.926 (robust) and a determination coefficient (R²) of 0.857, indicating that practical facilities explained 85.7% of the variance in learning quality. This study suggests that improving practical facilities can significantly enhance the quality of learning. Educational institutions are expected to provide adequate practical facilities, enabling them to create a more effective learning environment and support the improvement of student competence in relevant fields.

Abstract

Revolusi Industri 4.0 menuntut dunia pendidikan, khususnya Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK), untuk menghasilkan lulusan yang memiliki kompetensi berbasis digital dan siap menghadapi persaingan global. Artikel ini mengkaji strategi penerapan sekolah digital untuk mempersiapkan siswa SMK di Kabupaten Blora dalam menghadapi tantangan Industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui analisis dokumen, wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan, dan observasi di beberapa SMK di Kabupaten Blora. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sekolah digital dapat diwujudkan melalui tiga strategi utama: (1) penguatan infrastruktur teknologi, seperti penyediaan akses internet yang memadai dan perangkat pembelajaran digital; (2) peningkatan kompetensi tenaga pendidik melalui pelatihan intensif berbasis teknologi; dan (3) kolaborasi aktif dengan dunia usaha dan industri (DUDI) untuk menyelaraskan kurikulum dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Hambatan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah keterbatasan akses teknologi di daerah terpencil, anggaran sekolah yang belum memadai, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan dari sebagian pemangku kepentingan. Dengan strategi yang terarah dan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah daerah, sekolah digital di Kabupaten Blora dapat menjadi solusi efektif untuk mencetak lulusan SMK yang adaptif dan kompetitif di era Industri 4.0.

Abstract

The research was conducted to evaluate strategies for fulfilling resources and allocating educational financing at SMK Negeri at Blora Regency with the aim of improving the quality of education. The research method was a mix of quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods with purposive sampling techniques, involving the school principal and treasurer as participants. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, interviews and inspection of school financial documents. The research results show that the process of preparing a budget plan involves meetings with related parties at the Blora Regency Vocational School, but financial policy decisions are still taken top down by the Central Java Provincial Education Office. Fund expenditures are directed in accordance with technical instructions from the Central Java Provincial Education Office, although there are different problems in each school. Supervision and inspections are carried out by the school principal, vice school principal, and the Central Java Provincial Education Office to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the use of funds. The process of preparing the School Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBS) is carried out collaboratively by various parties in the school, and supervision of education financing is carried out strictly. The monitoring system involves observing every income and expenditure of funds with direct approval from the school principal or treasurer. The contributions of this research can provide a basis for refining future policies to improve the quality of education and opportunities for students to develop their potential.
