Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, benefits, and risks on interest in using shopee paylater, with the use of shopeepay as a mediating variable, because the importance of something that can trigger individual interest in something that already has an image is avoided. This type of research uses quantitative research with a total of 100 respondents through purposive sampling. The results of the study indicate that there is a direct and indirect positive and significant effect of perceived ease of use, benefits, and risks on Shopee PayLater, and through the use of Shopeepay, with a t-count > t-table, and the significance of t < 0. And the effect value indirect which is greater than the value of the direct influence between variables. So that all research hypotheses can be accepted.

Abstract

Inventory is a matter that plays a vital role for a company, especially in the manufacturing industry. Reasonable inventory control is necessary to manage inventory effectively and efficiently. This research was conducted at PT. Kelapa Sari. Primary data was obtained through observations in the warehouse, and interviews with relevant departments, and secondary data was obtained from company documents. The EOQ method aims to achieve minimal inventory levels, low costs, and better quality. Planning the EOQ method in the company can reduce the occurrence of stockouts, thereby not disrupting processes within the company and saving raw material inventory costs through the inventory efficiency implemented within the company. In addition, applying the EOQ method can reduce storage costs and save space, both for the warehouse and workspace. This method can also address issues arising from excessive inventory accumulation, thereby reducing the risks from stored inventory in the warehouse, such as soybeans that are susceptible to humidity or water. This EOQ analysis is easy and practical for planning how often a material should be purchased and in what quantities

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine audit management in assessing the effectiveness of the function of human resources in CV. Aneka Grafika Malang City. Types of Qualitative Descriptive Research. The informant used by one person, namely the factory manager CV. Aneka Grafika Malang City. The instrument uses interview guidelines. Analysis uses descriptive analysis that focuses on employee recruitment, special training, compensation and service, occupational health and safety, and termination of employment. The results showed that the employee recruitment process at CV. Aneka Graphic Jatimulyo Malang City is carried out flexibly based on operational needs by emphasizing specific qualifications and direct practice -based training. Training uses the on-the-job training method with senior employee assistance to accelerate adaptation and improve skills. Structured compensation systems, such as incentives and performance bonuses, motivate discipline and appreciation for employee contributions. The implementation of work health and safety goes well through the Safety Signs and BPJS guarantees, creating a safe work environment. Termination of employment is carried out ethically by gradual coaching to provide opportunities for improvement of employee performance. Manager CV. Aneka Graphic City of Malang is advised to increase the transparency of recruitment, involve technology, and add soft skills in training. Evaluation of the compensation system needs to be done regularly by adding performance -based awards. Occupational health and safety programs must be strengthened through training, simulations, and adequate medical facilities. Directed performance evaluation and career development can be an alternative before termination of employment, supported by a clear agreement with outsourcing.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of menstruation on the work productivity of female employees at UD Kerupuk Nusantara Putra, Batu City, with a quantitative approach through a survey method. The sample of this study was the entire population of female employees, totaling 60 people, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation, Likert-scale-based questionnaires, and documentation, then analyzed using simple linear regression to test the relationship between menstruation variables (independent) and work productivity (dependent). The results of the study indicate that menstruation has a significant effect on work productivity, where smooth and well-managed menstrual conditions contribute positively to employee efficiency and performance. Conversely, symptoms such as abdominal pain, cramps, and difficulty concentrating can be obstacles if not managed properly. Therefore, company support for the health of female employees during menstruation is very important in maintaining work performance. This study recommends the provision of supporting facilities such as special break rooms and flexible working hours to reduce productivity disruptions. In addition, this study encourages further exploration by adding other variables such as work environment, training, and motivation to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the factors that influence female employee productivity

Abstract

Financial literacy and lifestyle are several important factors in determining purchasing decisions. This research aims to partially and simultaneously determine the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for boarding room services among the Unitri management student class of 2021. The research was carried out using quantitative methods. Determination of the sample using probability sampling. The data collection technique used by researchers is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The research results prove that financial literacy partially influences the decision to purchase a boarding room with a calculated t value of 12.423 and a t table of 1.994 and lifestyle also influences the decision to purchase a boarding room with a calculated t value of 5.245 and a t table of 1.994. Financial literacy and lifestyle simultaneously influence the decision to purchase a boarding room with an Fcount value of 98.721 and an Ftable of 3.13. This research can provide recommendations for boarding service providers regarding important aspects that need to be considered in attracting student attention

Abstract

This research explores how online promotion strategies and delivery charges impact consumer buying decisions at Dennis Orchid House, both individually and collectively. The study applies a quantitative descriptive approach, targeting buyers of Dennis Orchid House. A total of 100 participants were chosen using purposive sampling. Data were obtained through structured questionnaires. The responses were processed using multiple linear regression analysis, supported by t-tests for individual variables and an F-test for combined variable influence. The analysis shows that both online marketing and delivery fees have a positive influence on purchase interest, with an R² value of 0.756. This indicates that 75.6% of the variation in consumer interest is explained by the two variables. Statistical tests confirm that both factors significantly affect consumer buying interest, as shown by significance values below 0.05. Online marketing initiatives and delivery cost policies play an essential role in shaping customer purchasing decisions. Business owners are advised to enhance their digital marketing appeal and provide flexible shipping options to attract more buyers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the feasibility of investment in new product development at PT. Spirit Jaya Snack and Coffee. The research method used is a quantitative method, using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and secondary data analysis. The results of the study show that the development of new products at PT. Spirit Jaya Snack and Coffee is worth doing, with a Net Present Value (NPV) value of Rp. 1,262,301,332, Payback period (PP) of 11 Months and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 17.39%. However, the company needs to consider several factors, such as market risk, operational risk, and financial risk to ensure the successful development of new products for salak chips.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance at the Ampeldento Village Office in Malang Regency. The research conducted is quantitative in nature. The sampling method used in this study is total sampling, resulting in a sample size of 32 respondents. The data collection technique used by the researcher is a questionnaire. The data analysis method applied is simple linear regression using SPSS version 26. The results of the study prove that transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance at the Ampeldento Village Office in Malang Regency, as indicated by a t-value of 4.168, which represents an influence of 64.9%. Transformational leadership influences employee performance through motivation, a clear vision, and mission.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of education level, gender, and age on labor productivity in the Handwoven Bag SME Pak Matali, Junrejo District, Batu City, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative method. The sample is determined using total sampling technique, so the entire population is used as the research sample consisting of 32 employees of the Handwoven Bag SME Pak Matali, Junrejo District, Batu City. The data collection technique used by the researcher is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The research results prove that the education level has a significant effect on labor productivity in SMEs with a calculated t value of 6.176, gender has a significant effect on labor productivity in SMEs with a calculated t value of 4.562, and age has a significant effect on labor productivity in SMEs with a calculated t value of 4.286. The results simultaneously indicate that education level, gender, and age significantly affect labor productivity in SMEs with an F-count value of 5.052 or 62.9%. This finding proves that improving labor productivity is supported by education level, gender, and age.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of part-time jobs on the financial independence of students in the economics faculty of UNITRI. The research conducted is a quantitative study. The sample determination for this research uses purposive sampling, resulting in a sample size of 30 respondents. The data collection technique used by the researcher is a questionnaire. The data analysis method employed is simple linear regression using SPSS 26 software. The research results prove that part-time jobs have a significant effect on the financial independence of students in the economics faculty of UNITRI, as the calculated t value is 4.520, indicating an influence of 72.1%. Part-time jobs provide students with a source of income that can be used to meet daily needs, thereby improving the financial independence of students.
