Abstract

Based on the search conducted, there are 12 children whose vocabulary mastery has not developed optimally, it can be seen when the teacher asks about color problems. Children do not understand the essence of the questions given, for example when children are asked questions about the color of roses there are children who answer red, white, yellow and there are children who do not answer at all. This study aims to see the effect of audiovisual media through animated videos to improve vocabulary in kindergarten Pusat Padu Lino Tanah Towa Kajang Bulukumba Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental type. The population was 19 children in the kindergarten of Pusat Padu Lino Tanah Towa Kajang Bulukumba Regency. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique. The research sample was 12 children, namely 6 children in the control group and 6 children in the experimental group. Descriptive data analysis technique and non-parametric statistical analysis, namely the Wilcoxon sign rank test. The results showed that the experimental group experienced an average increase of 24.67 and the control group of 21.00. The significant value can be seen in the experimental group test results, namely (2-tailed), 0.027 <0.05, namely H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of audio-visual media using animated videos can provide an increase in children's vocabulary at TK Pusat Padu Lino Tanah Towa Kajang Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

This study was conducted to see how the implementation of archival management in improving the administration of SMPN 3 Tembilahan Hulu. Practically, almost all educational institutions have implemented archival management, but in its implementation, each educational institution will be different and have its own provisions. The purpose of archival administration management in this educational institution is so that office work can be carried out properly, neatly in accordance with existing regulations in improving administration. The implementation of management in improving administration at SMPN 3 Tembilahan Hulu can be said to have not been implemented because there is still a lack of competent human resources in the field of archiving, inadequate facilities and infrastructure and unstructured archival procedures so that they have a negative impact on Administrative employees, the negative impacts are slow access to information, student data becomes unsafe, and takes a long time. The solutions that can be done to improve the implementation or implementation of management in improving administrative archiving at SMPN 3 Tembilahan Hulu are to provide training and education to archival staff, provide facilities and infrastructure by completing a comfortable and safe archival room, create clear archival procedure standards

Abstract

This study examines the influence of board characteristics and skills on sustainability reporting (SR) in Indonesia’s non-financial sector, focusing on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2021 and 2023. Using the Generalized Least Squares method, the study investigates how board size, independence, gender diversity, and specific skills impact the quality of sustainability reports, assessed using the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. Results show that board size negatively affects SR, indicating that smaller boards with the right composition are more effective in enhancing sustainability disclosures. Board independence was found to have no significant impact, suggesting that merely meeting regulatory requirements may undermine its intended purpose. Board gender diversity, however, positively influenced SR, as women on boards tend to be more engaged with sustainability and stakeholders. Additionally, board-specific skills were found to have no significant effect on SR. Among control variables, firm profitability and age positively influenced SR, while leverage negatively affected it, indicating that highly leveraged firms are motivated to enhance sustainability reporting to gain stakeholder trust. This study provides valuable insights into corporate governance and sustainability reporting, offering recommendations for future research and policy improvements in Indonesia’s business ecosystem.

Abstract

Komunikasi publik melalui media digital menjadi salah satu strategi penting bagi instansi pemerintah dalam menyampaikan informasi yang edukatif dan mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat. Salah satu bentuk komunikasi tersebut adalah dokumentasi video yang menggabungkan unsur visual dan audio untuk meningkatkan daya tarik pesan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dokumentasi kegiatan Hari Anak Nasional 2025 yang dilaksanakan oleh Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Pengendalian Penduduk, dan Keluarga Berencana Kabupaten Sambas. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan kegiatan magang industri yang berlangsung pada Agustus hingga Oktober 2025. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, keterlibatan dalam proses produksi, serta dokumentasi kegiatan pembuatan video. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses dokumentasi terdiri atas tiga tahapan utama, yaitu pra-produksi, produksi, dan pasca-produksi. Setiap tahapan memiliki peran penting dalam menghasilkan video dokumentasi yang efektif sebagai media publikasi kegiatan pemerintah. Video yang dihasilkan kemudian dipublikasikan melalui media sosial Instagram untuk menjangkau masyarakat secara luas. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa dokumentasi video yang terstruktur mampu mendukung strategi komunikasi publik pemerintah serta meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pemenuhan hak-hak anak.

Abstract

Dalam bidang pendidikan, pendekatan evaluasi pembelajaran yang menggunakan teknologi digital semakin menjadi hal yang penting karena kemajuan dalam bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan bagaimana evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital diterapkan di sekolah dasar. Ini mencakup proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta kelebihan dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh guru dan siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi lapangan di sepuluh sekolah dasar yang berada di Sumatera Barat dan DKI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan para guru, dan dokumentasi tentang penggunaan media evaluasi yang berbasis digital. Temuan dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa guru telah memanfaatkan berbagai platform digital seperti Wordwall, Educaplay, Quizizz, Kahoot, Blooket, dan Google Form di dalam proses evaluasi belajar. Penggunaan media digital terbukti mampu mendorong motivasi, partisipasi, dan keterlibatan siswa dalam kegiatan evaluasi tersebut. Namun, pelaksanaan evaluasi yang berbasis digital masih mengalami beberapa kendala, termasuk keterbatasan perangkat, masalah jaringan internet, serta kebutuhan dukungan awal bagi siswa yang belum terbiasa dengan teknologi digital. Oleh karena itu, untuk memastikan evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis digital berjalan efektif, perlu adanya dukungan dari kesiapan guru, akses pada teknologi yang memadai, dan pendekatan pendampingan yang sesuai.
