Abstract

Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of scholarly literature on credit dependency and debt management, aiming to map the intellectual, thematic, and collaborative structures that define the field. Using data extracted from the Scopus database and analyzed through VOSviewer, the study identifies major research clusters including financial management, debt provision, and risk management. The findings highlight a clear evolution in research focus—shifting from individual financial behaviors and literacy toward institutional credit risk management and systemic financial governance. Co-citation and author network analyses reveal key contributors such as Lusardi, Altman, and Duffie, representing distinct but interconnected scholarly traditions. Moreover, country collaboration mapping positions the United States as the most central hub, with growing contributions from emerging economies. This study not only synthesizes the knowledge base but also reveals thematic gaps and opportunities for future interdisciplinary research. It contributes valuable insights for academics, policymakers, and practitioners seeking to understand and address the global challenges associated with credit reliance and sustainable debt management.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of risk and profit on the sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Central Java, focusing on the mediating role of social investment within Sharia-compliant financial practices. Employing a quantitative approach, data were collected from 85 MSMEs through structured questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings reveal that financial risk negatively affects MSME sustainability, while profitability positively influences it. Social investment practices, such as zakat and waqf, play a significant mediating role, reducing the negative impact of risk and enhancing the positive influence of profitability on sustainability. These results highlight the importance of integrating ethical and socially responsible financial practices in fostering resilience and growth among MSMEs. The study underscores the potential of Sharia investment principles in addressing the unique challenges faced by MSMEs, offering practical insights for policymakers and business stakeholders.

Abstract

This study conducts a bibliometric analysis to map the intellectual structure, thematic development, and global research trends surrounding employee holistic wellbeing. Drawing data from the Scopus database and analyzing 2000–2024 publications using VOSviewer, the study reveals four major thematic clusters: psychological stress and health, organizational engagement and satisfaction, performance-driven wellbeing strategies, and sustainability-linked ethical frameworks. The temporal overlay shows a transition from deficit-oriented topics like job stress and burnout toward emerging themes such as remote work, mindfulness, and resilience. Author co-citation networks identify Schaufeli W.B. and Bakker A.B. as foundational scholars, with contributions from interdisciplinary domains including psychology, HRM, and organizational behavior. Geographic analysis highlights dominant research from the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia, with growing participation from India, China, and Malaysia. The study concludes by emphasizing the need for integrated, cross-cultural, and proactive approaches to employee wellbeing in research and practice.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Interactive User Journey and Retargeting Strategy on Final Conversion and Shopping Satisfaction among Generation Z mobile commerce users in Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach with 120 valid responses and Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) 3, the study investigates direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results show that both interactive user journey and retargeting strategy significantly and positively influence final conversion and shopping satisfaction. Additionally, final conversion acts as a partial mediator, strengthening the impact of both independent variables on shopping satisfaction. These findings underscore the critical importance of user-centric design and personalized marketing in enhancing conversion rates and satisfaction in mobile commerce platforms, particularly for the Gen Z demographic. The study provides both theoretical contributions to digital consumer behavior literature and practical insights for mobile commerce managers and digital marketers.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of agribusiness partnership models and microcreation schemes on market access and their implications for the welfare of coffee farmers in East Java. Using a quantitative research approach with a sample of 200 coffee farmers, data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 3.0. The results reveal that both agribusiness partnerships and microcreation schemes have a positive and significant effect on market access. Furthermore, market access was found to significantly improve farmer welfare, acting as a mediating variable between the independent variables and welfare outcomes. These findings underscore the importance of integrated rural development strategies that combine institutional collaboration, access to finance, and market facilitation. The study contributes to the understanding of sustainable agricultural development by highlighting how structured partnerships and financial inclusion can enhance market participation and economic resilience among smallholder farmers.
