Abstract

In the era of digitalization like today, everyone is made easier by various rapidly growing technologies. Information and communication technology development has made analog communication systems adapt and transform into digital information and communication systems. Business industries engaged in information media, such as Radio, are not spared from this phenomenon. Radio can be threatened by the existence of various digital  platforms that facilitate public access to information. Therefore, This research was conducted to optimize the broadcasting technology for Radio business to remain in demand by the public. One of the strategies taken by the radio industry is to carry out media convergence. One of the radio businesses that has implemented media convergence is PTPN Radio Solo. The research is carried out by applying research methods that have been designed so that research can be carried out in a structured manner. This research was carried out using a case study research design, data collection through observation and interviews, and qualitative descriptive discussion methods. PTPN Radio Solo has successfully implemented broadcast digitalization using streaming websites and the Noice streaming application. Media convergence has also penetrated social media, which is popular with young people. After implementing media convergence, PTPN Radio Solo can increase its market. The number of clients interested in advertising on PTPN Radio Solo evidences this.

Abstract

Chatbot technology is one form of application of Natural Language Processing, NLP is one of the branches of science Artificial Intelligence that studying communication between humans and computers through natural language. the purpose of this research will be carried out development of a chatbot application for information about the corporate, making it easier for visitors to find the information needed. This application built with a Natural Language Processing approach. This chatbot application uses medote text mining as a medium of reasoning. System modelling used for this application is using the Unified Model Language. The chatbot that will be developed is a website chatbot. The website chatbot was chosen by the company because one of the platforms that can be used well for export marketing is the website. This chatbot development uses Pyton, JavaScrib, Object notion (Json), Html + CSS. The application used in coding is Virtual Studio Code. Pyton is used to train a chatbot model that uses Natural Language Procecing (NLP). This Chatbot model is trained with the Neural Network Algorithm method, which is an algorithm model that is close to the human brain, which can provide stimulation or stimulation, process, and provide output to find relationships between data sets. JavaScrib is used to create chatbot data sets.

Abstract

Mainan tidak hanya digunakan untuk melakukan aktivitas yang menyenangkan, namun juga untuk menstimulasi tumbuh kembang anak. Pemberian mainan pada anak harus sesuai dengan tahap pertumbuhan anak. Digitalisasi yang kuat dan stabil di berbagai lini kehidupan membuat tren belanja masyarakat beralih menjadi online. Oleh sebab itu, upgrade digitalisasi toko juga perlu dilakukan untuk memperluas target konsumen, termasuk di toko mainan Kids Toys. Dalam pengembangan aplikasi dan website toko online, perancangan UI/UX merupakan salah satu tahap penting yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan. Perancangan UI/UX harus dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan toko untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Selain itu, UI/UX harus dapat menjawab kebutuhan orang tua dalam membeli mainan sesuai rentang usia anak. Oleh karena itu, dibangunlah rancangan UI/UX aplikasi dan website toko online toko mainan Kids Toys dengan menggunakan metode design thinking. Pengembangan toko online dilakukan dengan menerapkan lima tahap design thinking yaitu emphatize, define, ideate, prototype, dan testing. Dari tahap emphatize ditemukan kebutuhan pengembangan toko online. Dari tahap define didapatkan problem statement dan solusinya dari pemilik dan konsumen. Sedangkan dari tahap ideate dan prototype didapatkan rancangan UI/UX dari toko mainan online Kids Toys. Selanjutnya dari hasil test didapatkan hasil user experience terhadap sepuluh pengguna dengan nilai 4,325 dari skala 1 – 5. Dengan demikian, dapat diketahui bahwa dengan menerapkan design thinking dapat menghasilkan prototype tampilan UI/UX yang sangat baik dan dapat menjawab kebutuhan pemilik toko maupun konsumen.
