Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh online customer review dan rating terhadap keputusan pembelian pengguna marketplace Shopee. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei kepada 100 responden yang berdomisili di Kota Tasikmalaya dan yang pernah menggunakan marketplace Shopee. Jenis data yang digunakana adalah data primer dan data skunder. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukan bahwa online customer review dan rating berpengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan dan persial terhadap terhadap keputusan pembelian pengguna marketplace Shopee di Kota Tasikmalaya. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of online customer reviews and ratings on purchasing decisions of Shopee marketplace users. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who live in Tasikmalaya City and who have used the Shopee marketplace. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of this test indicate that online customer reviews and ratings have a significant effect both simultaneously and individually on the purchasing decisions of Shopee marketplace users in Tasikmalaya City.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial influence of Work Environment and Work Spirit variables on Work Productivity. The population used in this study were 57 PD employees. Galunggung Putra. The method used in this research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Sample selection uses saturated samples. The sample used is the entire population, namely 57 PD employees Galunggung Putra. Sources of data in this study are secondary data and primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 26. Based on the research results, it is concluded that the Work Environment and Work Morale simultaneously have a significant effect on Work Productivity. The work environment partially has a significant effect on work productivity. Morale partially has a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Profitability is an important indicator for assessing a company's financial health and performance.  The aim of this research is to determine the influence of Cash Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Profitability as measured by Return On Assets (ROA) simultaneously or partially.  The data used in this research are the annual financial reports of Property and Real Estate companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2018-2022 period.  The sampling method used was purposive sampling and 15 companies were obtained as samples.  This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach.  The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis using E-Views 12. The results of this research can be concluded that Cash Turnover and Receivables Turnover simultaneously have a significant effect on Profitability.  Meanwhile,  Cash Turnover has a insignificant effect on Profitability, and Receivables Turnover has a significant effect on Profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of price perception and service quality on Grabbike consumer repurchase intention. The research method used is quantitative with a survey approach to 100 respondents at the University of Perjuangan students who have used Grabbike. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. The analysis technique used is multiple regression using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, it shows that price perception and service quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Price perception partially has a significant effect on repurchase intention and service quality partially has a significant effect on repurchase intention of Grabbike users at the University of Perjuangan Tasikmalaya students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price and product diversity on the competitiveness of Cahyati Fashion Indihiang, Tasikmalaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach to 100 respondents who are consumers of Cahyati Fashion Indihiang, Tasikmalaya. The type of data used is primary data. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this test prove that price and product variety have a significant effect either partially or simultaneously on the competitiveness of Cahyati Fashion Indihiang, Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Time management is a critical determinant of business success, especially in fast-evolving marketplace environments. In Uzbekistan, where traditional bazaars coexist with emerging digital commerce platforms, sellers face unique challenges in balancing task prioritization, delegation, and responsiveness. This study examines how marketplace actors in Uzbekistan allocate their time across traditional, digital, and hybrid business environments. Anchored in the Eisenhower Matrix and Temporal Motivation Theory (TMT), the research employs a qualitative case study design involving semi-structured interviews with 15 marketplace sellers in Tashkent, Samarkand, and the surrounding regions. Findings reveal that digital sellers partially align with urgency-based prioritization due to platform notifications yet often neglect non-urgent strategic tasks. Traditional vendors are primarily reactive, focusing on repetitive, urgent routines at the expense of long-term growth. Across all categories, procrastination is a persistent issue, rooted not only in workflow gaps but also in cultural resistance to delegation and low engagement with digital planning tools. The study highlights how time management practices are deeply embedded in socio-cultural norms and infrastructural constraints. A conceptual model is proposed linking cultural attitudes, delegation behaviors, motivational responsiveness, and workflow structuring to time efficiency and operational performance. This model offers a foundation for future quantitative research and potential interventions tailored for hybrid marketplaces. The findings suggest the need for culturally adaptive time management strategies, mobile-integrated planning tools, and behavioral support systems to enhance marketplace productivity in Uzbekistan's digital economy.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality and e-trust on Lazada e-loyalty. The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample of 100 respondents. The data used are primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. Based on the results of this study, it shows that e-service quality and e-trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty. e-service quality partially has a significant effect on e-loyalty and e-trust partially has a significant effect on e-loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction (Survey of Maxim Online Transportation Customers in Tasikmalaya City). The method used in this research is quantitative through a survey approach. In this research, the samples taken were 100 Maxim Online Transportation Customers in Tasikmalaya City. The data used is primary and secondary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS 26.0. The research results show that the service quality obtained from Maxim Online Transportation Customers in Tasikmalaya City has good criteria. Promotions for Maxim Online Transportation Customer products in Tasikmalaya City have good assessment criteria, Customer Satisfaction for Maxim Online Transportation Customers in Tasikmalaya City has good criteria. Together, Service Quality and Promotion have a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Partially, Service Quality has a significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. Partially Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.

The research used is quantitative research with a survey method to 100 respondents of Ayam Petelur Armina consumers who live in Tasikmalaya City. The types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this test prove that location and word of mouth have a significant effect simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions at Ayam Petelur Armina.
