Abstact. The Data from the Central Statistics Bureau (BPS) in 2018 showed that the open unemployment rate in Indonesia reached 5.13% or 6.7 million out of the 36.8 million workforce. Growing the spirit of entrepreneurship to students is a solution to reduce unemployment. With the spirit of entrepreneurship, it is expected that scholars can become job creators for themselves and others. This study aims to investigate the factors that influence students' interest in pursuing the world of entrepreneurship. The models analyzed included socio-demographic, attitudinal, and contextual factors. The method that will be used in this research is descriptive and verification. The data used is in the form of primary and secondary data. Sampling in this study uses the Purposive Sampling method. The results of the study can be concluded that attitude and contextual factors are significantly influence towards studentsâ€™ intention to parcticing entrepreneurship.Â Abstrak. Pada 2018, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) merilis data yang menyatakan bahwa Indonesia memiliki menunjukkan tingkat pengangguran hingga 5,13%. Angka tersebut setara dengan 6,7 juta jiwa dari 36,8 juta jiwa angkatan kerja. Solusi untuk mengurangi tingginya angka pengangguran tersebut dapat dilaksanakan dengan berbagai upaya, salah satunya ialah dengan menumbuhkan minat wirausaha kepada mahasiswa. Kemunculan sarjana dengan minat wirausaha diharapkan dapat memicu tumbuhnya lapangan kerja, baik bagi dirinya sendiri maupun orang lain. Artikel ini melaporkan penelitian yang menginvestigasi berbagai faktor yang memberikan pengaruh kepada minat mahasiswa dalam menekuni kewirausahaan. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi sosio-demografi, sikap, dan kontekstual. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi berbagai faktor tersebut dengan metode deskriptif dan verifikatif melalui penggunaan data primer dan sekunder. Metode purposive sampling digunakan sebagai cara penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Kajian ini menyimpulkan bahwa faktor sikap dan kontekstual memengaruhi minat wirausaha mahasiswa.

Kopi saat ini merupakan salah satu komoditas unggulan pertanian yang mempunyai kontribusi yang cukup nyata dalam perekonomian Indonesia, yaitu sebagai penghasil devisa, sumber pendapatan petani, penghasil bahan baku industri, penciptaan lapangan kerja dan pengembangan wilayah. Namun untuk menciptakan industri kopi yang berkualitas baik dan berkelanjutan, diperlukan upaya literasi kepada petani kopi. Petani yang membutuhkan literasi industri kopi diantaranya yaitu kelompok petani kopi buntis. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman akan pentingnya bisnis kopi yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan literasi Triple Layered Business Model Canvas. Hasil pengabdiannya menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman petani akan pentingnya menjaga keberlanjutan bisnis kopinya agar tingkat ekonomi petani tetap terjaga.Kata Kunci: : bisnis model kanvas, literasi, kopi. Improving Business Process Literacy at Buntis Coffee Farmer Groups in the Context of Creating SustainabilityABSTRACTCoffee is currently one of the leading agricultural commodities that have a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, namely as a foreign exchange earner, a source of income for farmers, a producer of industrial raw materials, job creation and regional development. However, to create a coffee industry that is of good quality and sustainable, it requires literacy efforts for coffee farmers. Farmers who need coffee industry literacy include the Buntis coffee farmer group. This service activity aims to provide an understanding of the importance of a sustainable coffee business. The method used is the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas literacy approach. The results of his dedication show that farmers' understanding of the importance of maintaining the sustainability of their coffee business so that the economic level of farmers is maintained.Keywords:business model canvas, literacy, coffee.

Yayasan Handayani 1979 telah melakukan proses digitalisasi tersebut. Yayasan ini menaungi empat sekolah di bawahnya yaitu SMP Handayani 1 Banjaran, SMA Handayani 1 Pameungpeuk, SMA Handayani 2 Banjaran, dan SMK Handayani Banjaran. Media social di Instagram dan Facebook serta kanal video di Youtube telah dibangun dan dikelola secara konsisten. Begitu juga dengan aplikasi mobile dan situs web https://handayani- banjaran.sch.id telah dibangun.Meski demikian, proses digitalisasi ini masih belum optimal karena pengelolaan situs web yang masih seadanya. Kendala teknis karena tim belum menguasai web designing seperti user interface atau user experience (UI/UX), bahkan desain web yang dibuat terkesan careless dan ceroboh. Hal ini menyebabkan konstruksi situs web yang tidak responsive terhadap perangkat mobile. Tampilan situs web tidak estetis saat diakses lewat perangkat smartphone dan membingungkan pengguna karena tak sesuai dengan penggunaan smartphone. Padahal, situs web yang responsif terhadap perangkat mobile adalah syarat utama di tengah maraknya pengguna smartphone di dunia.Tujuan Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat melakukan optimasi situs web Yayasan Pendidikan Handayani 1979 agar menu dan tampilan situs lebih responsif dan semua informasi dapat disampaikan dengan efektif. Selain itu, perbaikan kualitas dan kuantitas dan kuantitas konten juga harus dilakukan agar tujuan utama pembuatan situs web yang informatif dapat tercapai. Hal ini dapat tercapai dengan adanya pelatihan web designing oleh ahli, sehingga tim admin internal yayasan dapat membuat situs yang baik dan menarik

This study aims to determine the effect and description of Profitability, Liquidity, Company size and Debt Policy for metal and other sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2020 period. The method used is to describe the variables studied and determine the effect of profitability, liquidity and company size on debt policy. The data used in this study are the ratios of ROA, CR, Size and DER during the 2015-2020 period. The data processing used is panel data regression analysis. The hypothesis testing used is the regression significance test and the regression coefficient significance test. Based on the results of the regression significance test, it is found that the regression model created can be accepted and continued, while from the results of the regression coefficient significance test, it is found that profitability has no significant effect on debt policy while liquidity and company size have a positive effect on debt policy.

Dalam rangka meningkatkan motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru, maka upaya pengendalian dan pengawasan kerja terutama dalam lembaga pendidikan perlu dilaksanakan secara terus menerus dan konsisten. Salah satu faktor yang dapat dijadikan sebagai alat pengawasan dan pengendalian adalah melihat tingkat kehadiran guru yang secara periodik di evaluasi yaitu dengan melalui sistem pelaporan presensi yang berfungsi sebagai alat perekam kehadiran guru secara cepat, tepat, dan akurat. Pada sekolah-sekolah yang bernaung di Yayasan Pendidikan Handayani 1979, sistem yang digunakan untuk merekam kehadiran guru masih manual yakni menggunakan tanda tangan maupun pengecekan secara individu sehingga dapat terjadi pelanggaran dalam proses maupun hasil rekam kehadiran tersebut. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan aplikasi penilaian kinerja berbasis presensi guru di sekolah-sekolah di bawah Yayasan Pendidikan Handayani 1979. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, melalui kegiatan PKM, dilakukan peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pengembangan aplikasi kinerja berbasis presensi guru.

This article analyzes the application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) in three companies from Indonesia, Romania, and Brazil operating in the food and agriculture sectors. The study uses a descriptive-analytical approach to understand how these companies adjust their strategies to local and global market contexts. Findings indicate that effective customer segmentation, diverse distribution channels, and strategic partnerships are crucial for their success. Additionally, innovation and digital transformation significantly contribute to the resilience and sustainability of these companies. The results provide practical insights for entrepreneurs and policymakers in designing more adaptive and sustainable strategies in dynamic markets.

Good university government is related to the entire system that is formed starting from rights, processes and control, both inside and outside company management. This research aims to investigate the influence of the external and internal environment on the application of the principles of Good University Governance (GUG) and their implications for the quality of private universities (PU) in Bandung City. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire designed to measure perceptions of external and internal environmental conditions, implementation of GUG, competitive strategies, and quality of PU. Data analysis was carried out by carrying out normality tests, data linearity tests, and SEM assumptions. The research results show that the external and internal environment has a significant influence on the implementation of GUG at PU Bandung. The findings of this research confirm that the external and internal environment plays an important role in implementing GUG at PU Bandung. Furthermore, the implementation of GUG has a positive impact on the overall quality of PU. By implementing GUG principles well, private universities can strengthen their competitive strategies and overall improve their quality in society.

Time management is a critical determinant of business success, especially in fast-evolving marketplace environments. In Uzbekistan, where traditional bazaars coexist with emerging digital commerce platforms, sellers face unique challenges in balancing task prioritization, delegation, and responsiveness. This study examines how marketplace actors in Uzbekistan allocate their time across traditional, digital, and hybrid business environments. Anchored in the Eisenhower Matrix and Temporal Motivation Theory (TMT), the research employs a qualitative case study design involving semi-structured interviews with 15 marketplace sellers in Tashkent, Samarkand, and the surrounding regions. Findings reveal that digital sellers partially align with urgency-based prioritization due to platform notifications yet often neglect non-urgent strategic tasks. Traditional vendors are primarily reactive, focusing on repetitive, urgent routines at the expense of long-term growth. Across all categories, procrastination is a persistent issue, rooted not only in workflow gaps but also in cultural resistance to delegation and low engagement with digital planning tools. The study highlights how time management practices are deeply embedded in socio-cultural norms and infrastructural constraints. A conceptual model is proposed linking cultural attitudes, delegation behaviors, motivational responsiveness, and workflow structuring to time efficiency and operational performance. This model offers a foundation for future quantitative research and potential interventions tailored for hybrid marketplaces. The findings suggest the need for culturally adaptive time management strategies, mobile-integrated planning tools, and behavioral support systems to enhance marketplace productivity in Uzbekistan's digital economy.
