Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan tujuanuntuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan sekolah terhadap minat kunjung siswa OTKP di Perpustakaan SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, pengaruh pelayanan pustakawan terhadap minat kunjung siswa OTKP ke Perpustakaan SMK Wikarya Karanganyardan pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan sekolah dan pelayanan pustakawan terhadap minat kunjung siswa OTKP ke Perpustakaan SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa OTKP SMK Wikarya Karanganyar sebanyak 93 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional accidental sampling sebanyak 75 siswa OTKP SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji prasyarat analisis yaitu uji normalitas, uji linieritas dan uji multikolinieritas. Hasil penelitian  ini  adalah  (1)  Terdapat  pengaruh  positif  yang  signifikan  fasilitas perpustakaan  terhadap  minat  kunjung  siswa  OTKP  di  Perpustakaan  SMK Wikarya  Karanganyar  dengan  nilai  thitung   3,751  >  ttabel   1,993  dengan  nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan pelayanan  pustakawan  terhadap  minat  kunjung  siswa  OTKP  di  Perpustakaan SMK Wikarya Karanganyar dengan nilai nilai thitung  2,206 > ttabel 1,993 dengan nilai  signifikansi  sebesar  0,024  <  0,05.  (3)  Terdapat  pengaruh  positif  yang signifikan  fasilitas  perpustakaan  dan  pelayanan  pustakawan  secara  simultan/ bersama-sama  terhadap  minat  kunjung  siswa  OTKP  di  Perpustakaan  SMK Wikarya Karanganyar dengan nilai nilai Fhitung  35.000 > Ftabel  3,12 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.Kata kunci:  layanan; minat kunjung; saranaAbstract: The aim of this research is to determine the influence of library facilities on the interest of OTKP students in visiting the Library of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, the influence of librarian services on the interest of OTKP students in visiting the Library of  SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, and the influence of library facilities and librarian services on the interest of OTKP students in visiting the Library of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar. This research utilizes a quantitative descriptive method. The population consists of all OTKP students, as many as 93 students. The sampling technique used is proportional accidental sampling with a sample size of 75 students. Data collection methods include questionnaires, observations, and document analysis. The data analysis employs multiple linear regression analysis with prerequisite tests such as normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests. The results of this research are as follows: (1) There is a significant positive influence of library facilities on the interest of OTKP students in visiting the Library of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, with a value of tvalue3,751 > ttable  1,993 with a significant of value 0,000 < 0,05. (2) There is a significant positive influence of librarian services on the interest of  OTKP  students in visiting the  Library of  SMK  Wikarya Karanganyar, with a value of thalue   2,206 > ttabel 1,993 with significant value 0,024 < 0,05. (3) There is a significant positive simultaneous influence of library facilities and librarian services on the interest of OTKP students in visiting the Library of SMK Wikarya Karanganyar, with a value of Fhitung 35.000 > Ftabel 3,12 with a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05.Keywords: facilities; services; visit interest

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memverifikasi: (1) Pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja di Pengadilan Negeri Sukoharjo, (2) Pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Pengadilan Negeri Sukoharjo, dan (3) Pengaruh Sukoharjo, (2) Pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja di Pengadilan Negeri Sukoharjo, dan (3) Pengaruh budaya organisasi dan fasilitas kerja secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja di Pengadilan Negeri Sukoharjo. Metode korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Pengadilan Negeri Sukoharjo. Pengambilan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Informasi diperoleh dari kuesioner dan analisis dokumen, selama uji coba di Pengadilan Negeri Karanganyar sebanyak 20 orang pegawai. Hasil analisis data dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 5% menjelaskan adanya (1) Terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan output t-test 4,768 > 2,007, (2) Terdapat pengaruh pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan output t-test 3,810 > 2,007. (3) Terdapat pengaruh secara simultan budaya organisasi dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, dengan output uji F sebesar 43,908 > 3,17. Kata Kunci: metode korelasi; pegawai; teknik jenuh Abstract: The purposes of this study are to verify: (1) The impact of organizational culture on job satisfaction at Sukoharjo District Court, (2) The impact of work facilities on job satisfaction at Sukoharjo District Court, and (3) The impact of organizational culture and work facilities simultaneously on job satisfaction at Sukoharjo District Court. The correlation method with an approach quantitative is used in this study. The population in this research was all 55 employees of the Sukoharjo District Court. The sampling was taken using the saturated technique. The information was obtained from a questionnaire and document analysis, during the trial test at Karanganyar District Court by 20 employees. The output of data analysis with a level of significance of 5% clarifies the existence of (1) There is an impact of organizational culture on job satisfaction with the output of t-test 4,768 > 2,007, (2) There is an impact of work facilities on job satisfaction with the output of t-test 3,810 > 2,007. (3) There is a simultaneous impact of organizational culture and work facilities on job satisfaction, with the output of the F test being 43,908 > 3,17. Keywords: correlation method; employees; saturated technique

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, (2) Hambatan dan solusi yang dialami guru produktif di SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data penelitian diperoleh dari informan, dokumen, dan hasil observasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan snowball sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Validitas data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu, (a) Perencanaan meliputi perancangan KOSP, perancangan ATP, perencanaan pembelajaran dan asesmen, penggunaan dan pengembangan perangkat ajar, perencanaan P5, (b) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran meliputi implementasi P5, penerapan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik, keterpaduan penilaian dalam pembelajaran, pembelajaran sesuai tahap belajar peserta didik, kolaborasi antar guru untuk keperluan kurikulum dan pembelajaran, kolaborasi dengan orang tua/keluarga dalam pembelajaran, kolaborasi dengan masyarakat/komunitas/industri, refleksi, evaluasi, dan peningkatan kualitas implementasi kurikulum. (2) Hambatannya antara lain: (a) Guru kesulitan menerjemahkan proses pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka, (b) Keterbatasan perangkat ajar yang digunakan oleh guru. Adapun solusi yang dilakukan adalah: (a) Mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) terkait Kurikulum Merdeka, (b) Pihak sekolah menyediakan perangkat ajar yang mendukung implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka.Kata kunci: bermanfaat; kajian kasus; penerapanAbstract: This study aims to determine (1) the Implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar, and (2) the Obstacles and solutions experienced by productive teachers in SMK Negeri 1 Karanganyar. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Research data sources are obtained from informants, documents, and observations. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data validity using triangulation of sources and techniques. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model. The results showed that: (1) Implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka is carried out in two stages, that is, (a) Planning includes the design of KOSP, design of ATP, planning of learning and assessment, use and development of teaching materials, planning of P5, (b) Implementation of learning includes implementation of P5, application of student-centered learning, integration of assessment in learning, learning according to the learning stages of students, collaboration between teachers for curriculum and learning purposes, collaboration with parents/families in learning, collaboration with the society/community/industry, reflection, evaluation, and improvement the quality of curriculum implementation. (2) The obstacles are: (a) Teachers have difficulty translating the Kurikulum Merdeka learning process, (b) Limitations of teaching tools used by teachers. The solutions are: (a) Attend education and training related to Kurikulum Merdeka, (b) Schools provide teaching tools supporting implementation.Keywords: beneficial; case studies; application

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pelaksanaan pengelolaan BKK di SMK N 6 Surakarta; 2) hambatan yang dialami dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan BKK di SMK N 6 Surakarta; dan 3) upaya yang dilakukan BKK dalam menghadapi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pengelolaan BKK. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilakukan di BKK yang dikelola oleh SMK N 6 Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian meliputi wawancara, dokumen, dan observasi. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive dan snowball sampling. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: 1) Pelaksanaan pengelolaan BKK terdiri dari a) perencanaan, b) pengorganisasian, c) pelaksanaan, dan d) Pengendalian. 2) Pengelola BKK mempunyai kendala antara lain a) menurunnya informasi lowongan kerja; b) rendahnya respon mahasiswa terhadap pencarian lulusan dan lowongan kerja; dan c) Masih adanya industri ilegal yang menyediakan lowongan kerja. 3) Upaya yang dilakukan BKK untuk mengatasi kendala, antara lain: a) Meningkatkan komunikasi dengan industri; b) Mewajibkan lulusan mengisi formulir tracer study dan meningkatkan komunikasi dengan lulusan; dan c) Meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap lowongan kerja penyedia industri.Kata Kunci: pemberlakuan BKK; industri; manajemen; kualitatifAbstract: The purpose of this research is to determine: 1) the implementation of BKK management in SMK N 6 Surakarta; 2) the barriers experienced in the implementation of BKK management at SMK N 6 Surakarta; and 3) the efforts made by BKK in the face of obstacles in the implementation of BKK management. The research approach used is a descriptive-qualitative approach with the type of case study. This research was conducted at BKK, which is managed by SMK N 6 Surakarta. Research data collection techniques include interviews, documents, and observations. The technique for determining the informant uses purposive and snowball sampling. The validity test of the data uses triangulation sources and methods. The results of this research are as follows: 1) The implementation of BKK management consists of a) planning, b) organizing, c) actuating, and d) Controlling. 2) BKK management has obstacles, including a) a decrease in job vacancy information; b) a low student response to graduate searches and job vacancies; and c) There are still illegal industries that provide job vacancies. 3) Efforts made by BKK to overcome obstacles, including: a) Improving communication with industry; b) Requiring graduates to fill out tracer study forms and improve communication with graduates; and c) Increasing supervision over industry providers’ job vacancies.Keywords: BKK implementation; industry;  management; qualitative

Abstract

The Ethical Side of Economic Learning Integration: Empirical Study of Prospective Economic Teacher. Objective: Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge as a knowledge framework regarding the integration of technology and pedagogy in developing learning content in accordance with the demands of the 21st century is currently starting to touch on ethical aspects in its implementation. This research aims to describe TPACK and knowledge about digital ethics among prospective economics teacher students as a provision for implementing ethical TPACK after entering the world of work.. Method: Descriptive quantitative methodology was used using a Likert scale questionnaire. The dimensions studied include self-perception of professional ethical knowledge, technological ethical knowledge, pedagogical technological ethical knowledge, and economics disciplinary technological ethical knowledge. Prospective economics teacher students are the population in this study. The sample of 155 was determined using convenience sampling. Findings: The results of the research show that the dimensions of knowledge about professional ethics, knowledge of technology ethics, knowledge of pedagogical technology ethics, knowledge of scientific discipline technology ethics are in the very good and good categories. However, the ethical aspect of technology still needs to be improved. Conclusion: This research contributes to the preparation of the learning curriculum for prospective economics teacher students so that prospective economics teachers have the skills to apply TPACK by paying attention to ethics therein. Keywords: digital ethics, TPACK, prospective teacher students.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v14.i2.202489
