Abstract

Information and communication technology has a large potency to help teachers and students to in a successful learning. The implementation of revision version of curriculum 2013 based digital book in school should include need analysis, preparing the necessary need, designing learning model and its development. The use of revision version of the curriculum 2013 based digital book is a decision made by teachers based on learning design. Considering a survey conducted, it can be found that there has be no archiving book corresponding to the revision version of 2013 curriculum. The use of revision version of curriculum 2013 based digital book is expected to improve the students’ learning interest and to optimize the teachers’ role as learning designer and mediator.

Abstract

The Era of Digitalization makes the development of science and technology at a very rapid change in aspects of human life. Science and technology can have a very positive effect on one's education and social life as technology becomes increasingly prevalent in educational activities. However, there are still many teachers who still use conventional methods or lecture methods causing the receiving of material delivered to education less absorbed by students so that the impact on the learning process is not optimal. This research aims to identify the application of record learning videos based on the curriculum 2013 can improve the results of study in Vocation High School. The research is Class Action Research. Video Learning as a Learning Medium is a medium specifically designed to stimulate the mind, feelings, attention, and will of students so that the learning process occurs. Its utilization is the systematic use of learning resources. The function of utilizing the presence is very important leading to the improvement of learning outcomes obtained by students. The results obtained from this study are the improvement of learning outcomes, starting from pre-action obtained 43% completeness of the learning results, further improvement in the action of cycle 1 by obtaining the results of 87 % completeness of the learning results, and in the final result is carried out cycle action 2 by obtaining the result of an increase of 97 % completeness of the learning results.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out: (1) the optimization of SLiMS automation system in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of FKIP UNS (Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Sebelas Maret University), (2) the constraints encountered in applying automation system in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of FKIP UNS; and solution to the application of automation system in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of FKIP UNS in order to be more maximal. This study was a descriptive qualitative research. The sampling techniques employed were purposive and snow ball sampling ones. Data sources employed were informant, place, and event, as well as archive and document. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, and documentation. Data validation was carried out using source and method triangulations. Technique of analyzing data used was an interactive model of analysis. The result of research showed that the application of SLiMS (Senayan Library Management System) automation in Reading Room of Office Administration Education Program Study of Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Surakarta Sebelas Maret University included: circulation service, retrieval system (OPAC), member administration, and literature processing. The constraints encountered in SLiMS application are administrator’s poor competency in using SLiMS automation system leading to less maximal system utilization, and inadequate facilities including the availability of one computer unit only, the limited number of reading table available, and the inadequate space condition. Availability of library materials is still lacking in terms of both quantity and content. The attempts taken to deal with such constraints were: to hold training activity for SLiMS automation system conducted by administrators of reading room, to repair and to provide facilities in reading room by proposing it to the central office through study program, for example, increasing the number of air conditioners (AC). In addition, he also asked for donations from alumnus to increase the collection of library materials.

Abstract

Teachers at vocational schools are facilitators in implementing an effective learning process. The learning process is inextricably linked to the media, methods and learning outcomes. In this case, the media play an important role. As we know, online learning platforms are very diverse, but not all of these platforms can be used effectively to create meaningful, interesting and interactive learning in office administration. The objectives of Training to Improve Teacher Skills in Conducting Information Technology Based Learning and Communication in Vocational Schools are 1) Improve Teacher Skills in Development of Innovative Learning Models 2) Improve Teacher Skills in Development of Learning Management System (LMS) to become Professional and Competent Teachers who design learning media and implement them in learning activities. 3) Improving teachers' communication skills in learning through live virtual meetings and live chat through Whatsapp desktop application in vocational schools. The results of the training were: 1) Increasing the ability of teachers to develop innovative learning models by 80%, 2) Increasing the ability to develop a Znaplink-based Learning Management System (LMS) by 86%, and 3) The Improving the ability of teachers to communicate while learning through live virtual meetings and live chats with Whatsapp desktop application has reached 88%.

Abstract

 Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah terdapat pengaruh pengawasan terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; (2) apakah terdapat pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; dan (3) apakah terdapat pengaruh pengawasan dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja pegawai pada Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 110 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 86 orang pegawai. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS v25.0. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengawasan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (thitung 2,868 > ttabel 1,988 dan signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05); (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (thitung 4,423 > ttabel 1,988 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pengawasan dan disiplin kerja terhadap semangat kerja karyawan (Fhitung 31,060 > Ftabel 3,11 dan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05).Kata Kunci: kuantitatif; metode korelasi; pengawasan kerja pegawaiAbstract: This research aims to determine: (1) whether there is an influence of supervision on employee work passion at Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; (2) whether there is an influence of work discipline on employee work passion at Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar; and (3) whether there is an influence of supervision and work discipline on employee work passion at Disdagnakerkop UKM Kabupaten Karanganyar. Quantitative research approach with a correlational method. The research population is all employees, totaling 110 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, with 86 employees as the sample. The data was collected using questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used the prerequisite test and multiple linear regression analysis techniques using SPSS v25.0. The results of this study explained that: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of supervision on employee work passion (tcount 2.868 > ttable 1.988 and a significance of 0.005 <0.05); (2) there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee work passion (tcount 4.423 > ttable 1.988 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05); (3) there is a positive and significant effect of supervision and work discipline on employee work passion (Fcount 31.060 > Ftable 3.11 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05). Keywords: correlational method ; supervision on employee; quantitative

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan smartphone terhadap prestasi belajar; (2) mengetahui pengaruh pola pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar; dan (3) mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan smartphone dan pola pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara random sampling. Jumlah sampel seluruhnya adalah 42 siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: Pertama, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif atau signifikan penggunaan smartphone terhadap prestasi belajar. Kedua, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif atau signifikan pola pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar. Ketiga, tidak terdapat pengaruh positif penggunaan smartphone dan pola belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar.Kata Kunci: gaya pembelajaran; hasil belajar; pembelajaran di smartphoneAbstract: This research aims to (1) determine the effect of smartphone use on learning achievement; (2) determine the effect of learning patterns on learning achievement; and (3) determine the effect of smartphone use and learning patterns on learning achievement. This research is descriptive and quantitative. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling. The total sample size is 42 students. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: First, there is no positive or significant effect of smartphone use on learning achievement. Second, there is no positive or significant effect of learning patterns on learning achievement. Third, there is no positive effect of smartphone use and learning patterns together on learning achievement.Keywords: learning style; learning achievement; smartphone for learning

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan aplikasi Shopee, (2) citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan aplikasi Shopee (3) promosi dan citra perusahaan secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas pelanggan aplikasi Shopee. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 339 mahasiswa PAP dan 100 mahasiswa diambil sebagai sampel. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner penelitian menggunakan skala likert 1-4 dan dianalisis dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel promosi terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa pada aplikasi Shopee, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 4,318 > ttabel 1,984 (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel citra perusahaan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa pada aplikasi Shopee, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,037 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 2,113 > ttabel 1,984 (3) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel promosi dan citra perusahaan secara bersama-sama terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa pada aplikasi Shopee, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 37,364 > Ftabel 3,09.Keywords : citra perusahaan; beriklan; dedikasi pelanggan; kuantitatif Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of (1) promotion on customer loyalty in the Shopee application (2) corporate image on customer loyalty in the Shopee application (3) promotion and corporate image simultaneously on customer loyalty in the Shopee application. The total population is 339 students of PAP and 100 students are taken as samples. This research is quantitative research with a correlational method. The sample was taken using the purposive sampling method. The research data was collected using a research questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-4 and analyzed using the SPSS version 26 application. The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant effect of the promotion on customer loyalty of students in the Shopee application, as evidenced by a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05 and tcount value of 4,318 >tcount 1,984 (2) there is a positive and significant effect of corporate image on customer loyalty of students in Shopee application, as evidence by the significant value of 0,037 < 0,05 and tcount value of 2,113 >tcount 1,984 (3) there is a positive and significant effect of promotion and corporate image simultaneously on customer loyalty of students in Shopee application, as evidence by the significant value of 0,000 < 0,05 and Fvalue 37,364 > Ftable 3,09.Keywords:  advertise; corporate image; customer dedication; quantitative

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh magang terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII OTKP di SMK 1 Karanganyar; (2) pengaruh peran guru bimbingan konseling terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII OTKP di SMKN 1 Karanganyar; dan (3) pengaruh magang dan peran guru bimbingan konseling terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII OTKP di SMK 1 Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII OTKP. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dengan sampel sebanyak 72 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji prasyarat analisis, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji multikolinearitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) magang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (thitung 5,504 > ttabell1,99495); (2) peran guru bimbingan konseling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (hitung 2,050 > ttabel 1,99495); dan (3) magang dan peran guru bimbingan konseling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja (Fhitung 22,025 > Ftabel,13).Kata kunci: kesiapan karir; kuantitatif; magang; pengajarAbstract: The research aims to know: (1) the effect of internship on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar; (2) the effect of the role of counseling guidance teacher on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar; and (3) the effect of internship and the role of counseling guidance teacher on work readiness of class XII OTKP at Vocational High School 1 Karanganyar. This research used descriptive quantitative methods. The research population is all students of class XII OTKP. The sampling technique used saturation sampling with 72 students as samples. Methods of data collection using questionnaire and document analysis. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with analysis prerequisite test, the normality test, linearity test, and multicollinearity test. The result of the research shows that: (1) internship has a positive and significant effect on work readiness (tcount 5,504 > ttabell1,99495); (2) the role of counseling guidance teacher has a positive and significant effect on work readiness (toount 2,050 > ttabel 1,99495); and (3) internship and the role of counseling guidance teacher has positive and significant on work readiness (Fcount 22,025 > Ftable,13).Keywords:  internship; quantitative; teacher; work readiness

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) media audio visual terhadap kemampuan literasi digital, (2) kemandirian belajar terhadap kemampuan literasi digital, (3) media audio visual     dan kemandirian belajar terhadap kemampuan literasi digital. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 1.076 dan 90 siswa diambil sebagai sampel. Sampel diambil menggunakan metode proportionate stratified random sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert 1-4. Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan media audio visual terhadap kemampuan literasi digital siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001< 0,05 dan nilai thitung 3,417>ttabel1,9761 (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kemandirian belajar terhadap kemampuan literasi digital siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi  0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung 4,190 >ttabel 1,9761 (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan media audio visual dan kemandirian belajar secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan literasi digital siswa SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, yang menunjukkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 <0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 6,858>Ftabel 3,10.Kata kunci: kecerdasan digital; kuantitatif; media multimedial; pembelajaran mandiriAbstract: This research aims to determine the effect of (1) audio-visual media on digital literacy abilities, (2) learning independence on digital literacy abilities, (3) audio-visual media and learning independence on digital literacy abilities. This research is quantitative research with correlational methods. The total population was 1,076 and 90 students were taken as samples. Samples were taken using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. Research data was collected using a questionnaire using a 1-4 Likert. This research shows the results that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of audio-visual media on the digital literacy abilities of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.001<0.05 and a tcount value of 3.417>ttable1.9761 (2) there is a significant influence positive and significant independence of learning on the digital literacy skills of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, proven by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a tcount value of 4.190 > ttable 1.9761 (3) there is a positive and significant influence of audio-visual media and independence of learning together -the same for the digital literacy abilities of students at SMK Negeri 1 Sukoharjo, which showed a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and an Fcount value of 6.858>Ftable 3.10.Keywords : audio visual media; digital literacy ability; independent learning; quantitative

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) apakah terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi pegawai pada Kantor BPN Kabupaten Boyolali, 2) apakah terdapat pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap motivasi pegawai pada Kantor BPN Kabupaten Boyolali, dan 3) apakah terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja terhadap motivasi pegawai pada Kantor BPN Kabupaten Boyolali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah 121 orang dan sampel sebanyak 93 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Uji validitas instrumen dan uji reliabilitas menggunakan koefisien Cronbach`s Alpha. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 15 for Windows yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t (parsial), dan uji F (simultan). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja yang dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel yaitu 2,590 > 0,239 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,011 yang lebih kecil dari 0,050; 2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya kerja terhadap motivasi kerja yang dibuktikan dengan thitung > ttabel yaitu 5,256 > 0,486 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,050; dan 3) terdapat pengaruh positif kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja terhadap motivasi kerja yang dibuktikan dengan nilai statistik uji F sebesar 30,239 dengan signifikansi 0,001 kurang dari 0,050.Kata Kunci: etika kerja; manajemen; motivasi pegawaiAbstract: This study aims to determine 1) whether there is an influence of leadership on employee motivation at the BPN Office of Boyolali Regency, 2) whether there is an influence of work culture on employee motivation at the BPN Office of Boyolali Regency, and 3) whether there is the influence of leadership and work culture on employee motivation at the BPN Office of Boyolali Regency. This research is descriptive quantitative research. The population in the study amounted to 121 people and a sample of 93 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Test the validity of the instrument and test the reliability using Cronbach`s Alpha coefficient. The analysis used to test the research hypothesis uses the SPSS 15 for Windows application, namely multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test (partial), and F test (simultaneous). The results of the study show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership on work motivation as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely 2.590 > 0.239 and a significance value of 0.011 which is less than 0.050; 2) there is a positive and significant effect of work culture on work motivation as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely 5.256 > 0.486 and a significance value of 0.000, less than 0.050; and 3) there is a positive influence of leadership and work culture on work motivation as evidenced by the F test statistical value of 30.239 with a significance of 0.001 which is less than 0.050.Keywords: employee motivation; management; work etique
