This paper discusses about several cultural aspects of culture that can be used as a foundation for regional development. The facts show that cultural based development is not yet holistic. There are many cultural values that are neglected in regional development. At least four aspects of development that can take advantage of local-traditional culture, namely: matters of livelihood, matters of government, politics, and matters of religion and belief in God Almighty. The presentation of facts regarding the four things mentioned above is a reflection of the revival of values. This reflection would spur all government policy to take advantage of aspects of local culture as a material consideration in designing and implementing development in the region.

This article discusses the development of character, awareness of diversity and multicultural education. Characters cannot be developed through slogans, rhetoric, or lectures, through various activities that are natural in nature which indicate various attitudes, values and characters. One activity that requires the use of language in a variety of grammar communities.Talks about people with various languages cannot be returned from the question of diversity (multiculturalism). Regarding the rights of each language and taking its speakers, a multicultural perspective is needed to address differences in social interactions and cultural interactions. The agreed interaction process allows the formation of norms and values that lead to the formation of character.Based on observing the situation of diversity with various characteristics, it can characterize that can be developed and developed from the situation of diversity. These characters were identified through various language typologies, various repertoires, awareness about motherhood, dynamic diglossia, characteristics of language choice, the role of Indonesian in multiculturalism perspective. Approved characters, among others: agreed, mutually agreed, social care, religious, national spirit and love of the motherland. Thus, diversity can be a medium of education and character development in the development of multiculturalism.

Artikel ini membahas tentang klasifikasi klausa verbal sebagai pengisi fungsi predikat dalam bahasa Lamaholot dialek Waibalun (selanjutnya disingkat BLDW). Klasifikasi ini berdasarkan tipologi sintaksis yang terdiri atas tipologi tata urut kata (word order) dan tipologi pemarkahan. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Teori Relasi Gramatikal dan Teori Tipologi Bahasa. Data analisis diambil dari daftar klausa dan kalimat sederhana dalam BLDW. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan hal-hal sebagai berikut, (1) verba BLDW terdiri atas dua bentuk yaitu verba dasar dan verba berklitik, (2) struktur dasar verba BLDW berupa klausa intransitif, monotransitif dan dwitransitif, (3) pola yang ditemukan dalam struktur klausa BLDW adalah SV, SVO, OSV dan SVOO, (4) secara tipologi gramatikal, BLDW termasuk tipe bahasa Nominatif-Akusatif.

SMP Negeri 5 Nekamese, as a remote school, needs to adopt innovative learning practices such as deep learning. The challenge is integrating this abstract concept into classroom practices that support differentiated learning. The solution offered is to combine deep learning with the concept of fields of meaning from linguistics, which helps teachers create contextual materials and facilitates students in building holistic understanding. The Community Service Program (PKM) was implemented through four systematic stages: preparation, training and capacity building for teachers on fields of meaning and deep learning, implementation of modules in the classroom with regular mentoring, and holistic evaluation. The main focus was collaboration between teachers and the community service team in developing teaching modules that support differentiation. This activity successfully produced an innovative teaching module that applies deep learning through the concept of fields of meaning. This module created a paradigm shift from memorization to substantive understanding, strengthening students' contextual understanding and literacy. This success increased teacher capacity and became a replicable asset. This PkM also strengthens Undana's Tri Dharma (Three Pillars of Excellence); lecturers receive theoretical validation and enrich the curriculum, while students gain real-world experience (experiential learning) and strengthen their soft and hard skills. This PkM successfully integrates modern semantics and pedagogy, resulting in improved learning quality in schools. For sustainability, it is recommended that schools institutionalize the teaching modules, and Undana publishes this training model as a case study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh promosi online dan e-service quality terhadap keputusan pembelian dan dampaknya pada kepuasan konsumen di marketplace Shopee. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian di marketplace shopee. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling dengan jenis Purposive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil uji dalam penelitian ini menggunakan outer model, inner model dan uji hipotesis pada program Smart PLS 3.1. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa: (1) promosi online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhasap kepuasan konsumen marketplace Shopee, (2) e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen marketplace Shopee, (3) keputusan pembelian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhasap kepuasan konsumen marketplace Shopee, (4) promosi online berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhasap keputusan pembelian marketplace Shopee, (5) e-service quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhasap keputusan pembelian marketplace Shopee, (6) keputusan pembelian secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh promosi online terhadap kepuasan konsumen marketplace Shopee, (7) keputusan pembelian secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh e-service quality terhadap kepuasan konsumen marketplace Shopee.

To make the structure stronger and stiffer, which is more susceptible to earthquake forces, a special mechanism is required to improve the structure's lateral stability. EBF-V with a horizontal link beam is a brace that can enhance structural performance by providing good stiffness and ductility. On the other hand, GGBFS, as a partial OPC replacement material, was applied to contribute to using more environmentally friendly materials. Besides offering a smaller carbon footprint, GGBFS also positively improves the mechanical properties of concrete. Thus, this study focuses on investigating the crack propagation pattern of reinforced concrete braced frames combined with 20% GGBFS in EBF-V with three variations of link beam element lengths of 0 cm (CBF), 15 cm (EBF-V-) and 25 cm (EBF-V-25). As a result, the CBF specimen showed the best seismic performance. In EBF specimens, there is an increase in the collapse mechanism to be more ductile. The link beam plays a role in making the crack pattern more focused. EBF-V-15 performs well under seismic loading with large lateral capacity and ductility. The cracks in the frame are evenly distributed, dominated by fine cracks, and symmetrical on both sides. This validates that GGBFS plays a good role in improving the frame performance with its pore-filling effect and pozzolanic reaction.
