Abstract

The purpose of this literature study is expected to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables that can later be used for further research in the scope of human resource management. The literature review research article on the analysis of emotional intelligence, compensation and Career Path on tour guide performance through job satisfaction is a scientific literature article in the scope of human resource management science. The approach used in this literature review research is descriptive qualitative. The data collection technique is to use literature studies or conduct a review of relevant previous articles. The data used in this descriptive qualitative approach comes from previous research that is relevant to this research and is sourced from academic online media such as the Thomson Reuters Journal, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Scopus Emerald, Elsevier, Sage, Web of Science, Sinta Journal, DOAJ, EBSCO, Google Scholar and digital reference books. In previous studies, 1 relevant previous article was used to review each independent variable. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Emotional Intelligence influences Job Satisfaction; 2) Compensation influences Job Satisfaction; 3) Career Path influences Job Satisfaction; 4) Emotional Intelligence influences Tour Guide Performance; 5) Compensation influences Tour Guide Performance; 6) Career Path influences Tour Guide Performance; 7) Job Satisfaction influences Career Path; 8) Emotional Intelligence influences Tour Guide Performance through Job Satisfaction; 9) Compensation influences Tour Guide Performance through Job Satisfaction; and 10) Career Path influences Tour Guide Performance through Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of religiosity and destination image on tourist decisions. This type of research is quantitative research with a sampling technique, namely the Accident Sampling method (determining the sample by chance). The exact population in this study is not known (Unknown Population) so that in taking samples using the formula according to Sujarweni, the sample in this study was 96 respondents and the sample selection criteria was that they were Mandala puja visitors, aged 25-50 years. By using a data processing tool in the form of the SPPS vers 20 application. The results of the research that has been carried out show that simultaneously religiosity and destination image have an influence on tourists' decisions, while partially religiosity has no effect on tourists' decisions and destination image has an influence on tourists' decisions.

Abstract

Tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan pada industri penerbangan di Indonesia menjadi persoalan serius karena berdampak pada biaya rekrutmen, stabilitas operasional, dan keselamatan penerbangan, sementara faktor kompetensi, remunerasi, mentoring, dan kepuasan kerja belum banyak dikaji secara terintegrasi di sektor ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, remunerasi, dan mentoring terhadap turnover karyawan yang dimediasi oleh kepuasan kerja pada industri penerbangan di Indonesia guna menyusun hipotesis bagi penelitian selanjutnya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi pustaka (literature review), memanfaatkan data sekunder dari Springer, Wiley, ProQuest, Emerald, Taylor & Francis, Sage, Sinta, Copernicus, dan Google Scholar terbitan tahun 2021-2026. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja; 2) Remunerasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja; 3) Mentoring berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja; 4) Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap turnover karyawan; 5) Remunerasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover karyawan; 6) Mentoring berpengaruh terhadap turnover karyawan; 7) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap turnover karyawan; 8) Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap turnover karyawan dimediasi kepuasan kerja; 9) Remunerasi berpengaruh terhadap turnover karyawan dimediasi kepuasan kerja; 10) Mentoring berpengaruh terhadap turnover karyawan dimediasi kepuasan kerja. Kebaruan penelitian terletak pada integrasi keempat variabel tersebut dalam satu kerangka konseptual yang spesifik pada konteks industri penerbangan, yang belum banyak diuji dalam penelitian terdahulu.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to improve public understanding of strategies for preparing high-quality human resources to face the challenges of the workforce and business development in 2026. The increasingly rapid changes in the business environment, influenced by technological advancement, digitalization, and growing global competition, require individuals to possess adequate competencies, adaptability, and innovative skills. This community service program was implemented through socialization activities, training sessions, and interactive discussions involving students, job seekers, and small and medium-sized business actors. The materials delivered included professional competency development, improvement of interpersonal skills, utilization of digital technology, as well as career planning and sustainable business development strategies. The results of the activity indicate an increase in participants’ understanding of the importance of continuous self-development and the ability to adapt to technological changes and the dynamics of the labor market. In addition, participants were able to identify various career opportunities and potential business development aligned with the growth of the digital economy. Through this activity, it is expected that the community will be better prepared to face future challenges, improve the quality of human resources, and support the achievement of career success and sustainable business development.
