<![CDATA[Abstract : Feminism movement comes forward in various parts of the world, including in Indonesia. This movement pictures a woman in the position of the oppressed, and sistematically subordinate and ideologically imprisoned. In order to release from the oppression, then, it has emerged in the history of some women's movement in Indonesia, in which women have moved forward and more focused in the improvement of the social position of women in marriage and family, and to improve the skills as a housewife by improving the education and the teaching as accompanied by an increase in skill. Abstrak : Gerakan Feminisme datang ke depan di berbagai belahan dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Gerakan ini menggambarkan seorang wanita di posisi tertindas, dan sistematis bawahan dan ideologis dipenjara. <![CDATA[Abstract : Education is the key to the realization of gender equality in the society, because education is a tool for transferring the norms of society, knowledge and abilities. In education, women still lag behind men. This condition is partly due to the lack of view in society that promotes and put the men to get an education than perempuan.Pendidikan kesataraan gender-based issue that is very strategic, efforts should be pursued to formulate the concrete angkah gender in national education policy, the gender-based curriculum . Models of curriculum integration of gender equality in the educational curriculum developed is a matter of principle because students are expected to understand in depth about the importance of gender equality. The effort is what is meant by equality and gender justice. Abstrak : Pendidikan adalah kunci untuk realisasi kesetaraan gender dalam masyarakat, karena pendidikan adalah alat untuk mentransfer norma-norma masyarakat, pengetahuan dan kemampuan. Dalam pendidikan, perempuan masih tertinggal pria. Kondisi ini sebagian disebabkan oleh kurangnya lihat dalam masyarakat yang mempromosikan dan menempatkan orang-orang untuk mendapatkan pendidikan dari perempuan.Pendidikan kesataraan gender berbasis isu yang sangat strategis, upaya harus ditempuh untuk merumuskan jenis kelamin angkah beton dalam kebijakan pendidikan nasional , kurikulum berbasis gender. Model integrasi kurikulum kesetaraan gender dalam kurikulum pendidikan dikembangkan adalah masalah prinsip karena siswa diharapkan untuk memahami secara mendalam tentang pentingnya kesetaraan gender. <![CDATA[Tujuan jangka panjang penelitian ini menghasilkan bahan-bahan tekstil berkualitas high fashion dari rekayasa teknologi pewarnaaan airbrush pada bahan tekstil berkualitas rendah atau tekstil limbah. Guna peningkatan mutu produk serta seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan seni, bahan dasar tekstil kulitas rendah atau tekstil limbah tersebut direkayasa menjadi produk baru dengan teknik pewarnaan airbrush. Teknik pewarnaan airbrush yang tadinya mempercantik tampilan di dunia otomotif, akan diaplikasikan pada bahan dasar tekstil tersebut sehingga menghasilkan bahan baku alternatif yang nantinya didesain berdasarkan kondisi bahan. Adapun metode yang dipakaiadalah eksperimen dan target khususnya adalah teridentifikasinya potensi—potensi daerah Gorontalo yang dapat dijadikan sumber-sumber ide baru penciptaan seni kriya serta terciptanya desainalternatif produk kriya tekstil dari hasil rekayasa tekstil. Untuk mencapai target tersebut,langkah nyata yang akan dilakukan adalah (1) eksplorasi dengan cara penggalian sumber—sumber ide baru dari berbagai produk kriya tekstil, melalui penelusuran data-data pustaka, data visual, dan data material, kemudian hasilnya digunakan sebagai dasar pembuatan dcsain; (2) perancangan yakni memvisualisasikan ide-ide kedalam bentuk desain atau gambar kerja;(3) perwujudan yaitu merealisasikan desain kedalam karya nyata dengan merekayasa tekstil berkualitas rendah atau tekstil limbah sebagai bahan utama berprospektif menjadi bahan high fashion yang berciri budaya Gorontalo.]]>

<![CDATA[Batik Semarangan has a variety of motives, including architectural motifs (Lawang Sewu, Tugu Muda, Sam Po Kong, and others) and floral fauna motifs (asem, tendrils, fish, etc.). One of batik Semarangan's unique and interesting motifs is Warak Ngendog's motif. Visualization of Warak Ngendog motif is made by referring to the mythological animal of Semarang belief. This journal will discuss the visual motives of Warak Ngendog through the semiotic viewpoint. This viewpoint sees batik motifs not merely images, but as cultural texts in which operate marking practices that lead to the method of reading batik motifs as a text. With this point of view Warak Ngendog's motives will be analyzed by traces of visual detail, how to form visual constructs, and to track his social history. <![CDATA[Artikel ini membahas mengenai Batik Semarangan yang memiliki motif khas cukup beragam. Antara lain motif arsitektural (Lawang Sewu, Tugu Muda, Sam Po Kong, dan lain-lain) dan motif flora fauna (asem, sulur-sulur, ikan, dan lainlain). Salah satu motif batik Semarangan yang unik dan menarik adalah motif Warak Ngendog. Visualisasi motif Warak Ngendog dibuat dengan merujuk pada hewan mitologi kepercayaan warga Semarang. Jurnal ini akan mendiskusikan visual motif Warak Ngendog melalui sudut pandang estetika Wilfried Van Damme. Pengkajian estetika terhadap karya motif batik Warak Ngendog bertujuan untuk mengetahui kandungan nilai-nilai keindahan universal dari karya tersebut.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze how legal protection is for trademarks that have been registered and what legal remedies have been taken by business actors and when. Batik is one of the intangible cultural heritages and the need for legal protection for trademarks that have been registered, one of which we take in this research is Batik Bulan, we are interested. A brand is one of the images as well as a good name for the company, it can be used as an identity for the goods it produces as an identifier and at the same time as a differentiator from other batik manufacturers. If there is no protection for a registered or well-known mark, a problem will arise, one of which will arise in relation to a dispute over the trademark. In this research method we use the normative juridical method, by examining the rules, norms, rules that greatly influence the problem to be studied. The results in this study indicate that every rule, principle that is carried out is in accordance with Law number 20 of 2006 concerning brands and geographical indicators as well as the reality on the ground to the problems that we will examine through one approach, namely through an empirical juridical approach, this approach aims to research This can be used with the aim of obtaining knowledge about the sociological aspects of society regarding the need to know about the legal protection of registered marks. For one of the well-known brands or registered legal protection through two events, namely preventive legal protection and repressive legal protection, this is done to protect entrepreneurs or trademark rights holders from acts against the law committed against registered brands, it is necessary to provide legal protection to trademark rights of registered goods. <![CDATA[Batik is Indonesia's noble culture and has been attached as an identity as well as national identity. This is important to do so that the Indonesian people do not lose their national identity in the midst of the swift onslaught of foreign cultures in the current era of globalization. The movement to preserve the local wisdom of batik culture must start as early as possible. Batik simbut innovation is one way to introduce batik culture to the younger generation, especially at an early age and elementary school. Batik simbut is child-friendly because it uses a kind of cold paste as a substitute for the function of hot wax. This study discusses learning innovation of Batik simbut that is applied to the Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila program at SDN Kwagean. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The findings from this study are (1) the application of Batik simbut is considered safer, so it can minimize the risk of accidents due to hot nights for students. (2) The application of learning innovations of child-friendly batik in the P5 project is very appropriate and strategic as an effort to build students' curiosity and inquiry abilities through cultural exploration and local wisdom. This is expected to be an effort to strengthen the nation’s character as early as possible.]]>

<![CDATA[The application of manipulating fabrics to batik can create uniqueness and exclusivity to increase its value. The application of manipulating fabrics on batik can support the development or creation of custom made batik based on creativity to create batik fashion innovation. This can encourage the creation of new product designs to refresh the market. The application of manipulating fabrics to batik provides novelty value because it adds use value to the product. Adding use value to batik products can add to the superiority of the product, namely that apart from being beautiful it also has a certain physical appearance. It is important to develop batik to maintain its sustainability. Batik as a cultural heritage still needs to continue to be developed to be transformed to the younger generation. There are still younger generations who think batik is old fashioned clothing. Batik can be modified to suit current modern fashion trends so that the younger generation is even more enthusiastic about preserving it. One way that can be done is by applying manipulating fabric. The aim of this research is to produce a new product design with the idea of providing additional use value to coastal motif batik products by applying the technique of manipulating fabrics. The method used is qualitative research with a practice-based approach to the creative arts creation process (practice-led research). The result of this research is a batik shawl with fabric manipulation applications in the form of embroidery, slashing and smocking.]]>

<![CDATA[ Penerapan manipulating fabrics pada kain batik dapat memunculkan keunikan dan eksklusifitas untuk menambah value-nya. Aplikasi manipulating fabrics pada kain batik dapat mendukung pengembangan atau penciptaan custome made batik berbasis kreatifitas untuk menciptakan inovasi fashion batik. Hal tersebut dapat mendorong penciptaan desain produk baru untuk menyegarkan pasar. Penerapan manipulating fabrics pada kain batik memberi nilai kebaruan karena menambahkan nilai guna pada produk. Penambahan nilai guna pada produk batik dapat menambah keunggulan produk yaitu selain indah juga mempunyai tampilan tertentu secara fisik. Pengembangan batik penting untuk dilakukan demi menjaga kelestariannya. Batik sebagai warisan budaya, masih perlu terus dikembangkan untuk ditransformasikan kepada generasi muda. Generasi muda masih ada yang menganggap batik adalah pakaian yang kuno. Batik dapat dimodifikasi dengan trend fashion modern saat ini sehingga generasi muda lebih antusias lagi dalam melestarikannya. Salah satu cara yang bisa dilakukan adalah dengan penerapan manipulating fabric.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan desain produk baru dengan ide memberikan tambahan nilai guna pada produk batik motif pesisiran dengan mengaplikasikan teknik manipulating fabrics. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan berbasis praktek proses berkarya seni kriya (practice-led research). Hasil penelitian ini adalah berupa kain selendang batik dengan aplikasi manipulating fabric berupa sulam, slashing, dan smock.]]>
