Abstract

In one of the efforts to increase the economic progress of the pesantren and also to eat for the students, especially at the Nurul Jadid Boarding School, Probolinggo, it is very necessary to have a centralized program for paying the cost of paying for the cost of the students’ meals so that each student’s meal is regelated and even becomas a way of saving the cost of living for the students. For decades, the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School has not been able and succeeded ini centralizing the cost of food for students and processed food products for students at one door. The centralization of the santri staple food business is believed by the pesantren. The fear of pesantren in managing this business is quite an obstacle, but by providing location, technology and human resources, pessntren is expected to be able to maintain and preserve Costmara’s business. Our service uses a Consultation approach, where wa several individuals at the same time assist, guide and direct policy makers, employees and servants at Nurul Jadid Cost of Eating student to make this businenss lively and comfartable, especially able to nourish the economy of the Pesantren and serve the needs of the santri so that the pesantren achieves the peak of independence and economic sovereignty. Centralization of the cost of meals for studentswas initiated by Pesantren bereau and ini teh end it was acquired by the business bereua, Centralized peyments at the santri supplies simpab office and food management in public kitchens with a sufficient number of employess, centralization of santri food and payments were able to mave the pesantren economy for more beneficial interests including religious agends, education, health, equipment and others within the Nuru Jadid Islamci Boarding School. Economics is the foundation of every pesantren agenda. So Cost Mara contributes a lot the economic pace of Islamic Boarding Schools. Santru obtain sufficient benefits, including low prices, healthy composition and savings for santri and the ecomic flow santri guardiens.

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative method, namely a descriptive approach because this approach always provides the basis and convenience in an effort to achieve the goal optimally. The reasons that encourage researchers to use this method are to answer various questions and problems about the role of parent cooperatives in improving the Economics of Islamic Boarding Schools in the Az-Zainiyah Region. Data collection technique is the method taken by researchers in collecting research data, in accordance with the form of the qualitative approach and data sources used, so this technique uses direct observation or observation in order to obtain an accurate picture of the matters being studied. The results of this study indicate that the strengthening of the pesantren economy through digitizing the pesantren business unit with the existence of E-Bekal is always real for its contribution, besides that using E-Bekal makes it easier for cooperative members in finance, by providing income that is donated to Islamic boarding schools in the Region. Az-Zainiyah, this study also describes the Parent Cooperative which provides needs for students of the Az-Zainiyah Region in the form of daily needs such as toiletries, school needs, etc., as well as supporting the existing infrastructure in the pesantren. Abstract

Zakat is part of an Islamic financial instrument which has one function to alleviate poverty. In general, the empowerment of zakat to mustahik is consumptive, zakat is given in the form of cash or basic necessities directly to zakat recipients or mustahik, however, consumptive zakat becomes ineffective in improving the welfare of mustahik in long-term or sustainable, because it only makes mustahik survive and will not encourage mustahik to try to get out of the poverty line. It is the empowerment of zakat in productive forms that is more effective in increasing the welfare of mustahik and can alleviate mustahik from the poverty zone. However, LAZISKAF must also be supported by supervisors and assistants by LAZISKAF in the field, so that zakat recipients are more enthusiastic in doing business. Mustahik's welfare can be seen from several factors, namely business development, increased income, and has become a muzakki or the ability to give alms and donate after receiving zakat empowerment funds. Their livelihood is the mustahik, by applying this effort it is hoped that they will be able to fulfill their own life. The further goal is to make the mustahik zakat a muzakki zakat.

Abstract

The Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School has a large number of students and graduate, economic access to clothing (fashion) is widely used by external parties, even though the financial circulation is ini the same class as state educational institutions outside the Boarding School, on that basis, the head of the Boarding School, throung the business bureau, established a clothing industry factory for Nurul Jadid under name Germnet, the policy of the head of the pesantren requires the centralization of the one-stop clothing business to be hanlled by the Business bereau through the Garmen Nurul Jadid. This research is a qualitative research type of field research (field research), researchers lool foor a lot of data by by going directly to the research location to get primary information from the source, methods of analysis, this research has an important role for the economic progress of the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding Scholl. The formalations of this research include, Nurul Jadi made a profit of almos 1 billion so that she was the able to revive several pesantren sectors, developing pesantren human reseorces, the ability of students to reach the price of cloting, the life of intrepreneurial spirit from an early age and the economic development of the pesantren. This is only one economic sector, how about the economic sector for the needs of santri food, medical equipment, bathing, washing and others the Nurul Jadid Islamic Boarding School continues to make improvements.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kepada masyarakat pelaku Usaha Kecil Mikro dan Menengah di Pesisir Pantai Bungatan Situbondo pada produk kuliner cumi-cumi dan prodak olahan hasil laut lainnya. Masyarakat pesisir Bungatanyang didentik sebagai masyarakat tertinggal bahkan komunitas ekonomi kelas penting melihat potensi dan semangat mereka menuju ekonomi kreatif untuk kedaulatan ekonomi masyarakat. Mekera mempunyai potensi besar disamping telah mengatahui ekosistem dan berpengalaman di tengah laut. Akan tetapi mereka tidak bisa membaca perubahan zaman, kami bersama tim mengedapak pendampingan dalam wujud pengabdian masyarakat untuk banyak memperkenalkan prodak kuliner laut cumi-cumi kepada masyarakat umum terlebih melalui media sosial dengan harapan omzet mereka bertmbah seiring dengan bertambahnya pelanggan serta produk yang terjual

Abstract

Riset ini mengkaji pengaruh kebijakan Pondok Pesantren terhadap perkembangan Bank Syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif sebagai penelitian dasar (Basic Research), data pondok pesantren di Kementerein Agama Indonesia sebagai dasar penelitian ini dan  sabagai wujud ikhtiyar menjadikan pesantren yang pada dasarnya lembaga pendidikan Islam dikonversikan modal keberlangsungan Bank Syariah di bumi Nusantara. Studi ini juga mengevaluasi (muhasabah) loyalitas dan sinergitas pondok pesantren terhadap akad, prodak dan system perbankan syariah. Hasil riset ini menunjukkan bahwa  kebijakan pondok pesantren berpengaruh kuat terhadap bertambhanya bank syariah di Indonesia untuk menjalankan system dan tata kelola ekonomi Islam. Akan tetapi, tidak semua pondok pesantren di Indonesia mempunyai sinergitas dan mendukung eksistensi untuk keberlangsungan bank Syariah di Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to examine the evolution of Islamic banking practices as a means of enhancing financial awareness in Indonesia. In order to increase the general public's access to products and financial services that are fair, affordable, and useful, they are referred to as financial inclusion. The Islamic banking system has become a crucial alternative in the Indonesian financial system. Deskriptif analysis is the research method used in this journal. Data are obtained through relevant secondary data sources and research studies. This analysis will show how Islamic banks operate in Indonesia, how Islamic banks maintain their financial integrity, and the problems that arise when they are expanding. Research indicates that the rise in Islamic banks has helped to increase awareness of money in Indonesia. However, numerous challenges are faced by the syariah banking sector. Several of these include inadequate infrastructure, inadequate knowledge about goods and services provided by Islamic banks, and regulations that have not yet fully addressed the root causes of the problem. Due to this, the journal also offers advice on how to resolve the issue and encourage the development of more sensitive Islamic banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penggunaan mesin perajang tembakau terhadap efiensi biaya tenaga kerja pada produksi tembakau rajangan ini menggambarkan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi praktik manfaat dari penggunaan mesin perajang tembakau pada produksi tembakau rajangan di Desa Pondok Kelor dengan fokus pada efisiensi biaya tenaga kerja. Selain itu, penerapan mesin ini juga sejalan dengan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam dalam setiap aspek produksinya, termasuk prinsip keadilan, transparansi, kejujuran, keseimbangan dan tanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, adapun bahan pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa data primer, yaitu data yang diperoleh secara langsung yaitu diperoleh dari observasi dan wawancara kepada petani atau buruh tani tembakau, pemilik mesin perajang tembakau, serta pihak-pihak terkait lainnya. Serta data sekunder lainnya yang digunakan sebagai acuan seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, skripsi, tesis dan internet yang membahas tentang penggunaan mesin perajang tembakau terhadap efisiensi biaya tenaga kerja pada produksi tembakau rajangan berbasis etika bisnis Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan mesin perajang tembakau dapat mengefisiensi biaya dan mempersingkat waktu proses perajangan hingga dapat menekan biaya produksi yang lebih efisien serta meningkatkan hasil produksi tembakau rajangan dan mengahasilkan hasil rajangan yang lebih seragam. Dan penerapan etika bisnis islam dalam setiap proses produksinya yaitu transparansi, kejujuran, keseimbangan dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha tani tembakau yang lebih berkelanjutan dan etis. Penelitian ini akan memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang manfaat penggunaan mesin perajang tembakau terhadap efisiensi biaya tenga kerja serta implikasinya dalam etika bisnis islam di Desa Pondok Kelor.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the role of cooperatives in promoting the economic independence of Islamic boarding schools through the concept of edupreneurship. This study aims to explore how cooperatives can serve as a means to enhance the financial viability of Islamic boarding schools, as well as a platform for students to develop entrepreneurial skills. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, utilizing case studies of several Islamic boarding schools with active cooperatives. Data collection was conducted through interviews, observations, and document reviews. The results of the survey indicate that Islamic boarding school cooperatives play a crucial role in supporting economic independence by providing the financial services and resources necessary for Islamic boarding schools. Additionally, cooperatives offer students opportunities to learn about business management, financial planning, and entrepreneurship. The implications of this study suggest that strengthening Islamic boarding school cooperatives, combined with the concept of edupreneurship, can create a sustainable economic empowerment model and enhance the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools by developing practical skills relevant to market needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by Artha Ldt through the TikTok platform in building consumer trust in their products, as well as to examine the alignment of these strategies with the perspective of Islamic business ethics in Situbondo Regency. TikTok, as one of the rapidly growing social media platforms, offers significant potential for marketing products in a more creative and interactive way. However, in these efforts, companies need to ensure that the marketing approaches used remain in accordance with Islamic principles, such as honesty, transparency, and avoiding fraud. This research uses a qualitative approach with interview methods and content analysis on Artha Ldt’s official TikTok account. The results show that the use of TikTok can be effective in building consumer trust through the delivery of interesting and educational information, as well as more personal interaction. However, several challenges related to the application of Islamic business ethics were also found, such as the potential for promotions that do not align with Islamic principles. Therefore, it is recommended that Artha Ldt pay more attention to Islamic values in every marketing activity to strengthen reputation and consumer trust in the Situbondo market.
