Abstract

The difficulty of students to understand science concepts in thematic learning requires innovation of the appropriate teaching materials. Meanwhile, the existence of salt ponds around students can be used as oriented outdoor learning. Therefore, this study aims to develop ethnoscience-based thematic modules implemented through outdoor learning strategies. The subjects were 40 grade VI students at Public Elementary School (or called SDN) Padelegan Pamekasan with different academic abilities and gender. The test results of learning data validity and effectiveness of modules were obtained through observation sheet instruments and questionnaires. According to the results, (1) validity modules were in the valid category, based on assessment of material and learning design experts, (2) the module’s effectiveness is in the effective category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the module strategy is worth using and improving science understanding for thematic learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian pengembangan ini adalah (1) mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran KOKOSIS (Kotak Komponen Ekosistem) pada tema 8 subtema 1 kelas V di UPTD SDN Panyaksagan Klampis, (2) mengetahui kevalidan, keefektifan, dan kemenarikan media pembelajaran KOKOSIS (Kotak Komponen Ekosistem) pada tema 8 subtema 1 kelas V di UPTD SDN Panyaksagan Klampis. Penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa persentase kevalidan rata-rata media pembelajaran KOKOSIS sebesar 89% dalam kategori sangat valid. Keefektifan media pembelajaran KOKOSIS diukur dari observasi guru sebesar 100% dalam kategori sangat aktif, observasi aktivitas siswa sebesar 98% dalam kategori sangat aktif dan persentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 91% dalam kategori tuntas sehingga dapat disimpulkan media pembelajaran KOKOSIS sangat efektif digunakan pada pembelajaran. Kemenarikan diukur dari persentase hasil angket respon siswa sebesar 97% dengan kategori sangat menarik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka media pembelajaran KOKOSIS valid, efektif dan menarik digunakan pada Tema 8 Subtema 1 materi komponen ekosistem kelas V UPTD SDN Panyaksagan Klampis.

Abstract

This classroom action research is entitled Application of Think Pair And Share Model to Improve Learning Outcomes Multiplication as repeated addition on Mathematics content. This learning model is a cooperative learning model that allows students to think and discuss or cooperate with other people in heterogeneous pairs in solving a problem. The stage of this model has 3 stages of learning: the stage of thinking, the stage of discussing in pairs, and holding on to convey or share the results of the discussion. Based on data analysis, it was obtained that student learning outcomes increased from the first cycle with an average value of 68.84 to 84.5 in the second cycle and the presentation of learning completeness increased and exceeded the classical learning level, which was 85%. Observations of learning carried out by observers also improved the understanding and activities of students in learning very well with these results, it is hoped that this learning model can be used as a reference for learning models in the classroom. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Think Pair and Share model assisted by the Funnel Counting media is effectively used in teaching and learning activities. ABSTRAKPenelitian tindakan kelas ini berjudul Penerapan Model Think Pair And Share Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Perkalian sebagai penjumlahan berulang pada muatan Matematika. Model pembelajaran ini merupakan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang memberikan kesempatan siswa untuk berpikir dan berdiskusi atau bekerja sama dengan orang lain secara berpasangan yang heterogen dalam memecahkan suatu permasalahan. Adapun tahap dari model ini memiliki 3 tahapan pembelajaran, yaitu tahap berpikir, tahap berdiskusi secara berpasangan, dan tahap menyampaikan atau membagikan hasil diskusi. Berdasarkan analisi data yang diperoleh bahwa hasil belajar siswa terjadi peningkatan dari siklus I dengan nilai rata-rata 68,84 menjadi 84,5 pada siklus II dan presentasi ketuntasan belajarpun mengalami peningkatan dan melebihi tingkat belajar klasikal, yaitu 85%. Observasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh observer, pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran mengalami peningkatan yang sangat baik dengan hasil tersebut diharapkan model pembelajaran ini bisa dipakai sebagai referensi model pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model Think Pair and Share berbantuan media Corong Berhitung efektif digunakan dalam kegiatan proses belajar dan mengajar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of monopoly media to improve language fluency in Grade 2 students of SDN Palesanggar 5. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection using interviews,observation and dokumentation.This research involved 2nd grade students of SDN Palesanggar 5 Pamekasan. Language is a process carried out to practice communication skills. Language skills are needed from an early age to get the message that a writer wants to convey. Language skills are very useful for everyone, especially children in elementary school education. Language skills are very necessary to keep up with the times, because with language one will gain new knowledge and experience. Action research in two cycles and each cycle includes: planning stage, implementation stage of activities and research results. The results showed that in the first cycle who met the presentase > 70 were 2 students meanwhile, in cycle 2, 11 students met the presentase < 70. Therefore, it can be concluded that monopoly media has a significant influence in improfing launguage fluency. ABSTRAKPada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Penerapan Media Monopoli Untuk Meningkatkan Kelancaran Berbahasa Pada Siswa Kelas 2 SDN Palesanggar 5. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan hasil belajar,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan siswa kelas 2 SDN Palesanggar 5 Pamekasan. Berbahasa adalah proses yang dilakukan untuk melatih keterampilan dalam berkomunikasi. Keterampilan berbahasa sangat diperlukan sejak dini untuk memperoleh pesan yang hendak disampaikan oleh seorang penulis. Kemampuan berbahasa sangat bermanfaat untuk semua orang khususnya anak pada pendidikan sekolah dasar. keterampilan berbahasa sangat diperlukan untuk mengikuti perkembangan zaman, karena dengan berbahasa seorang akan memperoleh ilmu pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang baru. Penelitian tindakan dalam dua siklus dan masing-masing siklus meliputi: tahap perencanaan tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan dan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus pertama yang memenuhi presentase > 70 adalah 2 siswa sedangkan pada siklus 2 yang memenuhi presentase < 70 adalah 10 siswa. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa media monopoli memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kelancaran berbahasa.

Abstract

This classroom action research discusses the Problem Based Learning Model to improve the learning outcomes of fifth graders with food chain material content. In the application by using this learning model students will be asked to solve problems in learning activities. As for the syntax in problem-based learning, namely: directing students to problems, organizing students to learn, investigating individuals and groups, developing works and presenting works, as well as analyzing and developing problem solving processes. Based on the results of the data analysis that the researchers have done, the data shows that there is an increase in the average value at the stage carried out in the first cycle, which is 58.5 to 77.2 in the second cycle stage and the percentage of mastery learning increases to 80%. Learning observation activities carried out by observers in terms of understanding and student learning activities became very good. So with these results, it is hoped that this learning model can be applied as a reference learning model for learning activities in the classroom. ABSTRAKPenelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) ini membahas tentang Model Problem Based Learning untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V dengan muatan materi rantai makanan. Pada penerapan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran ini siswa akan di minta untuk menyelesaikan masalah di dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. adapun sintak pada pembelajaran berbasis masalah yakni: orientasi peserta didik pada masalah, mengorganisasikan peserta didik untuk belajar, membimbing penyelidikan individu dan kelompok, mengembangkan karya dan menyajikan karya, serta menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses pemecahan masalah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang telah peneliti lakukan di peroleh data bahwasanya adanya peningkatan dari nilai rata-rata pada tahap yang dilakukan pada siklus 1 yakni 58,5 menjadi 77,2 pada tahap siklus 2 serta prsentasi ketuntasan belajar menjadi meningkat yakni menjadi 80%. Kegiatan observasi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan oleh observerpun dari segi pemahaman serta aktivitas belajar siswapun menjadi sangat baik. Maka dengan hasil tersebut diharapkan model pembelajaran ini bisa diterapkan sebagai reverensi model pembelajaran untuk kegiatan pembelajaran di dalam kelas.

Abstract

Pembelajaran aktif (active learning) dimaksudkan untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan semua potensi yang dimiliki oleh anak didik, sehingga semua anak didik dapat mencapai hasil belajar yang memuaskan sesuai dengan karakteristik pribadi yang mereka miliki. Pembelajaran active learning ini dapat muncul melalui pelatihan pemanfaatan media konkrit sederhana. Subjek coba pada pelatihan ini adalah guru-guru SDN Karanganyar 1, 2 dan 3 di Kecamatan Kwanyar Bangkalan. Hasil pelatihan mengindikasikan bahwa guru sangat antusias dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis benda konkrit. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan praktik langsung cara menerapkan media pembelajaran sederhana dalam pembelajaran tematik di sekolah dasar. Indikator keberhasilan dari kegiatan ini dicapai dengan hasil 87% dari mitra mengembangkan media pembelajaran sederhana sehingga dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran di sekolah dasar, dan dapat meningkatkan active learning pada siswa sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci : Media Pembelajaran Sederhana, Active Learning.

Abstract

Application of the Contextual Approach with the Buffalo Media (Kramangka Bangun Ruang) in Improving Learning for Grade V students at SDN Banyuajuh 04 academic year 2021/2022. The purpose of this study is to improve learning about the properties of prisms through the application of a contextual approach with buffalo media (framework) in fifth grade students of SDN Banyuajuh 04 Academic Year 2021/2022. This collaborative Classroom Action Research (CAR) was carried out in three cycles consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were the fifth grade students of SDN Banyuajuh 04 for the academic year 2021/2022 with a total of 12 students. The conclusion of this study is that the application of a contextual approach with buffalo media can improve the learning of spatial construction in fifth grade students of SDN Banyuajuh 04 academic year 2021/2022.

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve students understanding and learning outcomes through classroom action research using picture story media in the form of power point. This research was conducted in class II SD Negeri Kesamben 02, District Kesamben Jombang with a total of 16 students consisting of 10 boys and 6 girls. This classroom action research uses the Cooperative Learning (CIRC) learning model and aims to use illustrated story media in Indonesian language learning, as an effort to improve students' understanding and learning outcomes related to the content of fables. Collecting data in this study through observation, documentation, and student learning outcomes. The data that has been collected was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate an increase in both learning outcomes and student activity in learning. student learning outcomes showed an increase as follows: before the increase in the average grade of 75% and after the increase to 88%. Then for the percentage of students' activeness value in cycle 1 is 37.7% and in cycle 2 is 62.5%. So it can be concluded that learning Indonesian about the content of fables through picture story media in the form of power point can improve students' understanding and learning outcomes.

Abstract

One way to improve students understanding of mathematics is to present mathematics learning in the form of games. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in mathematics learning outcomes for third grade students at SDN Kedung Peluk 1 due to the application of the TGT type cooperative learning model with bingo media. The data in the study were collected using observation, interview, documentation and test techniques. The research was conducted in 2 cycles with reflection in each cycle. Based on the analysis of the data obtained, the third grade students of SDN Kedung Peluk 1 experienced an increase from cycle 1 to cycle 2. In cycle 1 students obtained an average score of 68, while in cycle 2 obtained an average score of 90. When carrying out learning observations carried out by observer, which proves that the team games tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model is very well applied in learning, so that students experience an increase in learning outcomes and are expected to be used as references for the next teaching and learning process. Thus, it can be concluded that the team games tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model assisted by bingo media is effectively applied during the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

This research is a study to find out before and after the use of song media as an effort to increase students’ understanding of the unit of length. The purpose of this study is to be able to understand student problems that often occu during unit length leraning. With the use of song edia it is hoped tha students can easily memorize long unit material and students have no difficulty determining between multiplication and division, so as to improve strudent learning outcomes that were previously lacking. Maximum in this study the researcher uses qualitive research methods, the use of this research can produce data in the from of written or oral sentences from the people or objects being observed. The implementation of research on 5th grade students at SDN Primpen, Bluluk District, Lamongan Regency with the first step is to prepare a Second Learning Implementation Plan conducting field activities in the first cycle. The third is conducting the second cycle of filed activities. The result showed that student learning outcomes experienced an increase in the average score which was initially only 56 in cycle 1 to 80 in cycle 2 and student learning mastery also increased beyond classical learning mastery. Learning observations carried out by obsevers have good understanding. In this case, the researcher concludes that the application of the scientific model assisted by song media can improve student learning outcomes in class 5 unit lenght matetial at Primpen Elementary Scool. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian untuk megetahui sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan media lagu sebagai upaya meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap satuan panjang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat memahami permasalahan siswa yang sering terjadi selama belajar satuan panjang, dengan penggunaan media lagu diharapkan siswa dapat mudah menghafal materi satuan panjang dan siswa tidak kesulitan untuk menentukan antara pekalian dan pembagian, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang sebelumnya kurang maksimal. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penggunaan penelitian ini dapat menghasilkan data berupa kalimat tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang atau objek yang sedang diamati. Pelaksanaan penelitian pada siswa kelas 5 di SDN Primpen, Kecamatan Bluluk, Kabupaten Lamongan dengan langkah yang pertama adalah menyusun Rencana Pelasanaan Pembelajaran. Kedua melakukan kegiatan lapangan siklus pertama. Ketiga melakukan kegiatan lapangan siklus kedua. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan nilai rata-rata yang awal mula hanya 56 pada siklus 1 menjadi 80 pada siklus 2 dan ketuntasan belajar siswa pun mengalami peningkatan melebihi ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Observasi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh observerpun pemahaman baik. Dalam hal ini peneliti mengambil kesimpulan bahwa penerapan model saintific berbantuan dengan media lagu dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi satuan panjang kelas 5 di SDN Primpen.
