Pengembangan kawasan industri merupakan proses yang kompleks dan dapat memberikan pengaruh tidak baik bagi lingkungan pengembangan. Tujuan penelitian untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif, dengan perencanaan pengembangan yang berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi masyarakat terhadap partisipasi, studi kasus, dan analisis konten. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif dan interpretatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola, tema, dan aspek penting yang dapat membimbing perancangan kawasan industri. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kawasan industri di Kabupaten Asahan terdiri dari beberapa bagian, yaitu kawasan waterfront city dengan fungsi wisata, perumahan, dan sarana pelayanan umum, bagian lain dari kawasan waterfront city, kawasan industri dengan fungsi perdagangan dan jasa komersial sebagai pembatas antara fungsi perumahan dan industri, kawasan industry Minapolitan yang berupa industri pengolahan hasil ikan, pengemasan produksi ikan, dan budidaya perikanan, pelabuhan induk, dan pengembangan kawasan industri seperti pergudangan dan cold storage.

This study aims to analyze the design of Mental Hospitals with appropriate facilities to support the healing of patients with mental disorders, especially schizophrenia. This study uses primary data from field surveys and secondary data from literature. Location selection is based on criteria of spatial planning, accessibility, and environmental conditions, with planning, site, and design analysis. The descriptive method ensures that the design supports the patient's recovery in a holistic manner as well as socially and technically relevant. The results of the study show that this study designed a Class B Mental Hospital in Medan Petisah, a strategic location in the trade and health center of Medan City, with an area of ±20,000 m². The design concept includes the management of sun, rain, wind, and vegetation to create a comfortable and healthy environment. Noise handling is carried out through strategic building placement and damping elements. The circulation system of people and vehicles is designed to be safe and efficient, with adequate parking space. The building uses a reinforced concrete structure with clear functional zones to support activities.

A province on the island of Sumatra, specifically in the city of Medan,there is a very legendary club called the Medan Surrounding Football Association or what is often called PSMS Medan. PSMS Medan once achieved achievements and its glory days in the 1970s to 1980s, but after that PSMS Medan’s achievements declined until now and play league 2. The reason PSMS achievements have decreased is due to lack of facilities and lack of coaching, including the lack of field facilities for training. By planning a football training camp it can charge the views of the people of North Sumatra, especially the city of Medan.towards PSMS Medan due to its declining achievements in recent years. By designing a quality football training ground to improve the quality of PSMS Medan players. The design process uses post modern architectural principles with the robert ventury appoach applied to the shape of the building and the appearance of the building. The author chose robert ventury’s post modern architectural appoach in designing the Football Training Camp so that the shape of the buildings arround the site directly reflects the function of the building.

This service is carried out with the aim of this community service activity is to educate teenagers who are still in junior high school to know about investment. Investment is an important component of the strategy to usher in a new era by making a commitment to sacrifice a certain amount of money or other types of things at this time in the hope of getting greater rewards in the future. The development and progress of the times requires each generation to continue to adapt and learn, for example about investing. This activity took place at SMP Harapan 2 Medan. The methods used are lecture and discussion/question and answer methods regarding investment. Education regarding the meaning, goals, benefits, impacts and how to invest. After carrying out this activity, the teenage students of SMP Harapan 2 Medan were very satisfied because this activity was able to provide a good understanding of investment and how to make good and safe investments, as well as helping teenagers start learning about investing.

. Puncak Merga Silima memiliki potensi cukup besar sebagai objek wisata karena potensi alamnya. Potensi yang dimiliki objek wisata ini merupakan peluang untuk menjadikan objek wisata Puncak Merga Silima menjadi objek wisata yang sukses dan berkontribusi pada pengembangan industri pariwisata di daerah tersebut, namun hanya jika dilakukan perencanaan dan pengembangan yang tepat. Tujuan edukasi ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat setempat dalam mengelola dan mempromosikan objek wisata yang ada di wilayah mereka. Melalui edukasi ini, diharapkan masyarakat setempat memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai untuk menjadi pengelola wisata yang baik dan menjaga kelestarian alam di sekitar objek wisata. Metode yang dilakukan terdiri atas studi literatur pada tahap pra pelaksanaan, selanjutnya melakukan observasi lapangan untuk melihat langsung potensi alam di objek wisata, diskusi dan wawancara dengan perwakilan masyarakat untuk mengetahui kendala non fisik, penyampaian materi edukasi dan diakhiri dengan penyampaian kesimpulan dan saran untuk pengembangan objek wisata. Dari kegiatan ini disimpulkan bahwa perlu dilakukan edukasi yang berkesinambungan dengan topik-topik berbeda namun berfokus pada pengelolaan dan pengembangan objek wisata setempat untuk terus meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat. Selanjutnya perlu dilakukan kerjasama antara pemerintah dan masyarakat dalam hal pengelolaan dan pengembangan, serta penyediaan fasilitas pendukung yang memadai dan memberikan kenyamanan pada wisatawan. Selain itu, perlu dilakukan perencanaan dan penataan lokasi objek wisata dengan baik agar objek wisata dapat berkelanjutan dan memberikan manfaat pada masyarakat dan pengelola.

North Sumatra, whose capital city is Medan, is in the 4th position as the most populous province in Indonesia, which of course will continue to increase over time due to population urbanization activities. Meanwhile, Medan City has increasingly scarce land for development, therefore the government is implementing a development strategy in the Medan City area which has a hierarchy related to the development of Medan City and Population. One of the districts that is related to Medan City is Deli Serdang Regency. Of the several sub-districts in Deli Serdang Regency, Tanjung Morawa Sub-district and its surroundings are the sub-districts that are highly prioritized for development. This design is in line with the one million houses for the people program which is the national residential development agenda listed in the attachment to Presidential Decree No.2 of 2015 concerning the national medium term development plan (RPMJ). Tropical architecture is very suitable for this development because it is considered to provide a positive reaction to weather and climate and can provide comfort to building users.

North Sumatra is one of the largest islands in Indonesia with the capital city in Medan. It has an area of 72,460.744 km2, with a population of 2,494,512 people, and is surrounded by 21 districts. known as the paris of Sumatra van, which has a lot of interesting cultural diversity. It can be seen from several aspects of people's lives, ranging from grammar, customs, clothing, food, and art. Medan City itself has quite recognizable arts including Malayu art, and Batak art. According to Perda (Regional Regulation of Medan City on the Preservation of Cultural Heritage Buildings and Environments), emphasizing that economic development in Medan City must prioritize competitive advantages, through infrastructure development and preservation of regional culture, especially in the field of arts. Therefore the city of Medan needs a place or place of art, to accommodate art activities, one of which is this Art Center and Gallery, which will be built with the concept of contemporary architecture by utilizing aspects of the environment, both in terms of materials, spaces, building forms or circulation. As well as applying the characteristics and design principles of contemporary architecture as a solution in designing art centers and gallery in the city of Medan.

Musik adalah sebuah karya seni suara berupa lagu atau komposisi musik yang mengungkapkan pikiran dan perasaan pencipta melalui unsur-unsur musik. Musik sangat populer dan dinikmati oleh kalangan muda maupun dewasa yang memiliki selera musik yang sangat bagus. Semua musik yang berkembang di Nusantara ini yang menonjolkan atau mencerminkan ciri khas Indonesia, dari segi bahasa dan gaya melodinya, disebut musik Nusantara atau musik Indonesia. Musik tradisional, musik keroncong, musik dangdut, musik elegan, musik gambus, music perjuangan dan musik pop telah menjadi musik Indonesia. Sebuah provinsi yang sangat beragam etnis dengan budaya yang menarik dapat ditemukan di pulau Sumatera, khususnya di kota Medan, di mana kita dapat melihat munculnya banyak genre musik dan tarian dalam seni pertunjukan. Musik kontemporer, musik tradisional, tari modern, dan tari tradisional sering diikut sertakan dalam pertunjukan seni pertunjukan di Medan. Apresiasi seni pertunjukan oleh masyarakat Medan dan kota-kota Indonesia lainnya mulai tumbuh sekitar periode ini. Penggunaan tema arsitektur metafora karena tema tersebut sesuai dengan desain bangunan sehingga pengguna dapat memberikan persepsi tersendiri tentang nilai kesederhanaan dan kejujuran. Adapun tujuan dari perancangan Concet Hall ini , menyediakan tempat bagi musisi Medan untuk menggelar konser dengan skala besar. Memberikan fasilitas bagi penududk kota agar dapat mengikuti acara musik berskala besar.

A public library is a library designed for a wide audience as a means of lifelong learning, regardless of socio-economic background, race, religion, age, or gender. At this time, the willingness of Indonesian people to read is very worrying. This can be seen from the comparison of the willingness to read of the residents of Medan City, which is 1:1000. Therefore, it is planned to create or design a library with a national standard in the city of Medan. The application of the Metaphor Architecture Theme is taken from various points of view from a book, ranging from arranged books and open books, which have the meaning as a place for book collections and a place to read books that provide knowledge or information for free. This building also takes the basic shape of a square which means that the square has a formal impression and status according to the function of the building. Easy to expand, process structure and save space.
