Abstract

The utilization of eggshell waste offers a sustainable solution to reducing the environmental impact of organic waste while providing economic value to local communities. This program aims to develop educational strategies and community empowerment through practical training on processing eggshell waste into value-added products. Implemented using a participatory approach, the activity actively engaged community members in both learning and hands-on practice. The training focused on transforming eggshells into organic fertilizer, handicrafts, and animal feed additives. The event was conducted on October 2, 2025, in Pancoran, South Jakarta, in collaboration with the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) RW 3 as the primary community partner. PKK’s strategic role in fostering community welfare and facilitating information dissemination made them an ideal collaborator for this initiative. The success of the program is reflected in increased community knowledge and skills, strong participant engagement, the emergence of recycling-based entrepreneurial ideas, and strengthened partnerships between the implementation team, PKK RW 3 Pancoran, and the local community.

Data were collected using Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed through multiple linear regression. Results indicate that storytelling strategies, customer engagement, and visual content have positive and significant effects on food agritourism sustainability, both partially and simultaneously. Visual content demonstrates the strongest influence, followed by customer engagement and storytelling. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of innovation, brand image perception, and promotion on the use of services at Sanggar Seni Annisa Rumpaka. This study uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling technique, namely all 110 active participants are considered as respondents. The data collection technique was carried out using a validated and proven reliable Likert scale. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression to analyze the influence of independent variables (innovation, brand image, and promotion) on the dependent variable (decision to use services) both separately and simultaneously. The results of the study indicate that the independent variables have a statistically significant influence on the opinions of product users. Meanwhile, innovation, brand image perception, and promotion also have a significant influence on the decision to use Annisa Rumpaka Art Studio. This study suggests that studio managers continue to innovate in providing services, increase customer satisfaction through quality and consistency, and improve effective marketing strategies to attract and retain more customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of government support, digital literacy, and market orientation on agrotourism sustainability in the Menoreh Mountains. A quantitative approach with explanatory design was employed, involving 100 respondents consisting of agrotourism managers and operators. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results reveal that government support has a significant positive impact on agrotourism sustainability through policies, infrastructure provision, and destination promotion. Digital literacy significantly enhances competitiveness via social media utilization, tourism applications, and online information management. Market orientation also shows significant effects by driving product adaptation, service adjustments, and targeted promotional strategies. Simultaneously, the three independent variables contribute significantly to agrotourism sustainability in the Menoreh Mountains. These findings indicate that synergy among policy support, digital capabilities, and adaptive marketing strategies is the key to strengthening competitiveness and ensuring long-term community-based agrotourism sustainability.

This type of research utilizes a quantitative method. The sample harvesting technique uses a purposive sampling of 140 respondents who have purchased products directly at the Johar Baru pecel lele shop, Jakarta. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability rest, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The results of the hypothesis test show that the variable product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, while cashless transactions and emotional design have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Moreover, Product quality, cashless transaction and emotional design simultaneously have a significant influence on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of color gradient, upper material, and advanced footwear technology on purchasing decisions of Nike Zoom X running shoes in Indonesia. A quantitative method was employed with a sample of 153 respondents who had purchased the product, analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that both partially and simultaneously, all three variables significantly influence purchasing decisions. However, the regression coefficients are negative, suggesting that improvements in these aspects do not necessarily increase purchase decisions, as they are influenced by other factors such as price and perceived value. The Adjusted R² value of 0.645 shows that the model explains 64.5% of the variance in purchasing decisions. This study highlights the importance of balancing product innovation, pricing, and perceived value to enhance product attractiveness in the running shoe market.

Abstract

Technological advancements have transformed fashion into a form of self-expression and culture. The fashion industry in Indonesia has had a positive economic impact but poses challenges to environmental sustainability. Gen-Z tends to favor Fast Fashion, which pollutes the environment with textile waste. Conversely, Slow Fashion and Sustainable Fashion emphasize quality, production ethics, and environmentally friendly materials. This study explores the influence of these three fashion concepts on environmental sustainability. Slow Fashion and Sustainable Fashion can reduce the negative impact of the fashion industry through sustainable practices and recycled materials. This research focuses on the importance of shifting consumption towards more responsible fashion to preserve the environment. The research method used is quantitative, distributing questionnaires to a population of 142 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques, and processed using SPSS 29.
