<![CDATA[Kandang merupakan tempat tinggal untuk hewan yang dapat memberikan rasa nyaman bebas dari gangguan luar. Kandang yang baik memiliki ukuran yang sesuai serta bagian-bagian dalam kandang seperti ventilasi. Apabila kandang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dari ternak itu sendiri maka dapat menyebabkan stress sehingga akan berdampak kepada performa produksi susunya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi ukuran-ukuran kandang kambing perah laktasi yang meliputi panjang, lebar, tinggi serta tinggi dari permukaan tanah. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan di Peternakan Kambing Perah Alam Farm Manglayang Kecamatan Cilengkrang Kabupaten Bandung Jawa Barat. Penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif . Data sampel diperoleh dari 30 kandang kambing perah yang sedang laktasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ukuran kandang kambing perah di Peternakan Kambing Perah Alam Farm menghasilkan rata-rata pada setiap kandang besar (A) 140,4 x 102 x181,5 cm, kandang (B) 121,6 x 105,5 x 170 cm, Kandang (C) 142 x101x175 cm, Kandang D 122x100x170 cm dengan rataan tinggi kandang dari permukaan tanah 73-81 cm sehingga koefisien variasi berkisar antara 0,000174-0,000467 dan masih dalam keadaan normal. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa perkandangan kambing perah laktasi yang terdapat di Peternakan kambing perah Alam Farm Manglayang masih dalam kondisi yang relatif normal dan persyaratan kandang lainnya memenuhi standar.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to qualitatively analyze the import procurement procedure in Company PT. DUA MALAIKAT. The research method used is a case study by collecting data from interviews with five respondents involved in the import procurement process. The results show that the import procurement process in Company PT. DUA MALAIKAT consists of several stages, namely determining needs, searching for suppliers, negotiating prices and contracts, verifying suppliers, payment and delivery, quality inspection, as well as receiving and storing goods. This study also found several challenges in the import procurement process, such as difficulties in determining the quality of imported products and issues related to international trade regulations. Therefore, Company PT. DUA MALAIKAT needs to improve import procurement management and collaborate with international trade experts to ensure an effective and efficient import procurement procedure.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract The independent curriculum currently being implemented needs to be socialized so that it can be implemented in schools. Freedom to learn is an effort to have freedom of thought and expression. In the learning process, effective and efficient media assistance is needed. One program that can be implemented is learning activities outside the classroom. The aim of this Community Service Program is to provide training to teachers regarding learning activities outside of school as an implementation of independent campuses in schools. The method of carrying out activities is by instructors who come from academics and practitioners who are competent in their fields. This learning involves changes in values, feelings, skills and knowledge that teachers gain through the activities they carry out. With these activities it is hoped that the curriculum material from independent learning can be presented in a more interesting way and have the freedom of time to present all aspects of basic movements and sports movements for To achieve the aspects that are the goals and functions of coaching, activities are designed using various forms of presentation with theory and practice. The output target that will be achieved is that PJOK teachers will be able to carry out learning outside the classroom in a fun way by following the models developed, adding learning references for teachers, making YouTube videos so that other teachers can also access them and can be published in service journals public. Abstrak Kurikulum merdeka yang saat ini diterapkan perlu disosialisasikan sehingga dapat diimplementasikan di Sekolah. Merdeka belajar adalah salah satu upaya kemerdekaan dalam berpikir dan berekspresi. Dalam proses pembelajaran, dibutuhkan bantuan media yang efektif dan efisien salah satu program yang dapat diterapkan adalah permeblajaran aktivitas luar kelas. Tujuan pada Program Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada para guru terkait pembelajaran aktivitas luar sekolah sebgai implementasi kampus merdeka di sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan adalah dengan metode instruktur yang berasal dari akademisi dan praktisi yang sudah berkompeten dibidangnya. Pembelajaran ini melibatkan perubahan nilai, perasaan, keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang diperoleh guru melalui kegiatan yang mereka lakukan.. Dengan kegiatan tersebut diharapkan dapat disajikan materi kurikulum dari merdeka belajar dengan lebih menarik dan memiliki keleluasaan waktu untuk menyajikan seluruh aspek dalam gerak dasar dan gerak olahraga untuk mencapai aspek- aspek yang menjadi tujuan dan fungsi pembinaan, kegiatan dirancang bengan berbagai bentuk penyajian dengan teori dan praktek. Target luaran yang akan dicapai adalah guru PJOK akan dapat melakukan pembelajaran luar kelas secara menyenangkan dengan mengikuti bentuk-bentuk model yang dikembangkan, menambah referensi pembelajaran untuk para guru, membuat video youtube sehingga guru-guru yang lain dapat ikut mengakses dan dapat terpublikasi pada jurnal pengabdian masyarakat.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction & ObjectivesIntroduction: Vitamin D is a neuroprotective neurosteroid hormone with antioxidant, antiinflammatoryand anti-ischemic properties that can reduce the entry of intracellular calcium,thereby reducing cytochrome-c, modulating inflammation, increasing Nitric Oxide production bysuppressing oxidative stress and activating caspase-3 activation. Excitotoxicity due to N-Methyl-DAspartatecauses caspase-3 activation due to increased calcium in cells and describes thepathogenesis of vascular factor glaucoma due to retinal ganglion cell (RGC) damage in the absenceof an increase in intraocular pressure. RGC damage can be assessed by the expression of caspase-3which is a proapoptotic agent that acts as the main effector caspase in the mechanism of apoptosis.Objective: Proving the effect of vitamin D3 on caspase-3 expression of retinal ganglion cells wistarrats in NMDA-induced glaucoma models. MethodsAn experimental study, using post-test only randomized controlled group design, was done on 14male NMDA-induced glaucoma wistar rats, divided into 2 groups. The treatment group was givenoral vitamin D3 500 IU/kgBW every 24 hours for 10 weeks, while the control group was givenaquadest. Immunohistochemistry was used to measured caspase-3 expression. Mann-Whitneyanalized non-parametric difference test (Significant p<0.05). ResultsCaspase-3 expression of retinal ganglion cell was significantly lower (p=0.004) in treatment group(mean=5,29 ± 0,76) compared to control group (mean=6,71 ± 0,49). ConclusionOral vitamin D3 has an effect on caspase-3 expression of retinal ganglion cells wistar rats in NMDAinducedglaucoma models. Further research is needed to investigate the protective role of vitaminD3 on glaucoma patients.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to determine interest and student learning outcome by using the model system of Student Teams Achievement Division in science on the material of the human respiratory system. The subjects of research is students in class V elementary school Barugbug 1, which amount to 40 students consist of 21 male and 19 female. The research was conducted start from March until May 2022. The method of this research is classroom action research. That still passive and the learning process is still going on the a classical or teacher as the source of the material, in the first cycle began to look student activeness tought not a whole. The result of the post test is 78. 63 and it in creases in the second cycle by 89. 12, Students are more active, respons and mutual cooperation in cycle II, interest questionnaire result increased from 57. 5 cycle I to 80. 62 in cycle II.]]>

With its status as a legal entity, it means that the company is a legal subject capable of supporting its rights and obligations as with a person and has its own assets separate from the assets of its founders, shareholders and administrators, since the court pronounces the bankruptcy decision in an open session. For the general public, the debtor has the result that he loses the right to manage and control his assets (persona standy in ludicio) and the bankrupt's rights and obligations are transferred to the curator to manage and control his assets in accordance with the Bankruptcy Law. In principle, directors are fully responsible for running the company and directors are personally responsible if they violate the authority determined by law or the articles of association. ultra virres is when the action taken is beyond the company's capacity as stated in the company's aims and objectives as stated in the Articles of Association. The principle of fiduciary duty applies to company directors in carrying out their duties both in carrying out their functions as management, namely in leading the company and as representation, namely representing the company inside and outside the court. Directors are fully responsible for running the company and directors are personally responsible if they violate the authority determined by law or the Articles of Association. Berbagai macam bidang seperti ekonomi, pendidikan, maupun pemerintahan pun sudah melibatkan teknologi didalamnya. Selain itu teknologi juga sudah merabak ke bidang kesehatan, baik itu kesehatan manusisa maupun kesehatan hewan. Kelinci adalah salah satu binatang yang dekat dengan manusia serta memiliki daya adaptasi cukup tinggi. Kelinci hias memiliki perawatan yang khusus agar tetap sehat. Mulai dari dijaga dari kebersihan kandangnya hingga takaran dan jenis makanan yang diberikan kepada kelinci. Karena perawatan nya susah kelinci kurang digemari dan mengalami penurunan. Kurangnya informasi tentang penyakit kelinci hias baik dari cara pencegahan dan penanganannya merupakan suatu kendala yang dialami oleh para penggemar kelinci, karena keterbatasan dalam memperoleh informasi yang tepat dan akurat. Seiring berjalan nya teknologi maka membawa pengaruh dalam kemajuan teknologi computer khususnya terhadap perangkat lunak. Yang salah satunya adalah sistem pakar yang merupakan program computer yang dirancang untuk memodelkan kemampuan menyelesaikan masalah, maka dibuatlah sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit pada kelinci menggunakan metode certainty factor berbasis website.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to analyze the development of an integrated area in Bumi Serpong Damai from the perspective of a national strategic project, in relation to land law, the authority of state control rights (HMN) and examine the policies, regulations, management, supervision and impact of control of the area from the verklaring domain side. The research method used is normative juridical where an approach is based on primary law by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and related laws and regulations. The theory used is the Theory of Corporate Social Responsibility. The research results show that the development of the Bumi Serpong Damai integrated area is in accordance with the state's goals, namely the welfare of its people, which is also organized in a strategic government project and is also related to agrarian law. <![CDATA[Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan menulis cerpen kepada siswa yang tergabung dalam ekstrakurikuler peminatan sastra di SMA Negeri 3 Rambah. Kegiatan pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam menulis cerpen yang menarik dengan tata bahasa yang sesuai kaidah EYD. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu melalui pertemuan secara langsung di kelas. Siswa yang tergabung dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah tiga orang yang masing-masing siwa menghasilkan empat cerpen, sehingga total cerpen yang dihasilkan dalam kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah 12 cerpen. Adapun hasil penilaian cerpen setiap minggunya mengalami kenaikan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa pelatihan menulis cerpen yang intensif dapat meningkatkan keterampilan menulis cerpen bagi siswa.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the effectiveness of play therapy to minimizing hyperactive behavior of mild intellectual disabilities student in 1st grade at SLB C Setya Darma Surakarta academic year of 2018/2019. The method for this research is using single subject research with particular intervention. The research was using A-B-A design, with first baseline as the original, then intervene the subject, and finally implemented the result to the second baseline afterward. Research subject in this study was a mild intellectual disabilities student who have hyperactive behavior in 1st grade at SLB C Setya Darma Surakarta academic year of 2018/2019. Data collection technique in this research was using observation and interview. This research was analysed with descriptive statistics and visual graph analysis technique. The result showed that there was a reduction to hyperactive behaviour. The average frequency in student's hyperactive behaviour at the first time was 34 times with duration of 20 minutes in 30 minutes lesson. Thereafter, the reduction was showed in the intervene stage to 28.5 with duration of 15 minutes in 30 minutes lesson. Whereas in the second baseline, the average frequency was 18.75 with duration of 10 minutes in 30 minutes lesson. Based on research result, it can be concluded that play therapy is effective in minimizing the behavior of mild intellectual disabilities student in 1st grade at SLB C Setya Darma Surakarta Academic Year of 2018/2019.]]>
