Abstract

In today's world. of learning, one of the factors that determines how to improve the quality of learning is how an institution manages the programming of existing tools and infrastructure. The existing tools and infrastructure can help teaching participants feel comfortable in the way they practice guiding. The research conducted uses a qualitative approach, where this research defines how the management of programming of facilities and infrastructure at State Lower School 6 Padang Sibusuk, Kupitan District, Sijunjung Regency, collects information through, question and answer, selection, programming management of existing tools and infrastructure including programming stages. the implementation and maintenance of records and maintenance has been going well by the school, the obstacles experienced by the lack of supporting budget for the provision of tools and infrastructure, on the other hand, make dealing with existing cases, the school principal always coordinates with the factors those given responsibility, request support from the school committee and also all parents of students who intend to overcome the problems to achieve the planned goals.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of Ontology, Epistomology and Axiology in the philosophy of science, as well as the basic values in Islamic Education Management. This type of research uses literature study with the stages of Literature Search, Source Evaluation and Selection, Critical Analysis, Theme or Category Grouping, Synthesis of Findings, Identification of Research Gaps, and Writing of Literature Review. The main sources of this research are scientific articles from the results of the research, books, and other sources that are relevant to the main topic of the research. Data analysis is carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings of this research are the construction of Islamic Education Management Theory based on the integration of Islamic values with modern management concepts. Principles such as monotheism, shura, trust, and justice are important foundations, followed by the application of managerial principles such as planning, organizing, mobilizing, and controlling which are all oriented towards the formation of kamil people. These values of Islamic education management not only focus on technical and administrative aspects, but also uphold moral, spiritual, and social aspects. The implementation of Islamic education management faces a variety of complex challenges, ranging from the difficulty of balancing Islamic values with modern demands, to a lack of understanding and commitment to Islamic principles.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the roles, functions, and problems of coaching supervisors and school principals. This research was conducted using a literature study method with a systematic approach. The data sources used are scientific articles, books, and research reports published in the 2014-2024 period. Literature searches are carried out through academic databases, namely Google Scholar using keywords relevant to the research topic. Data analysis is carried out by identifying the main themes and synthesizing findings from various sources to obtain comprehensive conclusions. The results of the analysis show that supervisors and school principals play a vital role in improving the quality of education. However, challenges in motivation, resource dispersal, and quality culture need to be overcome so that they can carry out their duties more effectively. Sustainable, need-based coaching from teachers and collaborative supervision are essential to achieve national education goals optimally.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and synthesize various literature related to education policy and education personnel in Indonesia through a systematic literature review approach. The focus of the study covers three main aspects: (1) implementation of national education policies, (2) development of the competence of education personnel, and (3) effectiveness of policies in improving the quality of education. The research method uses a systematic literature review by analyzing scientific articles, policy documents and research results published in the 2018-2023 period. A literature search was carried out through the Google Scholar, SINTA and Garuda Portal databases using relevant keywords. Of the total of 150 articles identified, 50 articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed in depth. The research results show several important findings: First, there is a gap between the formulation and implementation of education policies in the field. Second, developing the competence of educational staff still faces various structural and technical challenges. Third, the effectiveness of education policies is strongly influenced by leadership factors, organizational culture and stakeholder support. This research provides recommendations for improving education policies and developing education personnel in Indonesia.

Abstract

Leadership, Islamic Education, Quality Education This article aims to understand the concept of leaders in Islam and their role in realizing quality Islamic education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. Data collection is carried out systematically by identifying relevant literature through online databases such as Google Scholar and DOAJ. Inclusion criteria include publications relevant to the topic, published within a relatively recent time frame (the last 10 years). Data is analyzed using a descriptive-qualitative content analysis approach. The results of the analysis show that leadership is an essential part that is inseparable from Human Resources (HR). As a captain, a leader is the person who understands best the direction to take. In the context of Islamic education, leadership is fundamental and has significant relevance to the success of education. The role of leadership in realizing excellent education can be executed through exemplary behavior, the application of punishment and rewards to all stakeholders, leadership commitment, and the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure that support the smooth running of the Islamic education process.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen (SIM) dalam tiga aspek utama di satuan pendidikan, yaitu kesiswaan, akademik, dan keuangan. SIM menjadi instrumen strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan transparansi pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penulisan ini dengan telaah pustaka sebagai dasar analisis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SIM Kesiswaan mampu mempercepat proses administratif siswa dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. SIM Akademik membantu integrasi proses belajar mengajar, sedangkan SIM Keuangan meningkatkan akuntabilitas serta efisiensi manajemen keuangan. Namun, tantangan berupa keterbatasan SDM, infrastruktur, dan resistensi terhadap perubahan masih menjadi hambatan utama yang perlu diatasi melalui pelatihan, dukungan kebijakan, dan penguatan literasi digital.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about the identification of the role of multicultural education in the development of Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia that is in accordance with the diversity of culture, ethnicity, religion, and language in society. Analyze the relationship between the principles of multicultural education and Islamic values applied in the Islamic education curriculum. Mention the model of Islamic education curriculum based on multiculturalism to create social harmony and strengthen tolerance between religious communities in Indonesia. This study uses a literature review approach. The results of this study indicate that Islamic education in Indonesia needs to continue to adapt to existing socio-cultural dynamics, while maintaining the basic values of Islam. The integration of multicultural values is a strategic step in creating a generation of moderate, tolerant Muslims who play an active role in building a peaceful and prosperous society.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang mengidentifikasi peran pendidikan multikultural dalam pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam di Indonesia yang sesuai dengan keberagaman budaya, suku, agama, dan bahasa di masyarakat. Menganalisis keterkaitan antara prinsip-prinsip pendidikan multikultural dengan nilai-nilai Islam yang diterapkan dalam kurikulum pendidikan Islam. Mengembangkan model kurikulum pendidikan Islam yang berbasis multikulturalisme untuk menciptakan harmoni sosial dan memperkuat toleransi antar umat beragama di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendidikan Islam di Indonesia perlu terus beradaptasi dengan dinamika sosial-budaya yang ada, dengan tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai dasar Islam. Integrasi nilai-nilai multikultural menjadi langkah strategis dalam menciptakan generasi muslim yang moderat, toleran, dan berperan aktif dalam membangun masyarakat yang damai dan sejahtera.
