Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada mata pelajaran PPKn. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas dengan bentuk deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Teluk Keramat dengan memiliki jumlah 33 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi aktivitas guru, lembar observasi siswa, dan lembar post-test. Analisis hasil data pada penelitian ini adalah analisis dari hasil lembar observasi dan post-test. Hasil data yang telah terkumpul diuraikan melalui perhitungan nilai rata-rata dan perhitungan persentase. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari 2 pertemuan setiap pertemuan terdiri dari 3 tahapan yaitu tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengamatan, serta refleksi. Berdasarkan analisis data melalui penerapan model problem based learning pada mata pelajaran PPKn Kelas XI MIPA 2 SMAN 1 Teluk Keramat Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat dengan menerapkan model problem based learning. Hal itu dapat dilihat dari hasil penerapan PBL dengan pelaksanaan dua siklus, persentase pada siklus I hanya mencapai 36,80%, dan pada siklus II mencapai 95,14%,. Hasil dari perhitungan persentase kelompok pada siklus I dan siklus II yaitu 14% Hasil

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of strengthening the character of nationalism at SMK Negeri 1 Entikong in the border area of Entikong, West Kalimantan. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The subjects in this study were the Principal, Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Civics Teacher, Counseling Teacher and students of SMK Negeri 1 Entikong. The informants of this research were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection was conducted using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that strengthening the character of nationalism through routine activities in the form of flag ceremonies every Monday, singing national songs before starting learning, playing national songs in the school environment, and extracurricular activities of scouts, paskibra, PMR and State Defense coaching activities by members of the TNI. Spontaneous activities in the form of teacher actions reconcile students who are fighting, teachers reprimand students who insult ethnicity, religion, race and intergroup, teachers punish students who bully, teachers and students make donations if there are school residents who are grieving or affected by a disaster, and school residents visit sick students or teachers. Exemplary activities in the form of teacher behavior that does not differentiate between ethnicity, religion, race and intergroup, and the social status of their students, polite teacher speech, not rude and not rude.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah produsen pandai besi di dusun Kolla desa Paterongan sudah menerapkan prinsip dan norma ekonomi syariah atau belum, serta peneliti juga ingin menggali lebih dalam lagi tentang proses transaksi dan akad apa yang di gunakan oleh produsen pandai besi di dusun Kolla desa paterongan dalam bertransaksi, maka penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kulitatif dengan melakukan penggalian data melalui sistem wawancara dan observasi, serta melalui proses koleksi setelah dilakukan analisi data, reduksi data, dan triangulas. Dan dalam hal ini transaksi yang dilakukan oleh produsen pandai besi di dusun Kolla desa Paterongan menggunakan tiga akad dalam setiap transaksinya, adapun akad tersebut ialah akad salam, akad istisna’ dan akad ijarah yang mana proses transaksi yang mereka jalani sudah sesuai dengan syarat dan rukun dari akad-akad tersebut dan itu sudah sesuai dengan hukum syariat.

Abstract

Dalam bisnis, kepuasan pelanggan adalah hal yang paling utama. Penelitian-penelitian tentang kepuasan pelanggan telah banyak dilakukan dan senantiasa akan terus dikaji dan dikembangkan, sebab memperioritaskan kepuasan pelanggan berarti juga menjaga keberlangsungan usaha. Pada artikel ini, penulis mencoba menganalisis kepuasan pelanggan melalui pendekatan strategi ceruk pasar dengan transaksi syariah. Kombinasi keduanya diharapkan menjadi sebuah pilihan strategi pemasaran untuk menggarap pasar syariah yang semakin bersinar. Strategi ceruk pasar dengan spesialisasi bauran pemasaran yang terintegrasi dengan pendekatan transaksi syariah dapat meningkatkan kepuasan dan kepercayaan pangsa pasar masyarakat agamis. Adapun jika kepuasan dan kepercayaan meningkat maka loyalitas juga ikut terdongkrak. Itulah konsep pemikiran ekonomi Islam yang menekankan pada kerja sama bisnis yang saling menguntungkan dalam jangka panjang

Abstract

Dinamika budaya di masyarakat memunculkan pola dan aktivitas ekonomi, seperti industri, mekanisme pasar, hingga pada perlindungan konsumen dalam persaingan pasar Salah satu nilai budaya lainnya yang tak kalah penting pada orang Madura adalah bahwa kesopanan dijunjung tinggi. Masyarakat Madura yang sensitif dan fanatik terhadap nilai-nilai keagamaan; seperti kesopanan, saling menghormati, serta suka tolong-menolong berdampak konstruktif dengan nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis syariah. Prinsip-prinsip bisnis Islami baik secara individu atau kelembagaan mengajak pada nilai-nilai professionalitas, kejujuran (amanah), persaudaraan dan keadilan, serta dilarang monopoli dan praktek riba. Abstract

The background of this study is because of the number of Salak fruits in wrong treatment so that the group of farmers work together to make the fruits into several processed products.  Home industy of farmers group Ambudi Makmur 2 Kramat Bangkalan is one of home industries in Bangkalan district; this company is engaged in the production and processing of salak. The company has 13 products from the processed salak good management is needed to make the production activities run optimally. Besides, it is also supported by the alignment of production factors so that the production activities are in accordance with the targets of expectation. Because it affects the income and progress of the company, this type of the study is included in field research. To obtain the data in this study, the present study used interview, observation and documentation. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, this study used qualitative approach such as describing the object according to the actual fenomena. Based on the results of the research that the home industry or Unit Dagang (UD), Budy Jaya has carried out production management properly and does not against the Islamic economic principles, where in production activities uses clean and halal raw materials and equipments. This is done to provide the best hospitality for the benefit of the people. Keywords: Management, production, processed salak, Islamic Economy.

Abstract

Products labeled halal are products that have been declared halal according to Islamic law and stipulated by the Ministry of Religion through the Halal Product Assurance Agency (BPJPH) based on the results of an inspection by LPPOM MUI of the product in question, with this product labeled Halal it can meet market demands (consumers). ) universally. So if these demands can be met, economically, Indonesian business people will be able to become hosts in terms of the products being marketed. Not only that, having products labeled halal can protect the faith of consumers, especially those who are Muslim. This means that with labeling, Muslim consumers will no longer hesitate to consume something they need.Researchers used a Quantitative approach to conduct this research. This study aims to find out what factors influence Muslim communities to consume products labeled halal in Bangkalan Regency. There are several factors that can influence Muslim consumers to consume the halal label, such as religious factors, psychological factors, family factors, role and status factors, social factors, and cultural factors. The results of this research later we can find out what factors are more prominent among several existing factors that make the Muslim community in Bangkalan Regency consume products with a halal label.The results of this study from the ten initial factor variables used in this study, after analysis using factor analysis, three new factors were formed, namely: factor 1 is called the credibility factor, with the 3 members being religion, role and status, and social culture. Factor 2 is named as the knowledge factor, with the 5 members being Psychological, Family, Needs, Recommendations, Knowledge. Factor 3 is called a lifestyle factor, with the 2 members being health and lifestyle

Abstract

BPBD Pati Regency in recording goods in the warehouse uses goods control cards and miscosoft excel as a medium for recording goods. The recording process already has its own procedures so that incoming and outgoing goods can be recorded accurately. However, despite using technology in recording goods in the warehouse, the recording of goods is still not optimal because the lack of coordination between logistics staff makes the recording of goods slow. This results in a mismatch between the stock in the system and the stock in the warehouse. The purpose of this study is to assist logistics staff in recording incoming and outgoing goods so that the recording process can run efficiently and can increase warehouse productivity using web-based applications. This type of research is a case study using qualitative methods. The result of this research is a web-based application for recording goods in the tools and food ingredients warehouse at BPBD Pati Regency. The design of this application uses context diagram, data flow diagram level 0 (DFD Level 0), data flow diagaram level 1 (DFD Level 1) and entity relationship diagram (ERD). The programming language used is PHP and the database uses MySQ.
