Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan informasi tentang perbedaan pengaruh latihan passing give and go dengan menggunakan gerakan lari overlap terhadap peningkatan hasil passing permainan Sepakbola pada Sekolah Sepakbola Ekstrakurikuler Futsal SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah meode eksperimen dengan jumlah populasi 25 orang. Teknik pengambian sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling (Sampel Bertujuan) yang artinya sampel diambil berdasarkan syarat – syarat sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 16 orang. Selanjutnya dibagi dua menjadi dua kelompok dengan teknik matching pairing yaitu kelompok A (latihan passing give and go) dan kelompok B (latihan menggunakan gerakan lari overlap) berdasarkan hasil pre-test yang telah dirangking. Kemudian penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 6 minggu, dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali dalam seminggu. Analisis hipotesis I, dari data pre-test dan data post-test passing bola kelompok latihan passing give and go diperoleh sebesar 7,05. menggunakan peluang 1 – α = 0,975 dengan dk n – 1 =7 diperoleh harga t= 2,36 dengan α =0,05, (7,05 > 2,36 ) berarti ditolak diterima. Jadi latihan passing give and go secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil passing permainan sepakbola pada sekolah sepakbola Ekstrakurikuler Futsal SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih. Analisis hipotesis II, dari data pre-test dan data post-test passing bola kelompok latihan mengguakan gerakan lari overlap diperoleh sebesar 7,05. menggunakan peluang 1 – α = 0,975 dengan dk n – 1 =7 diperoleh harga t= 2,36 dengan α =0,05, (7,05 > 2,36 ) berarti ditolak diterima. Jadi latihan menggunakan gerakan lari overlap secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil passing permainan sepakbola pada sekolah sepakbola Ekstrakurikuler Futsal SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih . Analisis hipotesis III, Dari data post-test passing bola kelompok latihan pasing give and go dengan latihan menggunakan gerakan lari overlap diperoleh = 0,21. menggunakan peluang 1 – α = 0,975 dengan dk - 2 = 8 + 8 – 2 = 14 diperoleh harga t = 2,14 dengan α =0,05, < -0,21 < 2,14 berarti diterima dan ditolak, jadi latihan passing give and go tidak lebih baik dari latihan menggunakan gerakan lari overlap terhadap peningkatan hasil passing permainan sepakbola pada sekolah sepakbola Ekstrakurikuler Futsal SMA Negeri 1 Air Putih

Abstract

Crossover-drive jump shoot drills and step-back jump shoot drills are two drills that can improve jump shoot results in basketball games. A basketball player must have a good and correct jump shoot in order to get maximum results. This research aims to determine basketball training considering that the greater influence is between crossover-drive jump shoot training or step-back jump shoot training on jump shoot results in extracurricular basketball games for male students at SMA Negeri 2 Binjai in 2024. The research method used in this research is an experimental method and implementation of training, namely crossover-drive jump shoot training and step-back jump shoot training. The population in this study was 12 basketball extracurricular male students in 2024. The total sample was 12 people using a total sampling technique, then divided into two groups using the match by pairing technique, namely crossover-drive jump shoot training with step-back jump shoot training. The research instrument for collecting data using tests and measurements is the jump shoot test. The research was carried out for 6 (six) weeks with training 3 (three) times a week. To see the influence of each independent variable and the limitations, statistical calculations of the crossover-drive jump shoot t-test and the step-back jump shoot t-test were used. Hypothesis testing: (1) Hypothesis I analysis of the increase in jump shoot results for the crossover-drive jump shoot training group obtained t of 11.7 and t of 2.571 with α = 0.05 (t > t) meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. (2) Hypothesis II analysis of the increase in jump shoot results in the step-back jump shoot training group obtained t of 6.26 and t of 2.571 with α = 0.05 (t > t ) meaning that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. (3) Analysis of hypothesis III from the average and standard deviation obtained t 1.96 and t 2.228 with α = 0.05 (t < t ) meaning Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. Research conclusions: (1) There is a significant influence of crossover-drive jump shoot training on jump shoot results in extracurricular basketball games for male students at SMA Negeri 2 Binjai in 2024. (2) There is a significant influence of step-back jump shoot training on results of jump shoots in extracurricular boys' basketball games at SMA Negeri 2 Binjai in 2024. (3) Crossover-drive jump shoot training has no greater influence than step-back jump shoots on jump shoot results in extracurricular boys' basketball games in high schools Negeri 2 Binjai in 2024.

Abstract

This study aims to improve children's creativity and intelligence through sports activities in elementary school. Various physical activities that hone motor and social skills can support optimal child development. This research examines the application of sports in PJOK learning that can improve students' kinesthetic and interpersonal intelligence. Based on the literature review, sports such as cheerful gymnastics, traditional games, and group activities can stimulate motor skills and social intelligence. The method used was an experiment with observation and pretest-posttest data analysis on elementary school students. The results showed a significant increase in students' kinesthetic and interpersonal intelligence after participating in the sports program. This study concludes that well-structured sports can be an effective means of improving children's creativity and intelligence in elementary school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Tema Mata Pelajaran IPAS Di Kelas IV SD Negeri 101845 Sukamakmur T.A 2024/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Quasi Experimen. Sedangkan Desain yang digunakan adalah Quasi Experimental Design (Nonequivalent control group design). Hasil penelitian dapat dilihat ketika peneliti memberikan tes pretest kepada siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, hasil skor rata-rata pretest pada kelas eksperimen yaitu 41,4 sedangkan skor rata-rata pada kelas kontrol yaitu 39,17 Kemudian pada dua kelas tersebut diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda dengan materi yang sama yaitu Tumbuhan, Sumber Kehidupan Di Bumi, di kelas eksperimen pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR), sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan model konvensional. Selanjutnya kedua kelas diberikan soal posttest. Berdasarkan hasil posttest terlihat bahwa skor rata-rata posttest yang diperoleh kelas eksperimen 77,92 sedangkan skor rata-rata pada kelas kontrol 48,75. Berdasarkan uji normalitas pada penelitian ini diketahui bahwa seluruh data dalam penelitian ini, diketahui bahwa data pretest dan posttest baik pada kelas eksperimen maupun kelas kontrol berdistribusi normal, selanjutnya uji homogenitas menunjukkan nilai 0,306 > 0,05 atau data pada penelitian ini tergolong homogen. Selanjutnya peneliti melakukan uji hipotesis menggunakan independent sampel t-test karena data pada penelitian ini berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil uji-t menunjukan bahwa thitung (2-tailed) < ttabel (0,000 < 0,05) atau H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa mengetahui Pengaruh yang signifikan pada model Pembelajaran Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Tema Mata Pelajaran IPAS Di Kelas IV SD Negeri 101845 Sukamakmur T.A 2024/2025.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problem of low learning outcomes in choosing nutritious food for students because students are more interested in practical learning, consider theoretical learning boring and students pay less attention to teacher explanations so they do not understand the learning material. This study aims to determine the effect of the NHT type cooperative learning model on the learning outcomes of choosing nutritious food for grade III students of SDN 064976 Medan Tembung. The type of research is a quantitative research method with a quasi-experimental research design with a nonequivalent control group design model. The research sample consisted of 2 classes, namely the experimental class (IIIA) consisting of 21 students and the control class (IIIB) consisting of 21 students. The instrument used in this study was a multiple-choice test. The data analysis techniques used were the normality test, homogeneity test and t-test processed using SPSS 30. Based on the results of the study, it was found that students in the experimental class obtained a higher average score of 85.238, while the average score of the control class was 71.667. From the calculation results using SPSS assistance, it was obtained t-count> t-table (5.265> 2.079) with a significance level of 0.000 which means <0.05 (0.000 <0.005). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that it can be concluded that there is an influence of the implementation of the NHT type cooperative model on the learning outcomes of choosing nutritious food for grade III students of SDN 064976 Medan Tembung.
