Abstract

Pasca orde baru pada tahun 1998 berlakunya otonomi daerah, mengharuskan tiap-tiap daerah untuk melakukan pemberdayaan. Dimensi itu menjadi celah dalam demokratisasi lokal untuk melakukan dominasi kekuasaan politik lokal, yang pada tujuan utamanya adalah melakukan upaya yang mempusatkan pada kekuatan simbolis sebagai upaya dalam penguatan harmonisasi antar etnis bukan sebaliknya melakukan dominasi kekuasaan untuk etnis tertentu saja bahkan menguasai sumber daya ekonomi di daerah tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif. Studi literatur digunakan terutama untuk menelusuri perkembangan politisasi identitas dalam politik pemilu dengan harmonisasi antar etnis.Kenyataan di lapangan hasil demokratisasi politik lokal menggambarkan para aktor (kelompok) etnis tertentu sebagai penguasa yang memiliki wewenang dalam pengelolaan baik kepentingan maupun kebijakan daerah masih  jauh apa yang diharapkan dalam pengelolaan harmonisasi antar etnis cenderung mengesampingkan istilah etnis pendatang, inilah yang pada akhirnya menimbulkan konflik baik konflik kepentingan maupun konflik antar etnis akibat kesenjangan itu. Maka dari itu, peran kelompok etnik tertentu yang memenangi konstestasi politik local memiliki kesadaran dalam membangun harmonisasi antar etnis.Pada dasarnya etnisitas aktor yang dominan akan menunjukan respeknya dan terbangunnya relasi antar aktor etnis untuk membangun kebersamaan, apabila actor merasa memiliki kuasa atas praktek yang dilakukan sehingga diperlukan membangun komunikasi bersama dan menjalin strategi bersama membangun daerah dalam mewujudkan politik local yang dinamis dan mencerminkan multikulturalisme.

Abstract

The aim of this research is its significance in providing scientific and practical contributions to the government's strategy in developing public awareness for handling stunting in Lampung Province. This research method is a literature review which uses qualitative data and is described descriptively. The data sources for this research were obtained from references such as journals, books and other written sources, especially strategic data from the Ministry of Health for Lampung province for 2019-2024. Research results: The Lampung Provincial Government adopted various strategies to develop public awareness regarding stunting. This strategy includes an educational campaign involving relevant parties, such as health workers and teachers, to convey accurate information about the importance of nutrition and healthy feeding practices. Training and counseling are also carried out regularly to provide the public with a deeper understanding of stunting and how to prevent it. The use of effective communication media, such as social media, posters, brochures and educational videos, is an important means of conveying messages related to stunting to the public. Apart from that, active community participation in program planning and implementation is also emphasized, so as to create good cooperation between the government and the community in overcoming stunting in Lampung Province.

Abstract

The Arabian Peninsula has a long history of trade from pre-Islamic times to the Islamic era. The arrival of Islam brought economic principles that emphasize justice and social responsibility in trade. Sharia-driven trade practices help expand trade networks, strengthen political stability, and influence international relations. The aim of this research is to explore and analyze how economic principles in Islam shaped and directed the development of trade on the Arabian Peninsula and the significant impact they had on international relations at that time. The research method in this study uses a literature study approach to collect, analyze and synthesize relevant information. This research will begin by searching various secondary sources, including history books, academic journal articles, and historical documents that discuss economic trade in Islam as well as political and social developments on the Arabian Peninsula. These sources will be selected based on their credibility and relevance to the research topic. The results of this research are that trade has played a central role in the history of the Arabian Peninsula, from pre-Islamic times to the Ottoman Empire. Cities such as Mecca and Medina have become vital trade centers, influencing the economy, politics, society and culture. Trade forms the foundation for international relations, enriches economies, and influences diplomacy and cultural development.

Abstract
