Abstract

The rapid adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in various industries has significantly impacted the development of digital talent, particularly in enhancing problem-solving skills. This study aims to examine the impact of AI on the development of problem-solving abilities in digital talent. A quantitative research approach was used, with participants undergoing AI-assisted training designed to improve their problem-solving capabilities. Pre-test and post-test evaluations were conducted to measure changes in participants' problem-solving skills. The data were analyzed using statistical methods to identify significant differences before and after the AI intervention. The findings indicate that the use of AI positively contributes to the improvement of problem-solving skills among digital talent, providing insights into how AI can be leveraged to better prepare the workforce for the demands of the digital economy.

Abstract

As Indonesia progresses toward its vision of "Indonesia Emas 2045," fostering a digitally literate and innovative generation becomes imperative. Introducing coding education to early childhood learners provides a critical foundation for digital literacy, computational thinking, and problem-solving skills. This paper explores the significance of coding education in early childhood, emphasizing its role in cognitive and social development. Using play-based and developmentally appropriate methods, young learners can engage with coding concepts in meaningful and enjoyable ways. The study also discusses the challenges, such as limited resources and teacher training, and presents strategies for overcoming these barriers, including professional development programs, low-cost coding tools, and public-private partnerships. By embedding coding into early childhood education, Indonesia can prepare a generation capable of driving innovation and technological progress, contributing to the realization of Indonesia Emas 2045.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has significantly reshaped various aspects of life, requiring swift mitigation, adaptation, and responsive action to avoid being left behind. In the film industry, this shift not only demands enhanced creative and futuristic performance but also the integration of digital technology-based innovation. Accelerating digital literacy is crucial to overcoming disruption by developing both human resources within the film ecosystem and delivering high-quality film products that satisfy audiences. In this regard, digital promotion has become essential for film companies to stay competitive and avoid the risk of decline due to an inability to adapt effectively. The film business is highly dynamic, with success largely influenced by the quality of films that can both entertain and meet audience expectations, making alignment between customer needs and film content a critical factor. This research employs a qualitative descriptive design using SWOT analysis to identify the industry's current position and determine suitable strategies for transitioning from traditional to digital promotion. The study aims to explore and describe the opportunities and challenges the film industry faces in transforming its promotional practices to increase customer engagement and satisfaction in the digital age. Findings show that digital promotion transformation has opened significant opportunities for Indonesia’s film industry, including global access through streaming platforms, real-time engagement with audiences via social media, and data-driven decision-making. Nevertheless, challenges such as increasing competition, technological dependency, copyright issues, and evolving consumer behavior remain. With its rich cultural narratives, the Indonesian film industry holds great potential to reach international markets if it can utilize digital technology effectively. Therefore, a deep understanding of market dynamics and adaptability is key to success. The SWOT analysis highlights strengths such as content creativity, government support, and improved internet access; weaknesses including limited resources, low digital literacy, and variable production quality; opportunities such as the growth of streaming services, influencer collaborations, and global content reach; and threats like global competition, piracy, and changing viewer preferences. Based on this, several recommendations are proposed, including strengthening digital marketing strategies, enhancing content quality, offering training and capacity development, promoting stakeholder collaboration, improving copyright protection, and adapting to shifting consumer behavior in order to ensure a sustainable and competitive film industry in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aimed to empower teachers in designing and implementing literacy-based evaluations through a community-engaged professional development program. Responding to the need for improved assessment literacy, the initiative involved workshops and classroom mentoring for in-service teachers in elementary and secondary schools. Using a qualitative descriptive and action-based approach, data were collected through observation sheets and semi-structured interviews, then analyzed thematically. Results indicated a significant shift in teacher practices, from reliance on traditional assessments toward the use of formative, student-centered tools such as rubrics and reflective journals. Teachers demonstrated increased confidence, autonomy, and collaboration, reflecting professional growth and greater assessment literacy. The intervention also fostered reflective thinking and peer support, aligning well with national and international literacy frameworks. Despite challenges such as time limitations and varied readiness among teachers, the program showed that targeted, participatory training can foster sustainable changes in assessment practice. The study recommends integrating such models into broader teacher development policies and highlights the need for future research to explore long-term impacts on both teaching and student outcomes.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of computational thinking (CT) in enhancing the problem-solving abilities of high school students within the context of 21st-century education demands. Computational thinking, comprising skills such as decomposition, pattern recognition, abstraction, and algorithmic design, has emerged as an essential cognitive approach for tackling complex and ill-structured problems. Using a mixed-methods design, data were collected from 120 high school students through problem-solving tests, computational thinking assessments, and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative analysis using paired t-tests revealed a statistically significant improvement in students’ problem-solving performance after the integration of CT-based instructional strategies (p < 0.05). Qualitative findings further indicated that students demonstrated greater confidence, systematic reasoning, and adaptability when addressing both academic and real-life problem contexts. The results underscore the importance of embedding CT into high school curricula, not only as a digital literacy skill but also as a transversal competency that supports creative and analytical thinking. This study contributes to the growing body of evidence advocating for CT integration as a means to prepare students for higher education, STEM careers, and complex challenges in the digital era.
