Abstract

Matematika dianggap komponen krusial dalam penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, menjadikannya sebagai suatu ilmu yang terstruktur dan terpadu. Keunggulan matematika terletak pada kemampuannya untuk memecahkan permasalahan, baik dalam konteks soal matematika maupun permasalahan lain yang terkait dengan kehidupan nyata. Salah satu kemampuan dari tujuan pelajaran matematika yang harus dikuasai siswa adalah kemampuan penalaran matematis. Tujuan dari penelitian  ini untuk melihat pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas IX di SMP Negeri 29 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Eksperimen. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 56 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini kelas IX – 4 dengan 29 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IX – 5 dengan 27 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Posttest Only Control Design. Analisis data menggunakan uji Independent Sample T – Test. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematis siswa kelas IX SMP Negeri 29 Medan.

Abstract

Education is one of the basic needs in human thinking life and one of the basic needs as part of the life and survival of humans in this world who are doing the work of the Creator, namely to worship. A very important part of education is the administrative process. Indonesia is one of the developing countries where the quality of education is still low. This can be seen from the low entry and exit rates of vocational training. Indonesia needs to improve the quality of education, including developing a more advanced education management system. This course uses school research as a research method. Library research collects data from various reading sources of books, newspapers and articles which are the source of this research data. Humans are determined to represent society as never before by using the human resources and other resources that education currently provides. Formation of an education system can be started from the beginning of society and the transmission of cultural values. The concept of education today is inseparable from education, education will meet the educational needs of the past, present and future. Administrative standards are national education standards relating to the planning, implementation and monitoring of educational activities in the education sector, district/city, district or at the national level to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in the delivery of education. Abstract

The implementation of the Pancasila (P5) Student Profile Strengthening Project with the theme "Democratic Voice" at SMPN 5 Pangean aims to introduce and strengthen democratic values among students. In the context of the independent curriculum, which prioritises project-based learning to develop character and skills, this activity integrates democratic principles with practical experience in the general election process. The implementation method consists of a theory session on the concept of democracy and election, followed by a general election simulation, as well as post-activity analysis to ensure student understanding and involvement. The results of the evaluation showed that the students succeeded in understanding and carrying out the election simulation well, without the presence of golput participants, and showed a deep understanding of the democratic process and Pancasila values. This activity has proven to be effective in increasing students' knowledge of democracy and preparing them to actively participate in future elections.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan mengoptimalkan pemetaan aset Desa Taman, Kecamatan Grujugan, Kabupaten Bondowoso, melalui integrasi teknologi Google Maps dengan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah ketidakakuratan data lokasi, minimnya informasi digital, serta rendahnya literasi digital warga desa. Metode ABCD digunakan dalam lima tahapan inkulturasi, discovery, design, define, dan refleksi dengan melibatkan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam identifikasi dan pemetaan aset, termasuk UMKM, lembaga pendidikan, fasilitas umum, dan potensi wisata. Hasil sementara menunjukkan peningkatan akurasi titik koordinat sebesar 85%, penambahan 42 lokasi baru pada Google Maps, serta peningkatan keterlibatan warga dalam proses digitalisasi aset. Implementasi ini tidak hanya memperbaiki aksesibilitas informasi dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal, tetapi juga memperkuat identitas desa dan menciptakan model pemberdayaan digital yang dapat direplikasi di wilayah lain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of tax corruption perception, tax justice, E-Billing implementation, and tax socialization on the compliance of individual taxpayers who engage in freelance work. The research was conducted at KPP Pratama Senapelan Pekanbaru using a quantitative method. Data were collected from 100 respondents using probability sampling and analyzed through multiple linear regression. The findings reveal that only the E-Billing implementation variable significantly affects tax compliance among freelancers. Meanwhile, the variables of tax corruption perception, tax justice, and tax socialization have no significant impact. These results highlight the effectiveness of digital tax services in improving taxpayer compliance, especially for freelance workers who often value convenience and efficiency. Therefore, the tax authority should further strengthen electronic-based systems that are more user-friendly, accessible, and tailored to the diverse needs of taxpayers. In addition, improving the quality and relevance of tax education is essential to support long-term compliance across all taxpayer segments.

Abstract

Citizenship education is an important subject that shapes character and increases students' understanding of the country and citizenship. The aim of this subject is to foster a sense of love for the homeland, increase national and state awareness and develop students' abilities so they can participate actively in social life. In an increasingly advanced digital era, the use of technology in citizenship education can be an effective way to increase students' knowledge of citizenship. The use of technology in civic education learning activities can facilitate and make the material more interesting for students, as well as increase student participation in the learning process. This is in line with the challenges of the times in an increasingly advanced digital era, where the integration of technology not only enriches teaching methods, but also allows for a learning experience that is more interactive and connected to existing social realities.

Abstract

Persediaan obat dan alkes merupakan salah satu aset penting bagi rumah sakit. Pengelolaan persediaan yang baik dapat mendukung kelancaran pelayanan medis dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem dan prosedur pengelolaan persediaan obat dan alkes di Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan informan kunci di Bagian Akuntansi Keuangan. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, dapat disimpulkan bahwa permasalahan pencatatan persediaan obat dan alkes di Rumah Sakit Ibnu Sina disebabkan oleh sistem yang belum memenuhi standar. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, perlu dilakukan perbaikan sistem agar data yang diambil dari gudang farmasi dengan sistem dapat sama. Selain itu, perlu dipertimbangkan untuk menerapkan sistem pencatatan perpetual untuk memberikan informasi yang lebih akurat tentang mutasi persediaan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan kepada Rumah Sakit Islam Ibnu Sina Pekanbaru adalah untuk segera melakukan perbaikan-perbaikan tersebut agar pengelolaan persediaan obat dan alkes dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan efisien seperti perbaikan sistem dan audit persediaan secara berkala.
