Abstract

The innovative curriculum is designed to better adapt to the needs of the working world and technological developments. This ensures that students not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also the practical skills needed to succeed in their careers. It turns out that not all students understand the concept of the Independent Learning-Campus Independent Curriculum (innovative curriculum). On the other hand, students are not involved in the curriculum development process. This paper aims to describe student preparation in implementing an innovative curriculum, and reveal the impact of implementing an innovative curriculum. This type of research is qualitative research with a survey approach. The population of this study are students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program at UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya who have used an innovative curriculum. The sample was drawn using purposive sampling technique. The instrument is a questionnaire that has been validated by two education experts. The conclusion of this study shows that students of the Arabic Language Education Study Program, UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya have shown good readiness to implement an innovative curriculum. The research findings revealed that students felt an increase in their soft skills and hard skills. That is in the form of Arabic communication skills and the ability to master Arabic grammar, vocabulary, and Arabic sentence structure. This research makes a significant contribution to the development of higher education curriculum that the implementation of innovative curriculum effectively improves students' soft skills and hard skills.

Abstract

The existence of pseudo-words in textbooks is a serious problem and requires special attention. This will certainly have a negative impact on the quality of learning and the achievement of educational goals. This research aims to reveal teaching materials that are pseudo and provide corrections to these materials so that they become more meaningful and useful for learners. This paper uses an adaptation of the qualitative content analysis method, namely identifying, and classifying. The data was obtained through direct observation of Ilman wa ruhan volume one and two textbooks that enter the word learning process. The observation instrument of this research is maany digital dictionary which has been standardized internationally. The conclusion of this study shows the existence of pseudo-words in volume one and volume two textbooks in the early part of learning three connected letters. The research findings revealed the existence of 24 pseudo-words in the form of three kinds of criteria, namely the criteria for vocal incompatibility, consonant incompatibility criteria and writing incompatibility criteria.  This study contributes to the correction of these pseudo-words so that the learners read and pronounce the correct language in Arabic and the Koran. This effort is expected to improve the quality of textbooks and support the creation of a meaningful learning process for students.

Abstract

PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1933 merupakan pemimpin pasar di sektor fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) di Indonesia. Wabah COVID-19 dan kekhawatiran geopolitik yang berujung pada boikot produk menyebabkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan menurun pada periode 2020-2023. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji kinerja keuangan dan pelaporan keuangan industri yang terdampak oleh isu tersebut. Fokus penelitian adalah laporan keuangan PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk tahun 2023. Metode studi dokumenter dan studi pustaka digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian ini. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Sumber data adalah laporan keuangan PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk periode 2023 www.idx.co.id dan www.unilever.co.id. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rasio likuiditas perusahaan berada di bawah standar industri yang mengindikasikan kesulitan dalam memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendek. Bahkan, rasio kasnya pun tidak optimal. Rasio utang terhadap ekuitas dan rasio utang terhadap aset menunjukkan ketergantungan yang signifikan pada utang dalam hal solvabilitas. Namun, perusahaan berkinerja baik dalam hal profitabilitas; margin laba, laba atas aset (ROA), dan laba atas ekuitas (ROE) lebih tinggi dari rata-rata industri, yang menunjukkan kemampuannya untuk mengelola modal dan aset secara efektif serta menghasilkan laba. Total perputaran aset berkinerja baik, yang menunjukkan manajemen aset yang efisien untuk mendorong penjualan, tetapi rasio perputaran inventaris berada di bawah rata-rata industri.

Abstract

Peran Guru di Era society 5.0 merupakan era yang menuntut guru untuk dapat memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dan konstruktif, tidak hanya mengajar melainkan berupaya agar lebih mempersiapkan sumber daya manusianya sebagai penyaring tantangan industri 4.0 yang melahirkan berbagai inovasi dan industrialisasi. Kreativitas dan inovasi guru BK sangat dibutuhkan dalam memberikan layanan untuk dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan peserta didik. Kata kunci dari society 5.0 adalah transformasi digital yang juga menjadi tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan tentang bagaimana memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam penggunaan media agar menjadi salah satu strategi layanan terbarukan yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk proses pemberian layanan BK di sekolah. Konsep society 5.0 hadir sebagai strategi untuk mencapai tujuan layayan bimbingan dan konseling dengan menggabungan berbagai media (audio, video, grafik, teks, animasi) dengan suatu sistem yang terhubung (hyperlink) yang disebut hypermedia. Tulisan ini mencoba mengkaji bagaimana DEKA (Digital Eksplorasi Karir) berbasis hypermedia bisa dijadikan salah satu media inovasi yang dapat digunakan oleh guru BK untuk mengeksplorasi karir. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literatur Review dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa media Digital Eksplorasi Karir (DEKA) dapat dijadikan salah satu alternative pendukung dalam memberikan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah.

Abstract

There is no denying the increasing role and influence of web technologies in versatile individuals, their independent career choices, professional self-design, and professional skills development. Due to the increasing availability of technology as a vehicle for career information services to increase student career choices, researchers are developing web-based information. This type of research is research and development. This research phase focuses on product manufacturing and development. The stages of development used in this research are (1) needs analysis, (2) information collection through questionnaires and interviews, (3) product design through flow charts and storyboards, and (4). ) The design was verified by two media and material validators, and (5) design modifications were made based on the validator's suggestions. The research subjects were 75 students of class X-XII SMK Muhammadiyah Cilegon. Product in the form of webquest media is effective to increase career choice (p=0.000). There was an increase in the average score of student career selection in the pre-test group of 129.05 and post-test of 150.01 using webquest media.
