Abstract

Students' interest in reading in Indonesia is still relatively low, influenced by various factors such as the use of smartphones for visual entertainment and the lack of literacy guidance. One way to overcome this problem is through a structured reading literacy program. The 2 Sheets of Reading Every Day Literacy Movement at SDN Pejagan 7, Bangkalan, was designed to increase students' reading interest and critical literacy skills. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The program involves the active role of the principal, teachers, students and parents. The data analysis process began before the implementation of activities in the field and continued during the field activities. The steps include the process of summarizing data, displaying data, and making conclusions. The results showed a significant increase in students' interest in reading, although there were obstacles such as time constraints and book availability. The 2 Sheets of Reading Every Day Literacy Movement proved effective in building a reading culture in elementary schools. However, this program needs strengthening in the aspects of time management, additional book collections, and technology integration to support its sustainability and development in the future.Abstracts should be clear, concise, and descriptive

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the significance of Pancasila principles to students who are in third grade at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bangkalan by using Genially, an interactive web-based learning platform. The background of this study is the persistent problem that students have with understanding of Pancasila values, mostly memorizing them rather than internalizing them in their daily lives. A quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest experimental design, data were collected through tests, documentation, and observation. Purposive sampling was used to choose class III A students for the sample. Student’s scores before and after the intervention were compared statistically using the. With rising and result showing a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, the results demonstrated a significant increase in the learning outcomes of the pupils. This demonstrates that students' comprehension of Pancasila was positively and statistically significantly impacted by the use of Genially. study's findings, Genially is a successful teaching tool that improves motivation, engagement, and conceptual learning. As a result, it supports the use of digital technology in primary-level civic education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes on social studies content, especially on the material of human needs by utilizing the school environment as a learning resource. This research uses the type of Classroom Action Research with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and tests which will then be analyzed using quantitative analysis techniques. This research was conducted on fourth grade students of SD Negeri Gili Anyar, Bangkalan, East Java with a total of 27 students as respondents. The criteria for the success of this class action research (PTK) action is as many as 75% of students have completeness of learning outcomes with a score of 75 as the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). In the pre-cycle the percentage of students who passed was only 7.407%. Researchers used the school environment as a learning resource which then increased learning outcomes with a percentage of 40.740% in cycle I and in cycle II with a percentage of 85.185%. The percentage results above show that the use of the school environment as a source of student learning in social studies content, especially the material of human needs can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to describe students' literacy level in Indonesian language learning. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects included fourth grade students and teachers. The population of this study was 34 students with 17 male students and 17 female students in grade IV. Data collection techniques used observation, questionnaires, and interviews, while the research instruments used observation sheets, questionnaire sheets, and interview sheets. The results of this study were that there were 6 students who could read fluently, 26 students who could read but not fluently, and 2 students could not read.
