Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi hukum dasar kimia di SMA Negeri 10 Halmahera Selatan. Jenis dari penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X, sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 18 siswa dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa tes menggunakan soal essay sebanyak 12 soal. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 21. Hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh menggunakan uji paired sample T test dengan hasil Thitung Ttabel (8,915 1,734) maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak sehingga model pembelajaran problem based learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai gain 0,31 dalam kategori sedang. AbstractThis study was conducted to determine the effect of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on student learning outcomes on basic chemical law material at SMA Negeri 10 South Halmahera. This type of research is experimental research with a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were all class X students, the sample in this study consisted of 18 students with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was a test using essay questions as many as 12 questions. The results of hypothesis testing in this study were obtained using the paired sample T test with the results of Tcount Ttable (8.915 1.734) then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected so that the problem-based learning model had an effect on student learning outcomes with a gain value of 0.31 in the medium category.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kadar kalsium serta zat besi dalam kangkung air dan kangkung darat. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang dianalisis adalah Kangkung Air (Ipomoea aquatica forsk) Dan Kangkung Darat (Ipomoea reptans poir). Kemudian kadar zat besi diukur dengan spektrofotometri UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang 509 nm. Penetapan kadar kalsium di ukur dengan kromatografi ion pada 10 ppm, 20 ppm, dan 30 ppm. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kadar zat besi tertinggi terdapat pada kangkung air bagian batang yaitu 0,144 mg/kg yang berasal pasar Bastiong, sedangkan kadar zat besi terendah pada kangkung darat bagian daun yaitu 0,057 mg/kg yang berasal dari Ternate Selatan. Kadar kalsium tertinggi terdapat pada kangkung darat bagian batang yaitu 8,871 mg/kg yang berasal dari Ternate Selatan, sedangkan kadar kalsium terendah terdapat pada kangkung air bagian daun yaitu 0,821 mg/kg yang berasal dari Jatiland Mall.Kata Kunci: Ca, Fe, kangkung darat, kangkung air, kromatografi ion, spektofotometer UV-VisAbstractThis research was conducted to determine the levels of calcium and iron in water kale and land kale. In this study, the samples analyzed were water kale (Ipomoea aquatica forsk) and land kale (Ipomoea reptans forks. Then iron levels were measured using UV-Vis spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 509 nm. Determination of calcium levels was measured using ion chromatography at 10 ppm, 20 ppm and 30 ppm. The results of this research show that the highest iron content is found in the stem part of the water kale, namely 0.144 mg/kg which comes from the Bastiong market, while the lowest iron content is in the leaf part of the land water spinach, namely 0.057 mg/kg which comes from South Ternate. The highest calcium levels were found in the stem part of land kale, namely 8.871 mg/kg, which came from South Ternate, while the lowest calcium levels were found in the leaf part of water kale, namely 0.821 mg/kg, which came from Jatiland Mall.keyword: Ca, Fe, land kale, water kale, ion chromatography, UV-Vis spectrophotometer

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe peer tutoring dengan pendekatan saintifik terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe peer tutoring dengan pendekatan saintifik terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil persentase angket motivasi tergolong tinggi dan hasil pengujian hipotesis bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan nilai thitung (5,75) ttabel (1,68). Besar peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif dengan uji N-Gain sebesar 0,65 dengan kategori sedang. Hasil belajar afektif dan psikomotorik rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol.Kata Kunci: Kooperatif Tipe Peer Tutoring, Pendekatan Saintifik, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar, Kelarutan dan Hasil Kali Kelarutan Abstract This research aimed to determine the effect of peer tutoring type of cooperative learning model with a scientific approach on increasing motivation and learning outcomes of solubility and solubility product of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai. The research used the experimental types with pretest-posttest control group design. Population of this research was all eleventh grade student of SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai. The sample selection was done by cluster random sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the cooperative learning model of the peer tutoring type with a scientific approach to increasing motivation and learning outcomes of solubility material and solubility product, as indicated by the results of the motivational questionnaire percentage, which was high, and the results of testing the hypothesis that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted with a value of tcount (5.75) ttable (1.68). Great increase in cognitive learning outcomes with the N-Gain test of 0.65 in the medium category. The average affective and psychomotor learning outcomes of the experimental class students were better than those of the control class.Keywords:Cooperative Peer TutoringType, Scientific Approach, Learning Motivation, Learning Outcome, Solubility and Solubility Product

 Informasi Jurnal Kata Kunci:                Fitoremediasi, Tanaman Kangkung Air (Ipomoea aquatica), logam berat Besi (Fe)AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan konsentrasi air sumur sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan fitoremediasi, kemampuan tanaman kangkung air (Ipomoea aquatica) dalam meyerap kadar besi (Fe) pada air sumur dan pengaruh penyerapan kadar besi (Fe) pada kangkung air sesudah fitoremediasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode fitoremediasi dengan memanfaatkan tanaman kangkung air. Analisis yang digunakan adalah Spektrofotometri UV-Vis, faktor biokonsentrasi, faktor translokasi. Hasil Penelitian di dapatkan konsentrasi (Fe) pada air sumur sebelum perlakuan sebesar 1,40 mg/L, sesudah perlakuan dengan variasi 10, 15, dan 20 tangkai berturut-turut 1,29 mg/L, 0,95 mg/L, dan 0,61 mg/L. Kangkung air mampu menyerap kadar besi (Fe) pada air sumur dengan penyerapan tertinggi terjadi di akar dengan jumlah variasi 20 tangkai sebesar 937,5 mg/kg. Terdapat pengaruh sesudah dilakukan perlakuan fitoremediasi terhadap terjadinya penyerapan kadar besi (Fe) pada air sumur..    Keyword:Phytoremediation, water spinach plant (Ipomoea aquatica), heavy metal iron (Fe).AbstractThis study aims to determine the difference in well water concentrations before and after phytoremediation treatment, the ability of water spinach plants (Ipomoea aquatica) to absorb iron (Fe) levels in well water and the effect of absorption of iron (Fe) levels in water spinach after phytoremediation. The Method used is the phytoremediation method by utilizing water spinach plants. The analysis used is UVVis spectrophotometry, bioconcentration factor, translocation factor. The research results obtained the concentration (Fe) in well water before treatment amounted to 1.40 mg/L, after treatment with a variation of 10, 15, and 20 stalks respectively 1.29 mg/L, 0.95 mg/L, and 0.61 mg/L. Water spinach is able to absorb iron (Fe) levels in well water with the highest absorption occurring in the roots with the number of variations of 20 stalks amounting to 937.5 mg/kg. There is an influence after the phytoremediation treatment on the absorption of iron (Fe) levels in well water.

Abstract

Cooking oil is a basic need for everyday people, approximately 80% of the people of Ternate City use cooking oil repeatedly for cooking in order to save costs. The repeated use of used cooking oil or waste cooking oil with high heating produces free fatty acids, carbonyl compounds, peroxides, decreases the value and nutrition of fried foods, so that over time it has an impact on health. Efforts to process used cooking oil in the City of Ternate by saving costs but not endangering health really need to be carried out by using the typical North Maluku banana peel (Musa sp) as a natural adsorbent to purify used cooking oil. Starting from the preparation of tools and materials, the processing of banana peels, mixing the ingredients in the adsorbent, testing the levels of free fatty acids, determining the levels of free fatty acids and the characteristics of the clusters of banana peels using the Fourier Transform-Infra Red. In this study, the percentage reduction in free fatty acid levels was 0.833%, which was originally 1.882%. These results indicate that the refining of used cooking oil using banana peels is close to the Free Fatty Acid (FFA) value regulated in the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) of 0.3%. Keywords: Used cooking oil, peel of banana's mouth duck (Musa sp), refining.
