Abstract

         Mangroves are very important in coastal resource management. The most important function of mangroves for coastal areas is the link between land and sea. Plants, animals, other objects, and plant nutrients are transferred to the mainland or to the sea through mangrove. Mangroves act as a filter to reduce the adverse effects of major environmental change, and as a food source for marine (coastal) and terrestrial biota. The relationship between the region means that biodiversity around mangroves should also be considered, so that the total biodiversity of ecosystems is higher. Beside that economic potential of mangroves in Sidangoli can earn from three main sources namely forest, estuarine and coastal fisheries (shallow water), as well as natural attractions. Because of population pressure, especially coastal areas Sidangoli, resulting in a change in land use and utilization of natural resources in excess, if not protected by mangrove forests quickly become thinner and broken in the coastal Sidangoli. The need to balance must be achieved between meeting the needs now for economic development at a party, and conservation of environmental support systems on the other. Growing awareness of the protection function, the productive and socio-economic impacts of mangrove ecosystems in the tropics, and due to the decreasing availability of natural resources, encourage the lifting of the problem needs conservation and sustainability of the integrated management of resources-such valuable resources. Given the potential for multi-use natural resources, it is imperative that the management of mangrove forests based on terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems, in relation to integrated coastal zone management plan.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe peer tutoring dengan pendekatan saintifik terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe peer tutoring dengan pendekatan saintifik terhadap peningkatan motivasi dan hasil belajar materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil persentase angket motivasi tergolong tinggi dan hasil pengujian hipotesis bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dengan nilai thitung (5,75) ttabel (1,68). Besar peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif dengan uji N-Gain sebesar 0,65 dengan kategori sedang. Hasil belajar afektif dan psikomotorik rata-rata siswa kelas eksperimen lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol.Kata Kunci: Kooperatif Tipe Peer Tutoring, Pendekatan Saintifik, Motivasi Belajar, Hasil Belajar, Kelarutan dan Hasil Kali Kelarutan Abstract This research aimed to determine the effect of peer tutoring type of cooperative learning model with a scientific approach on increasing motivation and learning outcomes of solubility and solubility product of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai. The research used the experimental types with pretest-posttest control group design. Population of this research was all eleventh grade student of SMA Negeri 1 Pulau Morotai. The sample selection was done by cluster random sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant effect of the cooperative learning model of the peer tutoring type with a scientific approach to increasing motivation and learning outcomes of solubility material and solubility product, as indicated by the results of the motivational questionnaire percentage, which was high, and the results of testing the hypothesis that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted with a value of tcount (5.75) ttable (1.68). Great increase in cognitive learning outcomes with the N-Gain test of 0.65 in the medium category. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran yaitu flashcard sistem periodik unsur terhadap daya retensi peserta didik kelas X SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuasi eksperimen, yang dilakukan di SMA N 1 Kasihan, Kab. Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian pangkat eksponensial kelas kontrol (-0,0169x) lebih besar dari pangkat eksponenensial kelas eksperimen (-0,0067x). Ini berarti penurunan daya retensi pada kelas kontrol lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan kelas eksperimen. Artinya, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan flashcard sistem periodik unsur dapat memperkecil penurunan daya retensi peserta didik.Kata kunci: daya retensi, flashcard, sistem periodik unsurAbstract This study aims to analyze the effect of the use of learning media, namely the periodic system of elements flashcard on the retention power of class X SMA students. The research method used is a quasiexperimental method conducted at SMA N 1 Kasihan, Kab. Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results of the study showed that the exponential power of the control class (-0.0169x) was greater than that of the experimental class (-0.0067x). This means that the decrease in power retention in the control class is greater when compared to the experimental class. That menas that the use of the periodic system of elements flashcard cannot reduce the students' retention power.Keywords: flashcard, periodic system of elements, retention

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kadar NO2 dalam kangkung air (Ipomoea aquatica Forsk) dan Kangkung Darat (Ipomoea reptans Poir) asal Kelurahan Gambesi, Kota Ternate. Sampel yang dianalisis adalah bagian batang dan daun dari Kangkung Air dan Kangkung, penetapan kadar NO2 dengan menggunakan pereaksi asam sulfanilat dan N(1-Naftil) etilendiamin dihydrochloride. Kemudian kadar NO2 diukur dengan spektrofotometri UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang 542 nm. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kadar NO2 tertinggi terdapat pada kangkung darat pada bagian daun yaitu 13,79375 mg/kg sedangkan kadar NO2 terendah terdapat pada Kangkung Air bagian batang yaitu 1,0189 mg/kg.Kata Kunci: NO2, Kangkung air dan kangkung darat, spektrofotometri UV-Vis AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine NO2 levels in water spinach (Ipomoea aquatica Forsk) and water spinach (Ipomoea reptans Poir) from Gambesi Village, Ternate City. The samples analyzed were the stems and leaves of water spinach and water spinach, determination of NO2 levels using sulfanilic acid and N(1-naphthyl) ethylenediamine dihydrochloride reagents. Then NO2 levels were measured by UV-Vis spectrophotometry at a wavelength of 542 nm. The results of this study showed that the highest NO2 levels were found in ground kale on the leaves, namely 13.79375 mg/kg, while the lowest NO2 levels were found in water spinach stems, namely 1.0189 mg/kg.Keyword:NO2, Ipomoea reptans poir, Ipomoea aquatica forsk, UV-Vis spectrophotometry

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Terbimbing Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Materi Tatanama Senyawa Dan Persamaan Reaksi Kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Tidore Kepulauan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pre-eksperimental dengan menggunakan desain penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Control Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan siswa kelas X SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Tidore Kepulauan pada tahun ajaran 2021/2022 yang berjumlah 53 siswa yang terbagi dalam dua kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 26 orang. Instrumen tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa soal essay sebanyak 10 item yang digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Teknik analisis data adalah teknik analisis analisis data adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 21.0. hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh thitung ttabel atau 7,642 1,706 maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Besar pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap hasil belajar siswa diperoleh nilai gain 0,31 (kategori sedang). Kata Kunci :        Hasil Belajar, Inkuiri Terbimbing, tata nama senyawa dan persamman reaksi, Statistik InferensialAbstract The research was conducted to determine the effect of the Guided Inquiry Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes in the Material of Nomenclature of Compounds and Reaction Equations for Class X SMA Muhammadiyah 4 Tidore Islands. This type of research is a pre-experimental study using the One Group Pretest-Posttest Control Design research design. The population in this study were all class X students of Muhammadiyah 4 Tidore Islands High School in the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 53 students divided into two classes. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, with a total sample of 26 people. The test instrument used in this study was in the form of essay questions of 10 items used to measure students' cognitive learning outcomes. Data analysis technique is a data analysis technique is a descriptive statistical analysis technique and inferential statistical analysis using SPSS for windows version 21.0. the results of hypothesis testing in this study obtained tcount ttable or 7.642 1.706 then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui, penerapan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah Problem Solving untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI pada materi larutan penyangga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain penelitian  one group pretest posttest design. Sampel terdiri dari 23 sisa dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini berupa soal essay sebanyak 20 nomor yang digunakan untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah uji parametrik (t paired sample) dengan SPSS 16.0. Uji hipotesis dengan taraf signifikan  2.612 1.721 atau H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga disimpulkan terdapat disimpulkan terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran pemecahan masalah (problem solving).  AbstractStudy this conducted for knowing,  applying the learning problem solving model or increase results study student class XI on theory solution support . Type research used  is experiment with design research one group pretest posttest design . Sample consist of 23 remaining with technique purposive sampling . Instruments in study this in the form of 20 numbered essay questions used  for measure results study students . Technique analysis used  is parametric test (t paired sample ) with SPSS 16.0. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruh penerapan media animasi berbasis videoscribe terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada materi larutan elektrolit dan non elektrolit. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan desain penelitian Pre-eksperimental Design tipe One Group Pretest-posttest. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu uji deskriptif, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis, kemudian dilakukan uji gain. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menyatakan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima karena thitung (16,832) ≥ ttabel (1,717). Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan media animasi berbasis videoscribe dinyatakan berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan menunjukan peningkatan kognitif siswa dengan N-Gain 0,3 yang berkategori sedang. Kata Kunci :       Media Animasi berbasis videoscribe, Larutan Elektrolit dan Non Elektrolit Abstract This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the application of videoscribe-based animation media on the learning outcomes of class X students on electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution material. The research method is an experimental research design with Pre-experimental Design type One Group Pretest-posttest. The analysis technique used is descriptive test, normality test, and hypothesis testing, then the gain test is carried out. The results of hypothesis testing state that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because tcount (16.832) ≥ ttable (1.717). Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that the application of videoscribe-based animation media has an effect on student learning outcomes and shows an increase in students' cognitive abilities with an N-Gain 0.3 which is categorized as moderate.  Keywords:Videocsribe Based Animation Media, Electrolyte dan Non Elecrolyte Solutions

Abstract

Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Pulau Morotai pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023 yang berjumlah 45 siswa yang terbagi dalam dua kelas. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 22 orang. Instrumen tes yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa soal essay sebanyak 10 item yang digunakn untuk menggukur hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Teknik analisis data adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 21.0. hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh thitung ttabel atau 8,970 1,717  maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Inquiry Training Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Pada Materi Larutan Elektrolit Dan Nonelektrolit Di SMA Negeri 3 Kepulauan Sula. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yaitu One Group Pretest Posttest Desain. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh siswa siswi kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Kepulauan Sula yang berjumlah 25 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu instrumen tes berupa soal essay sebanyak 10 nomor. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 29.0. Hasil uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari uji Paired Sample T Test, thitung  ttabel (12,972  1,710) maka Ha diterima dan HO ditolak. Sehingga model pembelajaran Inquiry Training berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar siswa, dengan besar pengaruh yang diperoleh dari uji nilai gain sebesar 0,44 dengan kategori sedang. Kata Kunci: Inquiry Training, Hasil belajar, Larutan Elektrolit dan NonelektrolitAbstractThis research was conducted to determine the effect of the Inquiry Training Learning Model on the Learning Outcomes of Class X Students in the Material of Electrolyte and Non-electrolyte Solutions at SMA Negeri 3 Kepulauan Sula. The results of  hypothesis testing in this study were obtained from the Paired Sample T Test, tcount  ttable (12.972  1.710) then Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. Abstract

Cooking oil is a basic need for everyday people, approximately 80% of the people of Ternate City use cooking oil repeatedly for cooking in order to save costs. The repeated use of used cooking oil or waste cooking oil with high heating produces free fatty acids, carbonyl compounds, peroxides, decreases the value and nutrition of fried foods, so that over time it has an impact on health. Efforts to process used cooking oil in the City of Ternate by saving costs but not endangering health really need to be carried out by using the typical North Maluku banana peel (Musa sp) as a natural adsorbent to purify used cooking oil. Starting from the preparation of tools and materials, the processing of banana peels, mixing the ingredients in the adsorbent, testing the levels of free fatty acids, determining the levels of free fatty acids and the characteristics of the clusters of banana peels using the Fourier Transform-Infra Red. In this study, the percentage reduction in free fatty acid levels was 0.833%, which was originally 1.882%. These results indicate that the refining of used cooking oil using banana peels is close to the Free Fatty Acid (FFA) value regulated in the Indonesian National Standard (SNI) of 0.3%. Keywords: Used cooking oil, peel of banana's mouth duck (Musa sp), refining.
