Abstract

Early childhood literacy and letter learning is an important phase in their basic literacy development. However, conventional methods are becoming less effective and less interactive as technology advances. This study aims to design and develop a mobile application as a means of interactive and interesting literacy and letter learning for early childhood by utilizing the prototyping development method. This method is implemented through several stages, namely needs analysis, prototype design, prototype evaluation, coding, system testing, user evaluation and improvements based on user feedback. In this study, a mobile application for literacy and reading learning will be created with Android Studio, and with the Kotlin programming language. The results of this study are a mobile application that functions as a tool to assist teachers and parents in the conventional teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Digestive diseases are one of the most common and diverse groups of diseases, covering a variety of conditions that affect the organs in the human digestive system. These diseases can range from mild disorders to serious conditions that require immediate medical attention. Delays in diagnosis and inappropriate treatment can lead to serious complications, as well as burden the health system. Digestive diseases are often difficult to diagnose because their symptoms can be similar to other conditions or vary from one individual to another. The examinations and tests needed for a proper diagnosis may also be unavailable or difficult to access. This study was conducted using the Development method using Extreme Programming, data collection, system analysis, database design, design of an expert system for diagnosing digestive diseases in humans using the certainty factor method, and the programming language used is Java programming. The development of this expert system for diagnosing digestive diseases in humans increases the accuracy and speed of the digestive disease diagnosis process and provides assistance to medical practitioners in making decisions related to diagnosis and treatment.

Abstract

Inefficient management of tractor spare parts inventory can lead to high storage costs and operational downtime. This issue demands effective calculations to group spare parts based on usage patterns and procurement time. This research aims to apply data mining techniques to cluster tractor spare parts usage using the k-means algorithm to optimize inventory management. The methodology used involves data on spare parts usage over two years, which is then processed using the k-means algorithm to form several clusters based on usage frequency and lead time. This algorithm groups spare parts into clusters that minimize within-cluster variance and maximize between-cluster variance. The formed clusters are interpreted to determine the level of importance of the spare parts and their implications for inventory management strategies. The expected result is the identification of five main clusters grouping spare parts based on usage patterns with very high, medium, and low usage, as well as different lead time variations. These findings are expected to provide important insights for developing more efficient stock management strategies, reducing inventory costs, and increasing the availability of spare parts that match the operational needs of tractors, thus supporting overall efficiency in spare parts usage

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi jaringan menuntut institusi publik seperti Polsek Panjang untuk memiliki infrastruktur jaringan yang cepat, stabil, dan efisien. Permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini adalah lambatnya jaringan, ketidakstabilan koneksi, dan belum digunakannya routing protocol yang optimal untuk mengelola lalu lintas data secara dinamis. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab pertanyaan: bagaimana membangun jaringan WAN yang efisien dengan menerapkan routing protocol EIGRP pada lingkungan Polsek Panjang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif dengan simulasi menggunakan Cisco Paket Tracer. Dalam simulasi ini, tiga router dihubungkan menggunakan topologi point-to-point dan dikonfigurasi dengan routing dinamis EIGRP. Setiap router dihubungkan dengan jaringan lokal yang terdiri dari PC sebagai endpoint. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan perintah ping, show ip route, dan show ip route eigrp untuk mengamati konektivitas dan performa jaringan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan EIGRP mampu meningkatkan performa jaringan dari segi kecepatan konvergensi, efisiensi bandwidth, dan kestabilan koneksi. Simulasi membuktikan bahwa semua perangkat berhasil terhubung tanpa packet loss, dan rute jaringan dapat diperbarui secara otomatis saat terjadi perubahan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa EIGRP layak diterapkan untuk membangun jaringan WAN yang optimal di lingkungan Polsek.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem absensi karyawan dengan memanfaatkan metode Location Based Services (LBS) berbasis website di PT. Haleyora Powerindo Pusat Jakarta. Tujuan utama adalah mengatasi tantangan verifikasi lokasi dan waktu kehadiran karyawan outsourcing yang bekerja di lokasi yang beragam. Metode LBS memungkinkan verifikasi lokasi karyawan secara real-time menggunakan GPS, yang terintegrasi dalam platform web yang mudah diakses dan digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam akurasi data kehadiran karyawan, mengurangi kemungkinan manipulasi data dan kehadiran palsu. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan dalam pemantauan dan pengelolaan kehadiran karyawan secara efisien, yang terbukti melalui dashboard interaktif yang memfasilitasi akses instan ke data kehadiran. Namun, sistem ini memerlukan pengembangan lebih lanjut terutama dalam hal keamanan data dan antarmuka pengguna untuk memastikan pengalaman yang lebih aman. Saran untuk penelitian mendatang meliputi integrasi sistem dengan platform mobile untuk aksesibilitas yang lebih luas dan peningkatan fitur keamanan untuk mengatasi potensi ancaman siber

Abstract

The process of conveying information that is currently running, often encounters obstacles, administrative staff at SMAS PGRI 1 Kotabumi often experience difficulties, such as difficulties in the process of delivering information to students and the public. Other impacts of the current system are administrative staff often experience data loss. because the data storage media still uses ledgers and computer hard disks. Thus a web-based school information system was built at SMAS PGRI using the extrame programming method which can be used as a medium for conveying information to students and teachers. Based on the school information system trial, it produces an information system that can be used to convey information between the school and students and teachers
