Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how to improve students' academic achievement in educational institutions. This research uses several types of methods, namely quantitative description methods and literature review systems. The results of this study indicate that there are 373 students in grades 1 to 6, where the learning uses 2 types of curriculum, namely K-13 and Merdeka Curriculum. Furthermore, the results show that the way or steps of SDN Babatan 1 in improving learning achievement is through management or by managing students, this can be realized by implementing extracurricular activities and implementing discipline which aims to create an outstanding and competitive generation so that it is useful in the future. The implementation of extracurricular activities and the application of discipline organized at SDN Babatan 1 are also expected to help broaden the knowledge of students and even foster the interests and talents of students. In addition to the efforts made by SDN Babatan 1 above, efforts that can be made to improve students' learning achievement are the role of educators who must participate in encouraging students to be motivated by the experiences provided by educators. This is because in the process of success of a learner cannot be separated from the influence of the quality of human resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan agar mengetahui Pengaruh Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Langsung kepada motivasi Belajar Bahasa Indonesia Siswa di SMP Diponegoro. Metodologi yang dipakai didalan penelitian ini merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memakai sampel yang diambil dari siswa kelas 7, 8, 9 yang berjumlah sebanyak 46 siswa. Pengumpulan data memakai instrumen dan pengukuran skala likert. Analisis data memakai bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS 22, yang diantaranya analisis deskriptif, uji persyarat analisis data serta uji hipotesis. Dari uji syarat analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu uji validitas, uji normalitas, dan uji homogenitas. Didasarkan pada hasil penelitian adanya kesimpulan jika pengaruh positif yang signitifikan kepada motivasi belajar Bahasa Indonesia siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of education staff management at SMPN 40 Surabaya. Effective education personnel management has an important role in ensuring the provision of quality education in schools. Management of educational staff at SMPN 40 Surabaya has reached an adequate level of effectiveness. Factors that have contributed to the effectiveness of education personnel management include strong leadership, effective communication, professional development, and good human resource management. Professional development of educational staff at SMPN 40 Surabaya is the main focus in increasing the effectiveness of educational staff management by holding continuous training and development programs to improve the competence of teachers and staff. Good human resource management, including appropriate assignments, rewards and recognition of good performance also contributes to the effectiveness of educational staff management.
