Abstract

This community engagement initiative was designed to enhance organizational behavior and foster a productive work culture within Kumau Laundry, a household-scale MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) located in Lubuk Begalung, Padang. A participatory approach was employed through capacity-building workshops, the co-creation of shared organizational values, and the facilitation of internal communication mechanisms. Data were gathered through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and focused group discussions. The outcomes reveal notable improvements in internal communication effectiveness, the consolidation of a collaborative work culture, better discipline management practices, and enhanced customer service quality. The findings suggest that modest, behavior-focused interventions can yield significant positive impacts on the organizational dynamics of household-scale MSMEs. The practical implications underscore the importance of incorporating soft skills development into MSME empowerment models, beyond the conventional focus on technical and business capacities. Nonetheless, the initiative faced limitations, including a restricted number of respondents and a short implementation period, indicating the need for longitudinal evaluations to assess the sustainability of these initial changes.

Abstract

Companies in the field of leasing services are currently emerging due to the increasing public need for transportation facilities in terms of life. Globalization has an impact on business development in Indonesia, especially with the entry of multinational companies in Indonesia. This can be seen in companies that provide credit services. With increasingly competitive conditions, leasing service companies are required to really understand the dynamics of customer tastes that are their target market and how to satisfy these customers. One way is to provide quality services, both personally and in terms of ingredients, by creating a good service, customers will feel satisfied because their wants and needs have been fulfilled. Because there are so many choices that exist, it is difficult for consumers to determine which product to choose, so that consumers try to find information from the media around them (for example: print media and electronic media), the information obtained from these media will be easier to understand and easier to find. to recall. Submission of information through the media is called promotion.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the condition of D'Celup Chicken Crispy MSMEs determines what implementation is right for these MSMEs in developing their business through strategic management. The research was conducted on the Lubuk Begalung highway, Padang city, West Sumatra. This business was founded by Mr. Ridho and his brother in 2023, more precisely it has only been operating for three months and is experiencing development every day because it was established right close to the university so that many students make Mr. Rido's business a choice of lunch and dinner. Mr. Ridho as CEO said that opening a crispy chicken business because of his passion for chicken, the idea arose to establish a chicken business in Padang City.

Abstract

The development of Chickhen to Go Padang is a process that involves various aspects, including behaviors that affect its success. This study aims to analyze behaviors related to the development of Chickhen to Go Padang, including consumer behavior, business behavior, and its impact on business growth. This study reviews consumer behavior in the context of the development of Chickhen to Go Padang. Research on consumer behavior can provide insight into factors that influence customer purchasing decisions, such as taste, price, location, and previous customer experience, business owners must understand market trends, innovate menus, and carry out effective marketing strategies to attract customers and maintain market share. Business behavior analysis also includes aspects of leadership, decision making, and resource management to achieve sustainable growth. This study also illustrates the impact of behavior in the development of Chickhen to Go Padang. By understanding the behavior of consumers and business actors, it can be known the factors that affect business success. Increased customer satisfaction, loyalty, and positive reputation will have an impact on business growth and potential expansion into a wider market. In conclusion, this study emphasizes the importance of analyzing behavior in the development of Chickhen to Go Padang. Understanding the behavior of consumers and business actors helps in making the right decisions to increase competitiveness and business success. Behavioral analysis also gains insights into market trends, consumer preferences, and business development opportunities that can strengthen Chickhen to Go Padang's position in the fast food industry.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a form of productive economy run by the lower middle class. There are various benefits obtained from the MSME sector, including in improving the economy, reducing poverty, providing employment, and culminating in the development of social facilities. But in fact, MSMEs in Indonesia, including Oppa Box Padang MSMEs, still experience various obstacles in development activities, one of which is the issue of business legality. In this case, MSMEs need to adapt so that the problems experienced can be resolved. One of those who needs this adaptation plan is the Oppa Box MSME located on Jalan Aru No. 6 Lubuk Begalung nan XX, Padang City, West Sumatra, 25221, next to Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This community service activity begins with surveys and interviews, mapping and identifying problems, formulating solutions, and implementing mentoring activities. The impact of this activity is the expansion of product marketing and business development of Oppa Box Padang MSME Actors.
