Abstract

Gagal ginjal kronis adalah kondisi saat fungsi ginjal menurun secara bertahap karena kerusakan ginjal. Pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis mengalami fatigue yang dapat sebabkan oleh berbagai faktor seperti kadar hemoglobin, lama hemodialisis, interdialytic weight gain (IDWG) dan tekanan darah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan fatigue pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Depati Bahrin Sungailiat Tahun 2024.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional study. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 52 pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalanai hemodialisis di RSUD Depati Bahin Sungailiat Tahun 2024. Besaran sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 50 pasien yang dipilih menggunakan tehnik total sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 –27 April 2024. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara faktor kadar hemoglobin (p-value = 0,005), lama hemodialisis (p-value = 0,010), Intradialytic Weight Gain (IDWG) (p-value = 0,005), tekanan darah (p-value = 0,006) dengan fatigue pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Depati Bahrin Sungailiat Tahun 2024. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah bagi perawat diharapkan untuk dapat selalu memberikan dukungan kepada pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis serta memantau kadar hemoglobin, tekanan darah, Intradialytic Weight Gain (IDWG) pasien karena pasien beresiko mengalami fatigue.

Abstract

This article examines the legal basis and authority of the Tax Court in rejecting applications for judicial review (peninjauan kembali “PK”) in Indonesian tax dispute proceedings. Under Indonesia’s current tax court procedure, a PK is an extraordinary legal remedy filed to the Supreme Court through the Tax Court. The Tax Court’s role is not only to forward the case files to the Supreme Court but also to ensure that formal requirements are fulfilled. Applicable law (Law No. 14 of 2002 on Tax Court) limits PK applications to one filing and within a strict deadline. The Tax Court is empowered to refuse or return a PK application that does not meet these legal conditions – for example, if the application is a prohibited second PK, filed past the 3-month time limit, or missing required documents. This authority is grounded in statutory provisions, Supreme Court regulations, and the Tax Court’s own rules. Through normative juridical analysis, this article finds that the Tax Court’s refusal of non-compliant PK applications is legally justified as a gatekeeping function to uphold procedural law and ensure judicial efficiency. The conclusions highlight that the Tax Court’s limited authority in this context aligns with its duty to enforce formal requirements, while the substantive examination of tax disputes via PK remains the prerogative of the Supreme Court.

Abstract

Metal soap pyrolysis is an attractive route for green gasoline fuel production because it is a straightforward process with no hydrogen supply needed and is operated under a pressure atmosphere. Pyrolysis of soap made from oleic acid is carried out via the catalytic route in a Py-GC reactor. Bivalent metals such as Zn, are evaluated as catalysts in pyrolysis. The preparation of a mixture of oleic acid: NaOH: Zn metal was studied at a concentration of 1:1:1. Thermal stability analysis of pyrolysis was studied at a temperature of 250oC with a heating rate of 10, 20, 40oC/min. This research aimed to figure out the characteristics of the relationship between raw materials, metal soap, and the bio-hydrocarbon products produced. Experimental results show that Zn metal can supply good temperature stability during the pyrolysis heat degradation process. Zn metal also can act as a catalyst, helping the decarboxylation reaction of oleic acid to become short-chain bio-hydrocarbons. The yield of short-chain bio-hydrocarbons C9-C18 was 0.04-7.33%w/w, meanwhile, long-chain bio-hydrocarbons reached 48.07%w/w. The presence of oxygenate compounds is due to the low quality of the raw materials. A decrease in the quality of raw materials can be caused by poor handling and storage of oleic acid as evaluated by large saponification, acid, and peroxide numbers.
