Abstract

This study examines the influence of charismatic leadership in terms of transformation of Islamic educational institutions, focusing on the analysis of effectiveness and obstacles faced. Using a qualitative approach and literature study methods and content analysis, this study seeks information on how charismatic leadership styles affect organizational change, stakeholder motivation, and the achievement of educational goals. The findings show that charismatic leadership plays an important role in driving positive change through strong vision and motivational abilities. However, there are problems with over-reliance on leaders and difficulties in replacing existing leadership. This means that this study can help to improve more effective leadership models in the world of Islamic education. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kepemimpinan karismatik dalam hal transformasi lembaga pendidikan Islam, dengan fokus pada analisis efektivitas dan kendala yang dihadapi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi pustaka serta analisis isi, penelitian ini mencari informasi tentang bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan karismatik mempengaruhi perubahan organisasi, motivasi pemangku kepentingan, dan pencapaian tujuan pendidikan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan karismatik memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong perubahan positif melalui visi yang kuat dan kemampuan motivasi. Namun, ada masalah dengan ketergantungan yang berlebihan pada pemimpin dan kesulitan dalam mengganti kepemimpinan yang ada. Artinya, penelitian ini dapat membantu meningkatkan model kepemimpinan yang lebih efektif dalam dunia pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

Pondok Pesantren Al-Fatah Cileungsi as an Islamic educational institution has an important role in the formation of the center character. One important aspect of self-centric development is public speaking, which is a vital skill in effective communication. The study aims to identify the urgency of the Mahadhoroh program in improving the public speaking capabilities of civilians in the Pondok Pesantren Al-Fatah Cileungsi.The research method used is a qualitative approach to data collection techniques through observations, interviews, and documentation analysis. Respondents of the study involved the Chancellor of Pondok Pesantren Al-Fatah Cileungsi who followed the Mahadhoroh program. The results of this study are expected to provide an in-depth understanding of the extent to which the Mahadhoroh program contributes to the improvement of public speaking skills.This research found that the Mahadhoroh program has a significant urgency in improving the public speaking ability of the centri. Muhadhoroh provides a platform for practising speaking in public, boosting confidence, and developing argumentation skills. In addition, through Mahadhoroh, the centurion can better understand Islamic values and apply them in the context of communication. The Muhadhoroh program has proved to have a significant role in improving the ability of the public speaking centers and the urgency of the activities of the Muhadharoh is enormous in the context of the development of public speech centers. It is not only an additional skill, it is also a valuable investment in the preparation of the centers to face the communication challenges in various sections of society.

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation for those who have the ability to be called Muzakki which aims to help others and for those who do not have the ability to be called Mustahik, including Fakir, Miskin, Amil, Muallaf, People who owe debts, People Who Study, and People who fight on the path of Allah Swt. Besides that, zakat can also be a tool for empowering ummah. The Muzakki, Amil and Zakat Collection Institute (UPZ) to participate in helping people alleviate poverty and social equality. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of orphans and widows has increased, this certainly affects the number of poor people, therefore zakat can be a solution. Therefore, LAZ Al-Bunyan launched a program to empower orphans and mothers as a breakthrough in an effort to provide orphan rights and contribute in accordance with the laws and verses of the Qur'an related to the empowerment of children and mothers.
