Abstract

This study to improve the ability to solve word math  through discovery learning model in the elementary school students. This research method using Classroom Action Research method. The result showed that students’ ability to solve word problems through a model of discovery learning has increased. Increase students ability to solve word problems can be seen in the first cycle obtained 68,6 and an average increase incycle II to 83,5. Incerased ability to sove word problem are also characterized by increased activity of the students, the average of the first cycle of 70,8% of the student activity increased by 15,7% in the second cycle becomes 86,5%. The positive response of student towards learning discovery learning model in the first 71,2%, also an increase of 13,5% from 84,7% in the first cycle to second cycle.

Abstract

Education in the era of society 5.0 requires students to have significant added value, this problem indirectly requires teachers to have teaching skills with a digitalization system. This research method is qualitative-descriptive with a case study type. The results of the research show that the planning and implementation of added value in education in the era of Society 5.0 is through: 1) A strategy in decentralizing education through a performance-based PPDB system in all regions of Indonesia. 2) A strategy to reduce bipolarization through MASTAMA and Olympic and event-based career management. 3) Democratic education strategy through the integration of science and technology and imtak curricula as well as madrasah services in the form of workshops and outreach. 4) Strategies for community participation through madrasa committees. 5) Education strategy as an agent of change through the use of laptops, strong social attitudes and religiosity, e-learning systems and LMS, and homestay programs. The value-added model is increasing, as shown by the highest UTBK score in 2022 and the number of students entering PTN in 2023 is 78%. The obstacle experienced by the teachers is the lack of communication between the school teachers and the dormitory teachers, which has an impact on program delays that require coordination between the parties involved. The solution is for the madrasa director to open a line of communication between the school and the dormitory so that it can work well and smoothly. The conclusion of this study is that MAN Insan Cendekia Serpong conducts learning by focusing on the development of knowledge, adhering to religious values, and being a pioneer in social life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis bagaimana penerapan manajemen keuangan pendidikan yang berkontribusi pada pengembangan sarana dan prasarana di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Ikhlas. Studi ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deksriptif. Subjek utama penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perencanaan pembiayaan di MTs Al-Ikhlas dilakukan dengan rapat bersama para stakeholders dengan mempertimbangkan ketersediaan dana, hasil evaluasi sarana-prasarana, dan skala prioritas. Penyusunan RAPBM melibatkan identifikasi sumber dana dan evaluasi keuangan untuk menentukan prioritas pemenuhan sarana dan prasarana. Penetapan anggaran pengembangan sarana prasarana di MTs Al-Ikhlas dengan menguraikan per item dalam kesepakatan bersama antara yayasan, sekolah, dan komite. Pertanggungjawaban pengembangan sarana dan prasarana di MTs Al-Ikhlas dilakukan secara per bulan dan per semester, mencakup sumber dana dari SPP dan BOS. Laporan keuangan yang diserahkan kepada pihak terkait, seperti Dinas Pendidikan dan Badan Administrasi Keuangan Daerah, sesuai dengan prinsip akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the differences in interpersonal intelligence between male and female students in the high class of Sahabat Alam Elementary School. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The method used in this research is a descriptive quantitative method using data collection techniques in the form of survey methods. The sample in this study consisted of a high class totaling 66 students. Data was collected using an instrument in the form of an Interpersonal Intelligence questionnaire with a Likert scale model containing 13 items with a valid value (rtabel = 0,27). Data analysis used an Independent Sample t-test. The results of this study indicate differences in students' Interpersonal Intelligence based on gender. The results showed that female students obtained an average of higher interpersonal intelligence than the average value of male students' interpersonal intelligence. It can be seen from the t-test results of the interpersonal intelligence of female and male students of -4.208 with a significance level of 0.05. Thus, this shows differences in the interpersonal intelligence of male and female students in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study examines the role of educational organizations, specifically MGMP and GPAI, in enhancing teacher professionalism in Bogor, West Java. Qualitative research methods, including observations, interviews, and document analysis, were employed to investigate the activities, collaboration, and impact of these organizations. The findings indicate that MGMP and GPAI play a crucial role in promoting collaboration among teachers, sharing best practices, and improving teaching methods and curriculum development. The support from school management and local government is essential for the success of these organizations. Implementing relevant and effective programs has resulted in improved teaching quality and better student learning outcomes. The study emphasizes the importance of sustaining and reinforcing the involvement of MGMP and GPAI in Bogor's education system. Recommendations include increasing teacher participation, developing comprehensive professional development programs, fostering collaboration among educational institutions, local government, and the community, and exploring additional factors influencing teacher professionalism. Future research should encompass a broader geographical area and consider variables like motivation, job satisfaction, and leadership within educational organizations. Strengthening teacher professionalism through collaboration and organizational support not only benefits teachers and students directly but also contributes to the overall development of education in Bogor, West Java.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out what leadership styles are in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi. The background of this research is to examine what leadership styles are contained in the novel Merindi Baginda Nabi and how to practice them. The method used in this study is a qualitative type of literature (library research), which is a type of research that refers to the literature of literature such as book literature, articles and e-journals. The results show that there are 9 leadership styles in the novel Merindu Baginda Nabi by Habiburrahman El Shirazy, namely: Supportive Leadership Style, Democratic Leadership Style, Educational Leadership Style, Persuasive Leadership Style, Innovative Leadership Style, Motivative Leadership Style, Charismatic Leadership Style, Fatherly Leadership Style , and Participatory Leadership Style. Because novels can be an educational tool or facility in the process of leadership formation, with novels leaders can learn a lot about leadership styles.

Abstract

Sumber daya pendidikan selalu berbanding lurus dengan ekonomi pendidikan karena seiring dengan semakin tajamnya persaingan akibat perkembangan teknologi yang sangat drastis dan diiringi dengan mode industri 5.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana berjalannya manajemen strategi proses pengembangan sumber daya pendidikan di SMK Al-Kalam Bani Marwan dengan harapan terbangun sebuah pemikiran substantif yang utuh (tidak terdikotomis dan parsial). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif, adapun data yang diperoleh berdasarkan observasi, wawanara, kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi penelitian. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan beberapa faktor yang harus dibenahi dalam pengembangan sumber daya diantaranya kesadaran akan tupoksi sumber daya manusianya yang masih kurang diperhatikan dan kurangnya sosialisasi dalam bidang-bidang tertentu seperti sumber daya keuangan dan sumber daya bukan manusia di lingkungan SMK Al-Kalam Bani Marwan Kabupaten Lebak. Dengan adanya penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukan bahwa strategi pengembangan sumber daya pendidikan di SMK AL-Kalam Bani Marwan Kabupaten Lebak yaitu meningkatkan sumber daya pendidikan untuk menciptakan sumber daya yang profesionalisme dan bertanggung jawab baik dengan cara pemberian pelatihan yang sesuai dan model yang tepat untuk diterapkan pada sumber daya keuangan dan program Pendidikan

Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan merupakan sarana bagi seseorang dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan. Sebagaimana uraian tersebut, peneliti mengamati bahwa manajemen peserta didik harus dijalankan dengan baik oleh semua elemen di lembaga pendidikan. Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) mengetahui peran kepala asrama dan mentor dalam pengelolaan peserta didik. 2) mengetahui upaya kepala asrama dalam mengelola peserta didik. 3) Menentukan faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam mengelola peserta didik di Mandiri Entrepreneur Center (MEC) Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dan studi fenomenologi. Adapun subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala MEC, Mentor, Dosen dan alumni Mandiri Entrepreneur Center (MEC) Jakarta. Hasil perolehan literatur, observasi, dan wawancara disajikan dan dianalisis secara komprehensif, ringkas dan sistematis. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan manajemen peserta didik di Mandiri Entrepreneur Center (MEC) Jakarta sudah berjalan baik terlihat dengan adanya program yang terukur dan kegiatan yang ada dalam lembaga pendidikan mengacu pada kepentingan mutu lulusan melalui implementasi manajemen yang baik dengan melakukan beberapa upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak manajemen, kepala asrama, mentor dan pendidik. Saran penelitian untuk kedepannya adalah bahwa penguatan manajemen Pendidikan di berbagai institusi menjadi sangat penting.

Abstract

Revolusi 4.0 merupakan sebuah tansformasi yang mampu merubah tatanan manual kearah yang lebih praktis dan berbasis digital.  Hal ini tidak lepas dari perkembangan teknologi yang semakin berkembang pesat. Seiring dengan hadirnya era revolusi 4.0 ini, kemampuan Lembaga Pendidikan islam untuk dapat menerapkan strategi pengelolaan Pendidikan yang modern, inovatif dan responsive sangat diharapkan untuk dapat bersaing secara kompetitif dengan Lembaga Pendidikan lainnya. Tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, serta pengelola lembaga pendidikan Islam juga memerlukan manajemen baru dan memiliki andil dalam mengisi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana strategi pengelolaan yang telah diterapkan di madrasah ini dalam menghadapi era baru yaitu era revolusi 4.0. Objek penelitian ini adalah Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Hidayah yang berada di kecamatan Guluk-guluk Sumenep Madura. Informan dalam penelitian ini meliputi kepala sekolah, tenaga kependidikan dan guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kualitatif yang berisi deskripsi tentang hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menyimpulkan data sebagai hasil akhir dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

Folklore as an oral heritage that is entrenched in the community has values that can increase understanding of legends and culture and move people's awareness of the importance of life values. One of them is folklore related to the natural environment. In Indonesia, folklore is not only an oral tradition that is told but also formalized in the education curriculum, especially at the elementary education unit or elementary school level. Folklore that developed in disaster-affected communities was built to provide disaster mitigation education. The purpose of this study was to analyze folklore in elementary school students in an environmentally friendly- based disaster mitigation effort in the Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi area, West Java and Parangtristis Jogjakarta. Using descriptive qualitative methods, this folklore research in elementary schools is discussed using an analysis of disaster mitigation and an environmentally friendly lifestyle. The results showed that folklore contributed to disaster mitigation for elementary school students in Pelabuhanratu Sukabumi and Parangtritis Jogjakarta utilizing several folk stories whose purpose was to build children's understanding and awareness, then for the practical stage it was done through simulation, and for the habituation stage it was done through routines. Values, the values taught are more about protecting the environment to prevent disasters, providing an understanding of the dangers of disasters, and explaining what to do in the event of a disaster.
