Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis stres kerja nelayan tradisional Tanjung Peni Citangkil dan Leleyan Grogol, Pesisir Pantai Cilegon. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil temuan dikembangkan upaya intervensi psikologi kerekayasaan sebagai cara mengatasi stres kerja nelayan tradisional. Populasi dalam penelitian berjumlah sekitar 4000 nelayan; berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling diperoleh 84 responden, nelayan Tanjung Peni Citangkil (45) dan Leleyan (39). Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, alat deteksi stres (dikenal dengan alat HRV-Heart Rate Variability). Skala stres kerja diadaptasi dan dimodifikasi penulis dari konsep dan alat ukur Igor (1997). Teknik wawancara menggunakan pedoman wawancara stres kerja. Sedangkan alat deteksi stres kerja HRV mengukur frekuensi domain HRV yang digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan kondisi stres mental individu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan stres kerja nelayan relatif cukup tinggi dengan nilai mean 53, 385. Berdasarkan nilai t diketahui bahwa stres kerja nelayan Leleyan, Grogol lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan nelayan Tanjung Peni, Citangkil. Data deskriptif tersebut didukung hasil tes HRV dalam stress resistance (coping stress), dan stress index (psikis), dan fatigue index. Hasil data wawancara menunjukkan bahwa hal yang menyebabkan stres kerja pada nelayan tradisional di pesisir Pantai Cilegon Banten adalah lingkungan kerja yang kurang kondusif, mencakup suhu udara, pencahayaan, goncangan, dan kebisingan, cara kerja yang kurang ergonomis, dan manajemen kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) yang relatif buruk.

Abstract

Pengelolaan SDM/Modal Manusia manajer proyek konstruksi yang baik perlu memperhatikan psikologi kesehatan kerja terutama terkait dengan kesehatan mental di tempat kerja. Masalah kesehatan mental dalam hal ini dikaitkan dengan kemampuan mengelola stres. Stres adalah persepsi terhadap situasi dan kondisi yang dialami oleh individu dalam lingkungan kehidupannya (Manurung, 2023). Stres berdampak positif sebagai eustress yang dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja. Eustressdapat terjadi ketika manajer proyek konstruksi merasa tertantang untuk mencapai tujuan atau menyelesaikan tugas yang sulit. Sedangkan Stres dapat berdampak negatif ketika individu mempersepsikan stres sebagai distress. Distress digambarkan sebagai kondisi di mana individu merasa tidak mampu mengatasi tuntutan atau tekanan yang dihadapi. Akibatnya akan timbul beberapa masalah, seperti penurunan kinerja, kelelahan, gangguan tidur, dan gangguan kesehatan mental lainnya. Untuk itu diperlukan manajemen stres bagi manajer proyek. Manajemen stres adalah pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan kemampuan yang dapat membantu individu menangani berbagai tekanan dan tantangan yang terkait dengan pekerjaan. Manajemen stres yang efektif dapat meningkatkan prestasi kerja, produktivitas, mengurangi kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Permasalahan : berdasarkan plant survey yang dilakukan oleh tim FK UKRIDA, salah satu mitra UMB pada Oktober 2023 ditemukan permasalahan psikologi kesehatan kerja, terutama dikaitkan dengan stres, di antaranya : 1) kondisi lingkungan kerja seperti suhu, kebisingan, getaran, posisi kerja yang kurang ergonomis. 2) belum memahami sepenuhnya konsep dan penerapan manajemen stres sebagai pendekatan adaptif di tempat kerja. Tujuan : berdasarkan permasalahan di atas, adapun tujuan program kegiatan ini adalah sebagai berikut 1) menemukenali dan mengelola stres di tempat kerja, 2) mampu mengubah persepsi stres menjadi eustress, dengan demikian para manajer dapat mengoptimalkan prestasi kerjanya. Solusi : perlu diupayakan pendekatan adaptif melalui workshop manajemen stres bagi manajer proyek konstruksi sebagai penerapan psikologi kesehatan kerja, terutama terkait kesehatan mental di tempat kerja. Target capaian luaran : 1) model pendekatan adaptif dalam manajemen stres bagi manajer proyek konstruksi, 2) jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat berskala nasional.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influences of transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and quality of work life on the job satisfaction. This research used causal comparative research design with quantitative method. Samples were calculated by the Slovin method and used proportional stratified random sampling. Subjects were 200 manufacturing employees of Polytechnic X. The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of transformational leadership, organizational citizenship behavior, and quality of work life on job satisfaction, both partially or simultaneously. Managerial implications that can be sugestion for Polytechnic X is that management should pay attention the effective transformational leadership especially on individualized consideration dimension, organizational citizenship behaviors especially on cortesy dimension, and quality of working life especially on adequate and fair compensation dimension, to improve employee’s job satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning organizations and authentic personal branding on work achievement with authentic happiness as a mediator. Considering work achievement must be used as a goal to motivate employees in order to prepare themselves to enter the era of society 5.0. Data analysis techniques were carried out using structural equation model. The results of this study indicate that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence on authentic happiness on work achievement; (2) there is a positive and significant influence of learning organizations on authentic happiness; (3) there is a positive and significant influence on authentic personal branding on authentic happiness; (4) there is a positive and significant influence of learning organizations on work achievement with authentic happiness as a mediator; and (5) there is a positive and significant influence on authentic personal branding on work achievement with authentic happiness as a mediator.

Abstract

The first president of the Republic of Indonesia, Sukarno, reminded the importance of the nation's strength of character which was built on the basis of a deep appreciation of the nation's view of life. Character is not only determine the existence and progress of individuals, but also the existence and progress of a group of individuals like a nation. Like an individual, in essence each nation has its own character that grows from shared experience. Referring to Sukarno's important ideas about character building, to provide life-contents and life-direction, the soul of this nation needs to be built intentionally to re-establish Indonesian values, through awareness, empowerment, and civilization of Pancasila values and morality. Based on the problem of the target subject, efforts are needed to develop an adaptive coaching program approach model in accordance with the objectives of the target subject. The model is used as an adaptive approach in the "Nation and Personal Character Building based on the Pancasila Ideology and Heroic Leadership Approach" as an effort to change the character and mindset of prisoners. The results of this dedication are expected to contribute to the Salemba class IIA correctional institutions (prisons), the prisoners, and all parties who are concerned in guiding prisoners.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and situasional leadership on employee engagement through compensation as a mediator. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Astra Welab Digital Arta which has 216 employees. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Lisrel, sample of this research uses purposive sampling. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence of situational leadership to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and situational leadership to compensation, there is a positive and significant influence compensation to situational leadership, there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and situational leadership on employee engagement through compensation as a mediator

Abstract

This study aims to identify, describe, and analyze a positive psychological approach through authentic happiness in an effort to prevent and ward off radicalism in campus communities (universities) in the DKI Jakarta area. This research used a qualitative approach with a phenomenological study through the focus group discussion technique. The validity of the research will be obtained through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmatory research data. totaling 10 people (source persons). The research question that wants to be answered in this research is the importance of a positive psychological approach through authentic happiness to provide positive support in an effort to prevent and ward off radicalism among the campus community in the DKI Jakarta. The results of this research: 1) obtained a comprehensive and in-depth picture of the latent dangers and manifestations of radicalism that can develop in the campus community, 2) a positive psychological approach can be used through a development plan for the application of authentic happiness models in an effort to prevent and warding off radicalism among the campus community in the Jakarta, and 3) developing a more adaptive Pancasila grounding strategy in solving the problem of radicalism in campus communities in the Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work engagement and learning organizations simultaneously on work performance through employee stress at Pupuk Kalimantan Timur Corporation. Research sampling with purposive sampling technique, namely, the sample is carried out with the requirements set by the researcher totaling 1,370 employees from various work departments, both at the center and at the branch. This research uses a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Smart PLS. The results of the study are known how important work performance is as a critical indicator of success for both employees and the company, the importance of understanding stress from concept to application, especially related to how to manage stress, as well as the implementation of work engagement and learning organizations as concepts that affect work performance with stress as a mediator.

Abstract

Each organization not only requires qualified human resources but also individuals who want to do things outside of their formal duties to support the organization in achieving success. This study aims to examine and analyze work engagement as a mediator of authentic personal branding and growth mindset on organizational citizenship behavior at Perpustakaan Nasional Republik Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with a structural equation model using Lisrel 8.72. Using non-probability (purposive sampling) in which employee criteria as government employee and librarian, therefore the sample is numbered, 238 respondents. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant effect: 1) work engagement on organizational citizenship behavior, 2) authentic personal branding on work engagement, 3) growth mindset on work engagement, 4) authentic personal branding on organizational citizenship behavior with work engagement as a mediator, and 5) growth mindset on organizational citizenship behavior with work engagement as mediator.
