Abstract

Mendongeng merupakan tradisi masyarakat yang sudah ada sejak berabad-abad lalu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bahwa mendongeng berbasis kearifan lokal dapat meningkatkan minat baca anak usia sekolah dasar. Pendekatan kegiatan menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan atau action reseach dengan setting sosial. Penggunaan action reseach dalam kegiatan menghasilkan produk berupa masukan perbaikan yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan ouput kegiatan. Hasil action reseach menyatakan bahwa materi dongeng jenis fabel cocok disampaikan pada anak yang masih dalam fase kognitif tingkat pre-konvensional. Penokohan binatang dalam dongeng yang diasumsikan dapat berbicara dan berperilaku seperti manusia memudahkan hubungan antara logika dan realita. Perlakuan permainan tradisional dalam mendonngeng mengantarkan suasana semakin menarik dan menyenangkan.

Abstract

This research aims to explore and analyze the implementation of online-based new student admissions management in Islamic educational institutions. The problems identified include challenges in the new student admissions process, the effectiveness of the online system, and stakeholder perceptions of the use of technology in admissions management. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, involving in-depth interviews with admissions managers, administrative staff, and prospective students. The research results show that the online system has provided efficiency in the admission process, but still faces several technical obstacles and resistance from several stakeholders. In addition, it was found that technology-related training and effective communication could increase acceptance of the new system. In conclusion, online-based new student admissions management offers the potential to increase efficiency and accessibility, but requires appropriate adjustments and strong support from all relevant parties

Abstract

Islamic education greatly influences the morals and character of teenagers, especially through the spread of religious values ​​that are applied in everyday life. The focus of this research is to see the role of Islamic education as an agent of socialization in forming moral values ​​among teenagers and how teenagers view the role of Islamic education in forming their moral values ​​at Budi Luhur Mandiri Sangatta Utara Middle School. The aim of the research is to see the role of Islamic education as an agent of socialization in forming moral values ​​among teenagers, and to find out teenagers' views on the role of Islamic education in shaping their moral values ​​at Budi Luhur Mandiri Sangatta Utara Middle School. This research uses qualitative methods with a descriptive type. To collect data, researchers used interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that spiritual and religious programs such as "29 Noble Characters" and "6 Luhur Thobiats", which instill moral values ​​among students at SMP Budi Luhur Mandiri Sangatta Utara, have worked well in socializing moral values ​​among students. teenager. Researchers found that Islamic education at Budi Luhur Mandiri Middle School has played an important role in shaping student morality, both through school culture and habits and the application of Islamic values ​​in everyday life. Meanwhile, teenagers' perceptions regarding how Islamic education shapes their moral values ​​are very positive. They also say that Islamic education builds students' morals at home, in the community, and at school. Islamic education can help change the character of teenagers if implemented correctly. Therefore, it is important for educators to continue to develop interesting and relevant teaching approaches so that teenagers are interested and involved in the learning process.

Abstract

Pricing in marketing educational services is one of the important aspects that affect the competitiveness and sustainability of educational institutions. This study aims to analyze cost-based, value-based, and competition-based pricing strategies in the education sector in Indonesia. A qualitative approach with a library research method is used to identify various relevant pricing techniques and their impact on the attractiveness of educational institutions. The results of the study indicate that a combination of cost-based and value-based strategies has great potential in improving the financial sustainability of institutions while strengthening the perception of quality in the eyes of consumers. These findings provide practical implications in the form of guidelines for educational institution managers to set competitive, relevant, and market-needed prices. By implementing the right techniques, educational institutions can improve financial sustainability and attractiveness to prospective students, as well as maintain competitiveness in the competitive education market.
