Abstract

Education financing is a crucial element in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of education management. It serves as an essential financial resource in determining the success and smooth implementation of education programs, while also being an integral part of education management. This study aims to analyze and describe the management of education financing at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Swasta Annida Al Islamy, Bekasi Timur, Kota Bekasi. The research addresses the issue of low education quality, partly caused by ineffective financial management strategies. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving the head of the madrasah, treasurer, and administrative staff as research subjects. Data collection techniques include in-depth interviews, direct observations, and document studies. Data analysis is conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while data validity is ensured using triangulation of methods and sources. The findings reveal that budgeting, implementation, and financial evaluation processes at MTs Annida Al Islamy are well-executed and effective. The financial strategies implemented include scholarships for outstanding students, underprivileged students, orphans, and full scholarships for children of teachers. These findings affirm that effective financial management supports the sustainability of education programs and enhances accessibility for various community groups at the madrasah.

Abstract

Marriage is a very important and sacred event in life, because marriage is a step towards entering a new life. The hadith stipulates the monastery of a child to be married because of marriage. All clerics agreed on the existence of such a monasticism between breastfed children and breastfeeding women. The breastfed child becomes a child for the woman who feeds him so it is illegitimate to marry forever. For the child can look at the woman, be alone, and travel together. In this study using the type of library research (library research), this research is also qualitative. The prohibition of marriage is also sometimes necessary based on eugenic reasons (to glorify or improve race) such as the prohibition of remarriage for lunatics, severe memory weakness, people with epilepsy (ayan), and people with other severe mental illnesses. As for the meaning of the prohibition of marrying mahram, especially mahram persusuan, namely marrying a persusuan brother or persusuan mother, but in this case the marriage is prohibited because in the hadith of the Prophet is actually an illegitimate relationship equal to forbidden because of the nasab relationship, and is prohibited both by the State Law and the Islamic religion. However, if inbreeding occurs, it is feared that there will be diseases or problems that cause the personality or personality of a person, especially children, to be bad.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of technology presents both challenges and opportunities for Islamic education, such as the separation of religious and general knowledge, weak research culture, unstable curriculum, limited human resources, and suboptimal management. This community service aimed to enhance understanding of the importance of strategic planning in improving educational quality at SMP Terpadu Jamanis Parigi, Pangandaran. The implementation method combined observation, descriptive approach, FGD, and active participation using a persuasive-educative approach. Observation was used to map the actual management conditions, while active participation involved all school stakeholders. Results showed 80% of participants experienced significant improvement in understanding and skills, and the remaining 20% showed moderate improvement, demonstrating the effectiveness of the solutions provided. The impact includes the development of an actionable plan to improve education quality, potential for further training in financial management and adaptive curriculum development, as well as independent learning modules, group-based learning, and online discussion forums. The program highlights strategic planning as a crucial guide for educational institutions in achieving their vision and mission.
