Abstract

Musim yang tidak menentu dan mengkibatkan hujan di wilayah Indonesia penyakit Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) meningkatkan potensi penyaki tersebut. Kabupaten bandung menjadi penyumbang tetnggi angka kematian akibat Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) teratat 29 kasus kematian, Sehingga perlunya edukasi terhadap masyarakat sekitar tentang pencegahan Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) serta pertolongan pertama terhadap penderita Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD). Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) adalah upaya untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar atau menciptakan kondisi bagi individu, keluarga, kelompok dan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku dengan membuka saluran komunikasi, memberikan informasi dan pendidikan untuk membantu masyarakat mengenali dan memecahkan masalah sendiri. Tingginya angka kejadian DBD yaitu kepadatan penduduk, kurangnya perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat, rendahnya pengetahuan dan pendidikan masyarakat, tertinggalnya informasi, Salah satu upaya pemberantasan penyakit DBD adalah dengan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat melalui penyuluhan dan edukasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya hidup bersih dan sehat dan cara 3M plus yang dilakukan di Alun-alun kecamatan Ciparay Kabupaten Bandung tahun 2025. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kesadaran para masyarakat, pedagang dan pengunjung dalam menjaga kebersihan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari di Alun-Alun Ciparay. Kata Kunci: Perilaku hidup bersih sehat, Demam Berdarah, Penyuluhan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that Islam recognizes the existence of four most prominent schools of thought, namely Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i, and Hambali. The scholars and Imams of the madhhab essentially discuss Islamic law. The discussion includes various concepts, including opinions, beliefs, ideologies, doctrines, teachings, understandings, and legal frameworks. Imam Hanafi is one of them, who has a rational style of fiqh and ushul fiqh thinking. This research aims to analyze how the biography and social and intellectual conditions at the time of Imam Abu Hanifah and how the pattern of ijtihad and examples of Imam Abu Hanifah's opinions in Islamic Law. This research uses a normative juridical approach and descriptive analysis method. Data was collected using literature study techniques, and using qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that Imam Abu Hanifah was a jurist who lived during the Umayyad and Abbasid dynasties, which were characterized by rapid social and intellectual development. He created the Hanafi school, known as flexible and moderate, which emphasizes the use of reason and ijtihad in determining Islamic law. In addition, the istihsan and urf methods that Imam Abu Hanifah introduced in fiqh allowed for the application of laws that were more in line with local social and cultural contexts. This shows that Imam Abu Hanifah valued and balanced customs and Islamic values.

Abstract

This study examines the protection of the right to privacy from the perspective of Islamic law and Article 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). The right to privacy is a fundamental human right, particularly in the modern era where rapid technological advancement has amplified the risks of data breaches and personal intrusion. The research aims to analyze the Islamic concept of privacy, compare it with international legal standards, and explore their implementation in daily life. Utilizing a qualitative-comparative method, this study reveals both the convergence of values and the divergence in approaches between maqāṣid al-sharīʿah in Islam and the principles of international human rights law. The findings indicate that both legal frameworks uphold privacy as an essential element of human dignity and individual freedom. Islamic law provides spiritual, moral, and legal foundations that align with the intent of Article 12 UDHR, while also emphasizing the social responsibility of respecting others’ privacy. These insights underscore the necessity of cultivating collective awareness of the right to privacy as a means to foster a just, civil, and respectful society.   Abstrak Penelitian ini mengkaji perlindungan hak atas privasi dari perspektif hukum Islam dan Pasal 12 Deklarasi Universal Hak Asasi Manusia (DUHAM). Hak atas privasi merupakan hak asasi manusia yang fundamental, terutama di era modern saat kemajuan teknologi pesat meningkatkan risiko pelanggaran data dan gangguan terhadap kehidupan pribadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis konsep privasi dalam Islam, membandingkannya dengan standar hukum internasional, serta mengeksplorasi implementasinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif-komparatif, studi ini mengungkapkan adanya kesesuaian nilai dan perbedaan pendekatan antara maqāṣid al-sharīʿah dalam Islam dan prinsip-prinsip hukum hak asasi manusia internasional. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa kedua kerangka hukum tersebut menempatkan privasi sebagai unsur penting dalam martabat manusia dan kebebasan individu. Hukum Islam memberikan landasan spiritual, moral, dan hukum yang sejalan dengan maksud Pasal 12 DUHAM, sekaligus menekankan tanggung jawab sosial untuk menghormati privasi orang lain. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya membangun kesadaran kolektif terhadap hak atas privasi sebagai sarana mewujudkan masyarakat yang adil, beradab, dan saling menghormati
