The purpose of the research is to learn how the elementary school uses the development of religious, orderly, and environmentally conscious characters to mold the character of its children. This study used a descriptive qualitative methodology that included the processes of conducting interviews, observations, and documentation. The study's findings indicated that the implementation of the school's strategy for developing students' character through the development of religious character, discipline, and environmental care was supported by good planning, beginning with activities inside and outside the classroom, adequate facilities, and infrastructure.

This study focuses on the subjects, a group of 4 people made up of the school principal, 3 high-class instructors, and tries to assess the management of primary school education that is focused on multicultural education in elementary schools. According to the findings of interviews conducted using a Google Form with informants who have knowledge and experience regarding the incident, the researcher used a qualitative approach through a descriptive method in this study. This method aims to explain a piece of data, an event, or an event that is explored based on the results of the interviews. A structured and occurs with existing justice research approach known as the descriptive method describes or explains data based on facts in terms of objects. Techniques for gathering data that are based on the findings of interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of this study suggest that administration of primary school instruction involves planning, as seen by the creation of teaching tools that are multiculturally integrated. a managerial structure that is built on a multicultural outlook These four aspects are seen based on multicultural values, namely equality, fairness, democracy, freedom, and tolerance, as can be seen from the various activities carried out by the school. The implementation is seen based on the process of implementing teaching and learning activities and supervision, which includes periodic monitoring carried out. According to the study's findings, planning is involved in managing the elementary school curriculum as shown through the creation of multicultural teaching materials.

Postoperative appendectomy experience pain due to surgical wound surgery. Someone who experiences pain will have an impact on daily activities such as fulfilling the need for sleep rest. The finger grip technique is a combination of deep breathing relaxation and grasping the fingers using a relatively short time. The sensation that is felt when doing this technique gives a feeling of comfort, is more relaxed so that it can free mentally and physically from stress tension so that it can increase tolerance to pain. The purpose of this study was to determine the comparison between the finger grip relaxation technique and the Benson relaxation technique on reducing pain in postoperative appendectomy patients at dr. Zubir Mahmud Aceh Timur in 2022. The research method is a quasi-experimental or quasi-experimental research with a pre-test and post-test to group without control research design with a cross-sectional approach. Based on the Wilcoxon statistical test, there is a difference between the comparison of finger grip relaxation techniques and Benson relaxation on pain reduction in appendectomy patients. For finger grip relaxation, a significant value = 0.000 (p≤ 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a difference before and after finger grip relaxation. Furthermore, for Benson relaxation, a significant value = 0.000 (p ≤ 0.05). It can be concluded that there is a difference before and after the Benson relaxation is carried out. Thus it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 means that there is a difference in the administration of the Finger Grip Relaxation Technique with the Benson Relaxation Technique for Reducing Pain in Post Appendectomy Surgery Patients in 2022. It is hoped that the nurse on duty in the operating room of dr. Zubir Mahmud, East Aceh District in order to be able to apply finger grip relaxation techniques and benson relaxation techniques to reduce pain in postoperative appendectomy patients. Abstrak Post operasi appendiktomi mengalami nyeri akibat bedah luka operasi. Seseorang yang mengalami nyeri akan berdampak pada aktivitas sehari-hari seperti pemenuhan kebutuhan istirahat tidur. Tekink genggam jari merupakan kombinasi antara relaksasi nafas dalam dan genggam jari-jari tangan mengunakan waktu yang relative singkat. Sensasi yang dirasakan ketika melakukan teknik ini memberikan perasaan nyaman, lebih rileks sehingga mampu membebaskan mental dan fisik dari ketegangan stress sehingga dapat meningkatkan toleransi terhadap nyeri . Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan antara teknik relaksasi genggam jari dengan teknik relaksasi benson terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien post operasi apendiktomi di RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud Aceh Timur tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian penelitian eksperimen semu atau quasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre-test and post test to group witthout control dengan pendekatan cross sectional.Berdasarkan uji statistik Wilcoxon ada perbedaan antara perbandingan teknik relaksasi genggam jari dengan relaksasi benson terhadap penururunan nyeri pada pasien apendiktomi.yait untuk relaksasi genggam jari nilai signifikan = 0,000 (p≤ 0,05) dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan relaksasi genggam jari. Selanjutnya untuk relaksasi benson nilai signifikan =0,000 (p ≤ 0,05) dapat disimpulkan ada perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan relaksasi benson. Dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimpulan H0 ditolak dan H1 artinya ada perbedaan pemberian Teknik Relaksasi Genggam Jari Dengan Teknik Relaksasi Benson Terhadap Penurunan Nyeri Pada Pasien Post Operasi Apendiktomi Tahun 2022. diharapakan kepada perawat yang bertugas di ruang bedah RSUD dr. Zubir Mahmud Kabupaten Aceh Timur agar dapat menerapkan tenknik relaksasi genggam jari dan teknik relaksasi benson terhadap penurunan nyeri pada pasien post operasi apendiktomi.

This study aims to analyze the development needs of the development of digitally integrated KBAT-based thematic elementary school teaching modules. The research was conducted using a survey method at 9 (nine) elementary schools in Aceh Besar and Banda Aceh districts. The research subjects were 18 classroom teachers who taught thematic learning. The objects studied were the responses of school principals and teachers to the development of KBAT integrated digital-based elementary thematic teaching module development, the tendency of teachers to apply thematic models in school learning, student reasoning, and student character. Data were collected by interviews, questionnaires, observations, and tests. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the analysis show that (1) school principals have not provided guidance on developing thematic models, so they support development efforts.

This study tries to describe the managerial competence of school principals, to describe the quality of teachers, then to analyze the managerial competencies of principals to improve teacher quality both partially and simultaneously in Karawang, Wadas. Qualitative methods, namely through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the principal's managerial competence to improve the overall quality of teachers is going well, the principal makes every effort to carry out his duties as a leader or manager. Syllabus and curriculum programs that have gone well as planned since the founding of the school. Then the concept of the principal leads to the vision mission of the school, and applies open managerial concepts in management. This study aims to determine the parenting style of parents in motivating children's learning, with the formulation of the problem the role of parenting style towards children in increasing learning motivation. This study used a qualitative descriptive method as a stage in carrying out the research. This research will be carried out by taking the subject of parents and students as research subjects. This study uses data collection techniques including the stages of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis used is descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that most parents apply a type of democratic parenting, by applying disciplined learning habits, being independent, and being obedient to worship are able to provide a role for children, especially in learning motivation. The parenting style that is applied to children and is able to motivate children to learn so that they get maximum learning results. Democratic parenting can also form characters in the form of discipline, independence, religion, and communicative.

Educator and character is an embodiment in achieving a generation that is intelligent and able to have morals and personalities that are useful for the Indonesian nation. The success of education is seen from how big their character is when they can balance their cognitive, affective and psychomotor to become perfect human beings. In 2020 there was a Covid - 19 pandemic which caused everything to change, learning carried out in schools changed according to government regulations carried out at home online or learning remotely. The research being carried out now is descriptive qualitative with a literature study that seeks to provide an overview of solutions to online learning problems for the character education of students in junior high schools. This paper presents the problems of online learning, the impact of online learning on student character education, solutions and problem solving. This research uses literature study / literature study, by examining several research results, articles, books and case studies that occur in the field.
