Abstract

Strengthening the capacity of healthy rice Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and the growing market demand for healthy and quality products are essential. However, many healthy rice MSMEs still need help marketing their products effectively, especially in the digital era. One solution to increase competitiveness and expand the market is implementing digital marketing. This study analyzes how digital marketing can be an effective marketing strategy for healthy rice MSMEs to increase their business capacity. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with case studies on several healthy rice MSMEs that have started implementing digital marketing. Data collection techniques were conducted through in-depth interviews with MSME owners and observation and analysis of the digital marketing content used. The study results show that using digital marketing, such as social media, marketing through websites, and e-commerce platforms, can increase product visibility, expand the market, and strengthen relationships with consumers. In addition, implementing the right digital marketing strategy can improve sales and competitiveness of healthy rice MSMEs in the modern market. This study suggests that healthy rice MSMEs should optimize digital marketing as part of their marketing strategy

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze ways to enhance employee performance, investigate a conceptual model, and fill a research gap on transformational leadership style and work motivation through work discipline at PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang Stockfit division.  This study employs a causal approach and a descriptive quantitative method.  This study used a sample of 190 respondents and focused on the PT Adis Dimension Footwear Balaraja-Tangerang Stockfit division.  An interval scale of 1 to 10 was used to measure questionnaire responses.  Software called SmartPLS Version 4.0 was used to evaluate the data. The study's findings indicate that:  1. According to the study's findings, transformational leadership significantly impacts employee performance. 2) Employee performance is significantly impacted by job motivation. 3. Work discipline is significantly impacted by transformational leadership. 4. Job discipline is significantly impacted by job motivation. 5. Employee performance is significantly impacted by work discipline. 6. The Impact of a transformative leadership style on staff performance is mediated by work discipline. 7. The relationship between work motivation and employee performance is mediated by work discipline

Abstract

The palm oil industry plays a pivotal role in various sectors, including food and bioenergy. The success of oil palm cultivation relies heavily on the health of the plant's seedlings. Early detection of diseases and stress is crucial to prevent a decline in crop yields and financial losses. Infrared Thermography technology has been widely employed across various fields for non-destructive monitoring, including agriculture. This research focuses on optimizing the use of thermal imaging in precision agriculture to early detect health issues in oil palm seedlings. Thermal imaging enables the precise measurement of plant surface temperatures, facilitating the identification of plant health issues without the need for further visual intervention. This study has the potential to transform approaches to proactively monitoring and managing the health of oil palm plants. Infrared thermography technology is utilized to observe temperature distribution patterns in oil palm seedlings. The objective is to explore the correlation between thermal characteristics and potential health issues or symptoms in these seedlings. Samples used in the research involve Tenera variety oil palm seedlings aged between 5-9 months, a critical growth phase. The study employs the UNI-T UTi120 Mobile thermal camera capable of measuring temperatures ranging from -20°C to 400°C. Subsequently, thermal image processing is conducted to identify thermal characteristics that could serve as indicators of health issues in oil palm seedlings. Statistical analysis is then performed to test significant differences in thermal characteristics between healthy and unhealthy plant samples. The analysis results reveal significant temperature variations between healthy and unhealthy portions of the plant seedlings, with a significance value of 0,025. These findings can serve as a basis for identifying temperature changes as potential early indicators of health issues in oil palm seedlings. This provides a foundation for developing more effective precision agriculture approaches within the palm oil industry.

Abstract

Palm oil has an important role in the palm oil industry, but health problems in the seeds threaten production results. This research advocates an innovative approach by combining thermal imaging technology and artificial intelligence, especially Multilayer Perceptron Artificial Neural Networks (MLP ANN), for early detection of health problems in oil palm seedlings. The use of thermal cameras makes it easier to measure the temperature of plants and the surrounding environment. Thermal image analysis helps in evaluating thermal characteristics, especially plant temperature, which may be associated with health problems. Temperature data is classified into normal plants and plants affected by health problems, using statistical analysis to strengthen the relationship. A predictive model using MLP ANN was formulated to correlate thermal characteristics with the health condition of oil palm seedlings. The research results show that this model has high validity, with R2 of 0.933 for calibration and 0.930 for validation. In essence, this method accurately predicts the health condition of oil palm seedlings based on thermal images. This approach has the potential to provide early detection of plant health problems quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Through the application of this method, it is hoped that it can reduce losses due to health problems in oil palm seedlings, thereby making a major contribution to increasing productivity and welfare in the palm oil industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mensintesis penelitian terkini dalam bidang Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) berbasis perkembangan kompetensi melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dengan menggunakan protokol PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses), 42 artikel jurnal internasional bereputasi yang diterbitkan antara 2018-2024 dianalisis secara sistematis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa MSDM berbasis kompetensi telah berkembang secara signifikan dengan fokus pada pengembangan model kompetensi, integrasi teknologi dalam penilaian kompetensi, dan hubungan antara kompetensi karyawan dengan kinerja organisasi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi beberapa gap penelitian, meliputi: (1) terbatasnya studi longitudinal yang mengukur efektivitas jangka panjang dari pendekatan berbasis kompetensi; (2) kurangnya penelitian tentang implementasi MSDM berbasis kompetensi di usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM); (3) minimnya kajian lintas budaya tentang aplikasi model kompetensi; dan (4) eksplorasi yang belum memadai tentang kompetensi yang diperlukan dalam konteks transformasi digital dan lingkungan kerja hybrid. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan teori dan praktik MSDM berbasis kompetensi serta mengidentifikasi arah penelitian masa depan.
