Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify and analyse the efforts made by the head of the school to improve the discipline of teachers' presence in primary schools. Research results show that the increased discipline of teacher attendance is influenced by a combination of strict rules, motivation, and coherence of the head of school. In addition, effective communication between teachers and the head of school and the involvement of teachers in the decision-making process also contribute to improved discipline. The results of this study show the importance of the role of the head of school in creating a good school environment and encouraging the professionalism of teachers.

Abstract

This research aims to dig information that can be used as a reference source of knowledge on monitoring and evaluation of effective teacher performance to be applied in schools. Basically, monitoring is one way to ensure quality performance. It is expected that the school's working environment will be improved with the presence of monitoring, review, and evaluation functions. in conducting joint activities by optimizing the role of monitoring and evaluation. Evaluation is crucial to assessing teacher performance. It makes it possible to improve and improve the performance of less-favoured teachers and improve better teacher performance to ensure quality education. The purpose of the evaluation is to provide an assessment and measurement of the performance that has been performed. Therefore, the term evaluation also means evaluation and measurement. In the research this time using qualitative method with the study of libraries as a source of information and reference used.

Abstract

The low competence of teachers in carrying out systematic and accountable evaluation of learning, which has an impact on the quality of assessment of student learning outcomes is a crucial problem in the world of Education. The purpose of this service is to increase the capacity of teachers through training on the preparation of evaluation instruments based on a systematic approach, focusing on validity, reliability, and accountability principles. The implementation method uses a combination of Forum Group Discussion (FGD), intensive assistance (offline and online), and the practice of preparing evaluation instruments. The results of the service showed that 76.2% of participants experienced a significant increase in evaluation competence, the formation of Teacher Learning Communities, and standardization of assessment systems in madrasahs. Implications of the program include strengthening the culture of data-based evaluation, increased accountability of learning, as well as replication model for madrasah. These findings confirm the importance of continuous mentoring and technology integration in the development of educational evaluation systems.

Abstract

Islamic financial instruments were initially only considered as an alternative financial system. However, over time, these instruments have developed into one of the main factors that support economic growth, especially for the lower middle class and the poor. This has encouraged many investors to make Islamic financial instruments their primary choice. One of the significant contributions of Islamic financial instruments is to support inclusive and sustainable economic growth. Sharia-based investment patterns are able to encourage the development of the economic sector without increasing the number of people who are on the poverty line. Zakat and infaq, as an integral part of Islamic financial instruments, have been proven to play a role in distributing wealth to help people experiencing economic difficulties and support sustainable development. With the proper empowerment of Islamic financial instruments, the practices of loan sharks that harm the community can be minimized. Loan sharks often burden the poor with high-interest debt, which instead of helping them, worsens their economic condition. Through the Islamic financial system, the economy can be transformed into a more equitable, stable and inclusive one, so that the benefits are not only felt by the upper middle class, but also by all levels of society.
