Abstract

This research aims to determine habitat conditions as an ecological indicator and measure the level of diversity of insects of the order Hymenoptera on rice plantations in the Manembo-nembo sub-district. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. Insect samples were collected using the sweeping net and yellow pan trap methods. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index formula, Pielou's similarity index (E), and Simpson dominance index (C) are used to measure the level of diversity. The results of research on rice plantations found insects of the Hymenoptera order as many as 35 genera, 16 subfamilies and 14 families with a total of 470 individuals with normal habitat conditions where Hymenoptera insects can still carry out activities on rice plantations. Wasp insects from 24 genera also have functions as biological control agents, most of which are parasitoid and predatory wasps, which have potential as ecological indicators in rice plantations in the Manembo-nembo sub-district. The level of diversity is included in the medium criteria, as is the evenness index value. In contrast, the dominance index is included in the low criteria even though the Pimplinae family dominates rice cultivation in the Manembo-nembo sub-district.

Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project or often referred to as the P5 Project is an effort to support the realization of student figures based on the Pancasila foundation through the process of reviewing student learning materials based on projects. One of the topics of the P5 activities carried out at SMA N 2 Ratahan is entrepreneurship, and coconut oil processing is the theme raised. The implementation method of community service activities consists of dissemination, training/technology transfer, as well as monitoring and evaluation at the final stage. Through this community service activity, there is an increase in the level of community empowerment in this case students and teachers, namely increasing student knowledge and skills about processing coconuts into coconut oil and blondo using more modern tools. The activities include production and packaging. This activity has also been able to improve students' life skills to be able to become entrepreneurs later.

Abstract

Household waste contributes the largest share of daily waste production, necessitating waste management and the participation of women, as those responsible for managing household waste. Eco Enzyme is a product processed from organic waste to produce a multi-purpose liquid that is highly beneficial for women as housewives. The purpose of this activity is to manage waste through the production of eco-enzyme for women in the Sion Ranomut Congregation. This activity increases the knowledge and skills of women in waste management. Furthermore, this activity serves as a means of dissemination and training for women, fostering their enthusiasm and love for the environment at home and beyond. It also serves as a platform for lecturers to implement knowledge and conduct off-campus activities to achieve the Key Performance Indicators for Universities and Campuses with Impact.
