Abstract

Colostrum is milk that is secreted by the breast of the mother first after giving birth. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influenced the administration of colostrum among mothers with a post-sectio cesarean. An analytic survey with a cross-sectional design was applied in this study. The data analysis method used in this study uses a multiple logistic regression statistical test. The population in this study were all postpartum mothers who had birth by cesarean sectio procedure. One hundred samples were selected by accidental sampling technique. The results showed that the administration of colostrum among mothers with post sectio cesarean were 75%, The initiation of breastfeeding was 62%, of them have lack knowledge, the support of majority husbands is more petite that is 82%, the role of the majority of health workers is less by 51%. Multivariate test results obtained the probability of a husband's support variable (p = 0.0001) and the role of health workers (p = 0.038) likely to cause post-section cesarean mothers not to give colostrum by 96 percent, while 4 percent is due to other factors

Abstract

The importance of clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in the household is that every household can improve their health and not get sick easily, children grow up healthy and intelligent, work productivity of family members increases. Clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) is an action that is produced based on awareness and is partly an effort to become a person/group to improve themselves in the health sector. One of the efforts made to improve health is by providing health education so that people are healthy and free from various diseases. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes and clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) in the community in U Baro village, Cot Girek subdistrict, North Aceh district. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. This research uses quantitative research with a correlational design with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out on 29 - 2 August 2023. The total sample was 92 respondents. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data analysis in this study used the chi square test, the results of the study showed that there was a relationship between knowledge and clean and healthy living behavior with a p value of 0.006 < 0.05, which means there is a significant relationship between knowledge and clean and healthy living behavior, it can be seen that there is The relationship between attitude and clean and healthy living behavior has a p value of 0.003<0.05, which means there is a significant relationship between attitude and clean and healthy living behavior><0.05, which means there is a significant relationship between attitude and clean and healthy living behavior.

Abstract

The World Health Organization (WHO) released data about babies who experience diaper rash. This results in as many as 250,000 out of 1,000,000 babies undergoing outpatient care who experience very severe diaper rash. This incident is most often found in babies aged around 1 year. The research aimed to analyze the effectiveness of virgin coconut oil (VCO) on diaper rash in babies at PMB Syafriani. The research method used a plan and strategy to carry out the research, which was included to answer the problems faced. The design of this research used a Quasi-experimental post-test only with a control group with a purposive sampling technique totaling 30 babies. The research results obtained were that the majority of respondents before being given the intervention had a mild/moderate diaper rash category of 14 respondents (46.7%) The majority of respondents after being given the intervention had a mild diaper rash category of 16 respondents (53.3%) Inuence The effectiveness of using Virgin Coconut oil against diaper rash in babies in PMB Syafriani, Nibong sub-district, North Aceh Regency with a sig value of 0.000 (p = value)
