Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Influence of Principal's Visionary Leadership, Teacher Commitment, and School Culture on the Work Productivity of State Junior High School Teachers. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design. The research sample consisted of randomly selected State Junior High School teachers in Kayuagung City District with a total of 151 respondents. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the analysis showed that the visionary leadership of the principal had a positive and significant influence on the teacher's work productivity with a correlation value of 0.243 with a relationship percentage of 24.3% or close to 25%, while 75% was determined by other factors not mentioned in this study. In addition, teacher commitment and school culture have also been proven to significantly contribute to increasing work productivity. These findings underscore the importance of the role of school principals as visionary leaders in creating a supportive work environment, increasing teachers' professional commitment, and building a positive school culture to achieve optimal work outcomes. The implications of this study provide recommendations for education policy makers to strengthen the leadership capacity of school principals and build a conducive school culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : (1) Pengaruh Kurikulum Merdeka  terhadap hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar. (2)Pengaruh Program Sekolah Penggerak (P5) terhadap hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar. (3)Pengaruh Kurikulum Merdeka  dan Program Sekolah Penggerak ( P5) secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada sekolah penggerak yang ada di Kec. Lempuing yaitu SDN 1 Tugu Agung, SDN 1 Tulung Harapan dan SDN 5 Tugu mulyo dengan responden 105 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, observasi dan dokumentasi. Uji Validasi dan reliabilitas menggunakan Cronbach’s Alpha. Uji Prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas,linieritas dan multikolinearitas. Sedangkan data dianalisis menggunakan uji T dan uii F menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Adanya pengaruh yang signifikan kurikulum merdeka dan Program Sekolah Penggerak (P5)  terhadap hasil belajar siswa SD di Kec. Lempuing terbukti dari kontribusi pengaruh sebesar70,1% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang bukan menjadi variabel ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan komitmen kerja guru terhadap profesionalisme guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Mesuji Makmur. Profesionalisme guru merupakan elemen penting dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan, yang dapat dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan komitmen kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 81 guru sebagai sampel dari populasi sebanyak 436 guru. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru, sedangkan komitmen kerja guru memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan komitmen kerja guru bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profesionalisme guru. Meskipun gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah secara individual tidak signifikan, kombinasi antara gaya kepemimpinan yang kondusif dan komitmen kerja yang tinggi mampu menciptakan efek sinergis yang meningkatkan profesionalisme guru. Dengan demikian, upaya untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di Kecamatan Mesuji Makmur perlu diarahkan pada penguatan komitmen kerja guru yang didukung oleh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang inspiratif dan memotivasi.

Abstract

This analysis evaluates global economic developments in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, focusing on the challenges and opportunities arising from this crisis. The pandemic led to economic contraction, supply chain disruptions and increased unemployment, forcing governments and businesses to adapt quickly in the face of uncertainty. While challenges such as widening economic disparities and the need for labour market stability remain, the crisis has also accelerated the trend towards digitalisation and innovation. New opportunities for economic recovery can be found in the technology, healthcare, renewable energy and logistics sectors. Adaptive responses and appropriate policies from governments as well as support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are crucial in capitalising on this momentum for sustainable growth. With the right strategy, the global economy has the potential to recover and become stronger post-pandemic.

Abstract

Introduction to currency equivalence is one of the materials that has many applications in everyday life. This study aims to determine whether role-playing shopping games have an effect on mathematics learning outcomes in the subject of currency equivalence at SD Negeri 13 Tungkal Ilir. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental research method, with a posttest-only control group design. The population in this study is all students at SD Negeri 13 Tungkal Ilir. The sample in this study consisted of class II A as the experimental class with 28 students and class II B as the control class with 27 students. The data collection techniques used were tests and documentation. The data analysis techniques used were data normality tests, data homogeneity tests, and hypothesis tests. From the results of the hypothesis test calculations, a sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect of the shopping role-play game on mathematics learning outcomes in the currency equivalence introduction material for Class II at SD Negeri 13 Tungkal Ilir

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the Magic Box learning media on the mathematics learning outcomes of second-grade students at SD N 35 Palembang in the subject of vertical addition. This research is a quantitative study that uses the quasi-experimental method. It was conducted at SD N 35 Palembang. Data collection techniques included tests and documentation. The study was carried out in class II A, which had 25 students as the experimental class, and class II B, which had 25 students as the control class. The instrument used was an essay question consisting of 10 items. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the Magic Box media on the learning outcomes of second-grade students at SD N 35 Palembang in addition, with a calculated t-value (3.418) > table t-value (0.1677) and a sig value (0.001) < (0.05). In accordance with the hypothesis testing, if the calculated t-value is greater than the table t-value, then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the Picture And Picture learning model has an effect on students' interest in learning IPAS at SD N 35 Palembang. This study is a quantitative research using the Quasy Experiment method. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and documentation. The study was conducted on class 5A, consisting of 25 students as the experimental group, and class 5C, consisting of 28 students as the control group. The instrument used was a questionnaire comprising 20 statements. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the Picture and Picture learning model on students' interest in learning the IPAS subject at SD N 35 Palembang, with a calculated t-value (4.165) > table t-value (1.676) and a significance level (0.000) < (0.05). Consistent with the hypothesis testing, if the calculated t-value is greater than the table t-value, then the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted

Abstract

This study aims to determine whwther there is an influence of giving Rewards on student’s learning motivation at SD Negeri 25 Palembang. The research also aims to identify the obstacles and challenges that may arise during the implementation of Rewards in enhancing student’s learning motivastion. This research uses a quantitative method with a correlation type. The population in this study consists of all students at SD Negeri 25 Palembang, totaling 591 students. The sampling technique used is non-prbability sampling with a purposive sampling method, involving 30 students from class IIIA. Data collection techniques in this study include questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Based on the kolmogrov-smirnov normality last, the significance value for Rewards ins 0,335 > 0,05 and for learning motivation is 0,605 > 0,05, indication that the data are normally distributed. The result og the linearity test shows a significance value for deviation from linarity 0f 0,857 > 0,05, which means the data are linear. The hypothesis test using pearson product moment correlation shows a significance value of 0,438 < 0,05. This means the Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore, it can be concludes that there is a significant influence of giving Reward on student’s learning motivation at SD Negeri 25 Palembang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi fungsi manajemen dalam penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif Canva dan Google Form di SMP Negeri 2 Betung Banyuasin. Media interaktif ini digunakan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran serta keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fungsi manajemen yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi diterapkan secara efektif dalam memanfaatkan media interaktif. Guru berperan penting dalam merancang materi yang sesuai menggunakan Canva, sementara Google Form digunakan untuk mengevaluasi pemahaman siswa secara real-time. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi kedua media tersebut mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, motivasi siswa, dan efisiensi proses pengajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan metode pembelajaran modern di sekolah menengah.
