Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilatarbelakang bahwa Kepulauan Bangka Belitung memiliki kawasan pesisir dengan tutupan mangrove yang berfungsi sebagai habitat burung, udang, dan biota laut pemakan plankton, tempat pembenihan ikan, penyerap polutan, dan menjaga kestabilan pantai. Kabupaten Bangka Selatan, Pulau Lepar, Desa Tanjung Labu memiliki potensi yang besar dalam menghasilkan biota laut sehingga sebagian besar mata pencaharian masyarakat desa sebagai nelayan. Namun, melihat kondisi pesisir pantai yang sedikit keterdapatan habitat mangrove sebagai tempat pemijahan biota, sehingga perlu dilakukan edukasi konservasi mangrove untuk masyarakat pesisir pantai. Pentingnya konservasi mangrove sebagai upaya keberlanjutan ekosistem laut perlu diperhatikan dalam pelestarian kawasan mangrove tersebut. Keberhasilan program konservasi ditentukan oleh adanya partisipasi aktif masyarakat, khususnya para nelayan dan perangkat desa yang terlibat langsung pada mata pencaharian sebagai nelayan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini, meningkatkan pengetahuan, partisipasi dan inisiatif masyarakat pesisir pantai dan perangkat desa dalam konservasi mangrove diantaranya dengan melakukan edukasi melalui sosialisasi dengan tema konservasi mangrove pada daerah pesisir. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah dalam edukasi melalui sosialisasi atau penyuluhan. Hasil kegiatan ini bahwa masyarakat mengetahui secara umum tumbuhan mangrove, fungsi mangrove konservasi mangrove, dan keberadaan ekosistem laut terhadap adanya mangrove. Kelompok nelayan dan perangkat desa memperoleh pengaruh positif terhadap kesadaran dan peran aktif masyarakat serta perangkat desa untuk melakukan pelestarian dan penanaman mangrove di sekitar pantai. Namun, perlu adanya pendampingan dalam metode penanaman mangrove yang baik dilihat pada kondisi lingkungan untuk tahapan pengabdian kepada masyarakat selanjutnya.

Abstract

Although Pangkalpinang City has an administrative government, one of the companies engaged in the printing sector, in this case CV. Prakarsa Indo Karya has experienced a decline in turnover since the last three years. In fact, the market share of the company that was established in 2019 is dominated by elements within the Pangkalpinang City Government. Sales activities carried out can be in the form of procuring printing needs, office stationery, to food and beverage needs within the Pangkalpinang City Government. Analyzing the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty, Brand Image and customer loyalty, service quality and satisfaction, Brand Image and satisfaction, service quality and customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable, and Brand Image and customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable at CV is the challenge of this study, according to Prakarsa Indo Karya. This study employs quantitative research with 61 respondents, and the data analysis method makes use of both direct and indirect validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing. Every instrument from every variable was deemed valid and reliable based on the results of the validity and reliability tests. There is no direct relationship between the service quality variable and customer loyalty, no direct relationship between the Brand Image variable and customer loyalty, a direct and significant relationship between the service quality variable and satisfaction, no direct relationship between the satisfaction variable and customer loyalty, no relationship between the service quality variable and customer loyalty with satisfaction acting as an intervening variable, and no relationship between the Brand Image variable and customer loyalty with satisfaction acting as an intervening variable, according to the results of the hypothesis testing that was conducted at CV. Prakarsa Indo Karya.

Abstract

The primary objective of this study is to investigate the partial and simultaneous effects of green accounting and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) on firm value, specifically focusing on companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) during the period from 2019 to 2022. This research employs a quantitative approach, utilizing statistical methods to analyze the relationships between the variables of interest, thereby providing empirical evidence regarding their impact on firm value. Data for this study is sourced from annual financial reports, sustainability reports, and other relevant documents published by the companies on the JII, along with secondary data from reputable financial databases and publications to support the analysis. The data analysis techniques employed include regression analysis, which assesses the relationships between green accounting, GRI, and firm value, while also examining the moderating effect of media exposure on these relationships. The findings indicate that the green accounting variable does not have a significant effect on firm value, whereas the GRI variable demonstrates a positive impact on firm value. Furthermore, the study reveals that media exposure does not moderate the relationship between green accounting and GRI on firm value. Additionally, the combined effects of green accounting, GRI, and media exposure do not significantly influence firm value. This research acknowledges certain limitations, including the restricted sample size of companies listed on the JII and the specific time frame of the study, which may limit the generalizability of the findings. Future research could expand the sample size and consider additional variables to provide a more comprehensive understanding of the relationship between sustainability practices and firm value, ultimately contributing to the broader discourse on corporate sustainability and its implications for business performance.

Abstract

Hasil dari pengabdian ini dapat dirangkum sebagai berikut: salah satu tujuan dari kegiatan PkM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan produktivitas masyarakat umum dengan melakukan hilirisasi hasil laut di Desa Penutuk. Permasalahan utama yang dibahas adalah rendahnya harga produk yang dibuat dari hasil penjualan mentah tersebut, serta kurangnya pengetahuan dan usaha dari masyarakat umum untuk mengkonversi hasil penjualan tersebut menjadi produk yang memiliki nilai jual yang lebih tinggi.  Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam proses hilirisasi, diversifikasi produk, dan strategi pemasaran. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah hasil laut menjadi berbagai produk olahan, seperti kerupuk ikan, abon ikan, dan olahan lainnya, yang berdampak positif pada peningkatan pendapatan dan produktivitas masyarakat Desa Penutuk. Pentingnya hasil pengabdian ini terletak pada peningkatan keterampilan dan pemahaman masyarakat nelayan dan petrani untuk menggapai kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat pesisir melalui pengembangan produk lokal.

Abstract

The village economy supported by MSMEs is very important for the progress of a village, especially in the islands, but limited access provides minimal opportunities for MSMEs to develop. Kumbung Village, located in South Bangka Regency, is one of the villages that has the above problems, therefore in increasing the competence of MSMEs, it is necessary to socialise the potential and use of digital technology, especially the use of intelligence that is relatively easy and inexpensive to use. Community service activities are carried out at the Kumbung Village Office with the target of village officials and the community, especially technology-savvy teenagers. The community service programme focused on the use of artificial intelligence in designing strategies to improve the quality of MSMEs and explore the potential of the village that can support the economy of residents. In the service programme, the practice of using Gemini.Ai was carried out to find the potential of MSMEs, making logos as product branding, and marketing strategies. The results obtained were the addition of skills of socialisation participants related to the use of Gemini.Ai in providing ideas and strategies as well as branding village MSME products with positive results and participants understood the advantages and disadvantages in the Gemini.Ai application in providing assistance for the marketing process of MSME products.

Abstract

Pangkalpinang City, as the capital of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, has presented several icons of various nuances. However, of all the icons in Pangkalpinang City, the Ketem Remangok monument icon is not much sought after by the public. So, the problem formulation in this research is as follows: 1) How does the facility (X1) partially influence the brand image (Y) at the Ketem Remangok Monument, Pangkalpinang City? 2) How does satisfaction (X2) partially influence Brand Image (Y) at the Ketem Remangok Monument, Pangkalpinang City? and 3) How do facilities (X1) and satisfaction (X2) influence the Brand Image (Y) simultaneously at the Ketem Remangok Monument, Pangkalpinang City? This research is quantitative, and the sampling technique used in this research is accidental sampling. The sample in this study was 83 respondents who were visitors to the Ketem Remangok Monument, Pangkalpinang City. Data analysis techniques use Validity, Reliability, and Hypothesis Testing (t-Test and F-Test). The variable indicators X1 are public facilities, interior design, exterior design, and cleanliness. The indicator variable X2 is memory, privilege, and pleasure. Meanwhile, the indicators for variable Y are beliefs, impressions, decisions, and actions. In the validity test, all items were declared valid, and the research instrument items were also declared reliable in the reliability test. The result is that there is a positive and significant influence between the facility variable and the brand image variable partially. There is also a positive and significant influence between the satisfaction and partial brand image variables. The F test shows that the facility and satisfaction variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the brand image variable. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant favorable influence from the facility and satisfaction variables partially or simultaneously on the development of product identity (Brand Image) at the Ketem Remangok Monument, Pangkalpinang City

Abstract

Financial literacy skills are crucial for micro-entrepreneurs to sustainably manage and develop their businesses. Financial literacy encompasses the ability to manage income and expenses, record financial records, save, invest, and make sound financial decisions. Low levels of financial literacy and limited use of digital Payment systems are also still found among small business owners in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province, including the songkok resam artisans in Sengir Village. This Community Service activity was conducted in Sengir Village, Payung District, South Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province, from November to December 2025. The method used was a participatory approach that emphasized active community involvement in every stage of the activity. From the results and discussion, it can be concluded that increasing financial literacy and the implementation of QRIS-based Payment digitalization have had a positive impact on songkok resam artisans in Sengir Village. Indicators of success include increased knowledge of artisans regarding business financial management, the ability to perform simple record keeping, and the number of participants who successfully own and use QRIS in transactions.
