Abstract

The phenomenon of brainrot, or intellectual decline due to excessive information consumption, has become a serious issue in the digital era. Brainrot affects information literacy, knowledge management, and decision-making. This study employs a qualitative method with non-participatory observation to avoid bias. Data is obtained from social media through observations and screenshots of behaviors, expressions, and interaction patterns in reels, photos, and comments. The instruments used include internet networks, devices, and social media accounts. The research findings indicate that brainrot is triggered by an information tsunami, social media algorithms that prioritize viral content, and low information filtering capabilities. Its impacts include decreased focus, critical thinking, and knowledge management effectiveness at both individual and institutional levels. To address this issue, more adaptive information literacy, better digital time management, and the utilization of artificial intelligence-based technology to filter relevant information are necessary. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the process and effects of brainrot, as well as strategies to overcome it. Structured social media literacy improvement is an essential step in facing digital era challenges and enhancing productivity.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of facilities and service quality onconsumer satisfaction at Al gifari Residential housing in Enrekang Regency. Respondents in thisstudy were 109, the researcher's data collection process was to conduct observations by givingquestionnaires directly to respondents. Based on the results of the analysis obtained, it shows thatthe facility variable has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction as shown in the pvalue4,507(<0.05), while the analysis results for the service quality variable have a significanteffect on consumer satisfaction as shown in the p-value.4,204(< 0.05). The results of thesimultaneous analysis show that facilities and service quality have an effect on ConsumerSatisfaction with a value of 63.294 > 3.08.Keywords: Facilities, service quality, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Penerapan teknologi berbasis Artificial Itelligence (AI) telah menjadi salah satu acuan utama dalam meningkatkan ferforma suatu organisasi dan lembaga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implikasi kebijakan penerapan teknologi pintar dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pelaporan administrasi di Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) Kabupaten Enrekang. Metode penelitan yang digunakan adalah melalui pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, penelitian ini mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi pintar seperti otomatisasi proses robotik (RPA), kecerdasan buatan (AI), dan sistem manajemen informasi terintegrasi telah meningkatkan efisiensi proses pelaporan administrasi secara signifikan. Teknologi ini mengurangi waktu dan kesalahan dalam penyusunan laporan, meningkatkan akurasi dan keandalan data, serta memfasilitasi akses dan integrasi data secara real-time. Selain itu, penerapan teknologi pintar juga dapat menghemat tenaga dan sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, serta memungkinkan respon yang lebih cepat dan tepat terhadap isu-isu yang muncul. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi beberapa tantangan, termasuk kebutuhan akan pelatihan dan peningkatan keterampilan pegawai serta keterbatasan anggaran. Berdasarkan temuan ini, direkomendasikan adanya pelatihan berkelanjutan, investasi dalam teknologi, pemantauan dan evaluasi berkala, serta kebijakan insentif untuk mengoptimalkan penerapan teknologi pintar di Bawaslu Kabupaten Enrekang. Dengan demikian, teknologi pintar dapat menjadi alat yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja administrasi publik dan mendukung pelaksanaan pemilu yang lebih transparan dan akuntabel.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of green leadership policies to support the digitalization of waste management through the Smart Waste Management (SWM) system in Enrekang Regency. The method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model, encompassing needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The main innovation of this study was the development of a web-based application for real-time waste reporting and monitoring. The results showed positive support from stakeholders, particularly the Environmental Agency and community users. However, implementation still faces obstacles such as inadequate regulations, limited human resource capacity, and suboptimal digital infrastructure. Through a SWOT analysis, strategies were formulated to strengthen policies and increase capacity to address these challenges. The implementation of digital technology has been shown to improve operational efficiency, accountability, and community participation. The application's easily accessible features help overcome communication barriers and increase environmental awareness. However, network limitations and the need for training for sanitation workers are obstacles that need to be addressed. This study emphasizes the importance of concrete policy support and sustainable funding for the digital transformation of waste management to be effective and serve as a model for other regions.
