Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi yang diterapkan lembaga amil zakat (LAZ) Sidogiri Bangkalan dalam meningkatkan muzakki zakat profesi serta langkah–langkah LAZ Sidogiri dalam meningkatkan zakat profesi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa ucapan atau tulisan orang – orang yang diwawancarai. Peneliti melakukan observasi serta wawancara dengan Pimpinan, karyawan, staf admin dan muzakki zakat profesi LAZ Sidogiri cabang Bangkalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Strategi khusus yang dilakukan LAZ Sidogiri Cabang Bangkalan dalam meningkatkan muzakki pada zakat profesi yaitu dengan Maintenance donator (service excellence), strategi Direct Fundraising dan Indirect Fundraising. Langkah–langkah guna menjalankan strategi yang dilakukan LAZ Sidogiri Cabang Bangkalan dalam meningkatkan muzakki yaitu memotivasi muzakki dalam segala aspek baik dengan cara sosialisasi secara langsung berupa kajian taklim maupun sosialisasi secara tidak langsung melalui akun media sosial resmi LAZ Sidogiri, transparansi pengelola zakat serta membayar zakat profesi sebagai pengurangan penghasilan kena pajak.

Abstract

Recruitment is the process of selecting the right individuals for certain positions within the company so that these individuals can do a good job and remain in the company for a long time. This research was conducted at Mie Muslim Sumenep, located in Jalan Letnan Merta, Sumenep City District. This study aims to analyze recruitment in improving the performance of Sumenep Muslim Noodle employees. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods in this study consist of observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that Mie Muslim Sumenep uses external sources with the referral method or employee recommendations and advertising in the implementation of recruitment because the performance of employees obtained from the referral method is better than the advertising method. Through the referral program, the owner of Mie Muslim Sumenep can better recognize employee actions and appreciate the efforts made. That way a good quality relationship will be created between employees and companies that can improve employee performance

Abstract

The development of technological knowledge of SMEs is increasing, and the dynamics in the global economy had a significant effect on SMEs. SMEs need to expand their market share to expand in international markets. This research examined the effects of brand awareness and perceived quality on the internationalization process of SMEs that were carried out on 367 SMEs in Madura. The research results indicated that the brand awareness variable had no significant effect on the internationalization process of SMEs. The significance value was more significant than 0.05, namely 0.079 > 0.05, and had a smaller tcount than ttable, namely 1.760 < 1.966. Meanwhile, the perceived quality variable had a significant effect on the internationalization process of SMEs because the significance value obtained was smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05, and had a greater tcount than ttable, namely 8.671 > 1.966. The variables of brand awareness and perceived quality simultaneously had a significant effect on the internationalization process of SMEs. Based on the results of the F-test on the comparison between Fcount > Ftable, the Fcount was 61.817, or more significant than Ftable, 3.01. The analysis results showed that the magnitude of the effects of brand awareness and perceived quality on the internationalization process of SMEs was only 24.9%. The remaining 75.1% might be affected by variables not mentioned in this research.

Abstract

Perbaikan ekonomi untuk berada dalam kondisi sejahtera yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan. Keberadaan pembangunan infrastruktur fisik baru berupa Alun-Alun Trunojoyo tentunya akan berdampak terhadap kondisi lingkungan, sosial, budaya dan ekonomi. Dampak tersebut akan langsung dirasakan oleh PKL di lingkungan Alun-alun. Maka dari itu, berdasarkan fenomena tersebut peneliti memiliki tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk Mengidentifikasi Konsep Pembangunan Infrastruktur Taman Kota Alun-Alun Trunojoyo serta Untuk Mengetahui Dampak Dari Pembangunan Infrastruktur Alun-Alun Trunojoyo Kabupaten Sampang Terhadap Pendapatan ekonomi Pedagang Kaki Lima (PKL). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, berupa jenis penelitian lapangan. Sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan konsep pembangunan infrastruktur taman kota alun-alun Trunojoyo sebagai ruang publik, meliputi tiga komponen diantaranya yakni, pembangunan alun-alun Trunojoyo dikonsep untuk mampu mengakomodir segala aktivitas masyarakat. Selain hal itu, pembangunan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan sosial budaya di kota Sampang. Selanjutnya, adanya pembangunan ini agar meningkatkan pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat lokal khusunya pedagang kaki lima. Selain itu, dampak yang dirasakan oleh PKL yaitu berdasarkan indikator. Pertama, peningkatan volume penjualan, hal ini mempengaruhi peningkatan pendapatan. Kedua, bertambahnya variasi produk. Kegita, penambahan asset usaha. Terakhir, penambahan tenaga kerja, peningkatan aktivitas bisnis hal ini memaksa PKL untuk menambah tenaga kerja untuk mengurangi beban kerja baik tetap maupun paruh waktu terlebih dengan adanya acara publik maka dapat mengundang sejumlah besar orang atau pengunjang ke suatu lokasi, hal ini semakin meningkatnya dan kepadatan pengunjung ke alun-alun Trunojoyo menjadi berkah untuk pelaku pedagang kaki lima dalam mendapatkan laba dari barang dagangan yang mereka jual.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, exchange rates, BI 7 Day Repo Rate on stock returns in the consumer goods industry in the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) in 2017-2020 partially or simultaneously, using purposive sampling, the sample used is 25 companies. , using a quantitative approach in the form of secondary data, with multiple linear regression analysis found that the results of research on inflation, exchange rates, and the BI 7 Day Repo Rate have a significant effect on stock returns simultaneously or partially.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how green accounting implementation affects the sustainability of businesses. The findings of earlier studies will be examined in order to examine this influence. The meta-analysis method is employed in this study. A meta analysis examines several research findings on related issues. Written research on the application of green accounting in business sustainability, in the form of journal articles selected for their alignment with the research theme, serves as the unit of analysis for this study. With the use of a documentation guide, the researcher is the primary tool in this study. Both quantitative data analysis using percentages and qualitative data analysis using narrative study data from the research findings were employed in the data analysis process. Sample errors were determined by calculating the findings of the meta-analysis. The variance of the population correlation is 0.569, while the sampling error variance is 0.023. A relatively modest percentage of variance, or 4%, is created by sampling error when the variance value of the sample error is compared to the population correlation variance value multiplied by 100%. This percentage shows that sampling error-related error bias is minimal.

Abstract

This study explores the antecedents of customer satisfaction among mobile banking users by refining the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) through the lens of intention to use as a mediating mechanism. In doing so, it deepens the conceptual scaffolding of TAM by juxtaposing ease, utility, and volition within a digital Islamic banking context. A survey of 150 active BSI mobile banking users across multiple provinces was analyzed using Partial-Least-Squared Structural Equation Modeling. The results indicate that ease of use significantly bolsters satisfaction—directly and indirectly—while perceived usefulness exerts its influence chiefly through intention. Surprisingly, usefulness alone fails to predict satisfaction, suggesting a more nuanced psychological calculus in fintech adoption. These insights furnish digital banking strategists with a practical blueprint: prioritize interface simplicity to cultivate loyalty and perceived value.

Abstract

Industri halal merupakan sektor yang tengah berkembang pesat dan memiliki potensi besar dalam perekonomian khususnya di Indonesia yang mayoritas penduduknya beragama Islam, sehingga kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya suatu produk yang memenuhi standar halal juga akan semakin diperhatikan. Oleh karena itu, UMKM di Indonesia memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang melalui Sertifikasi Halal khususnya UMKM di Desa Laden Pamekasan, dengan Sertifikasi Halal dapat menjadi sarana strategis untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dan daya saing serta membuka akses pasar yang lebih luas, namun masih ada beberapa pelaku UMKM di Desa Laden belum memanfaatkan kesempatan Sertifikasi Halal sehingga daya saingnya akan kalah dengan UMKM yang sudah tersertifikasi halal. Dalam hal ini pemerintah mewajibkan seluruh produk yang beredar di Indonesia harus bersertifikat halal dengan cara diakui kehalalannya oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH) yang diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 33 Tahun 2014 tentang jaminan produk halal (UU JPH). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara dan menggunakan studi banding pada beberapa pelaku UMKM di Desa Laden Pamekasan.
