Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing dan visual merchandising terhadap impulsive buying serta implikasinya terhadap repurchase intention pada e-commerce shopee. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa social media marketing dan visual merchandising secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulsive buying. Penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa social media marketing dan visual merchandising secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara impulsive buying terhadap Repurchase intention. Artinya bahwa semakin tinggi Impulsive Buying maka semakin tinggi pula Repurchase intention pada pelanggan e-commerce shopee. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan social media marketing dan visual merchandising dimediasi impulsive buying memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention. Artinya Impulsive Buying merupakan variabel yang memediasi hubungan antara social media marketing dan visual merchandising dengan repurchase intention. Semakin tinggi social media marketing dan semakin baik visual merchandising maka akan meningkatkan Impulsive Buying yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan repurchase intention pada e-commerce shopee.Kata Kunci : social media marketing, visual merchandising, impulsive buying, repurchase intention.

Abstract

Abstract: Background. Business Identification Number (NIB) is an essential element in business legality that provides various benefits for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), such as access to capital, legal protection, and broader marketing opportunities. However, many MSMEs in Kedungjaya Village still do not have an NIB due to limited understanding and access to the registration process. Aims. This study aims to describe the mentoring process for making an NIB for MSMEs in Kedungjaya Village and analyze its impact on awareness of business legality. Methods. This study used a qualitative approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Result. The study's results show that intensive assistance can improve MSME actors' understanding of the importance of business legality and accelerate the NIB registration process. In addition, increasing legal awareness among MSME actors also has a positive impact on their businesses' sustainability and development. Conclusion. Thus, assistance in making NIB can be an effective strategy in improving the legality and competitiveness of MSMEs at the local level. Implementation. This study confirms that mentoring is crucial in increasing the understanding and awareness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) regarding business legality. In terms of practice, this study shows that systematic and technology-based mentoring can accelerate the process of making NIB and increase MSME compliance with business regulations.

Abstract

Abstract: Background. According to Luluatul Fu'adah, Agus Suherman & Fitria Firdiyani (2024) Community empowerment is a strategic effort to develop community independence and welfare through increasing knowledge, skills, behavior and abilities. Aims. The aim of this research is to determine community empowerment activities through the tempe business in Kedungjaya Village, Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency. It is hoped that this research can provide useful information for the government and society in developing more effective and sustainable community empowerment programs. This is very important in facing the economic and social challenges faced by society, especially in Cirebon Regency. Methods. According to data published by the Cirebon Regency Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the poverty line in 2024 shows a fairly high figure, namely IDR 475,046 per capita per month. This means that people living below the poverty line have to struggle to meet their basic needs. Compared to 2023, this poverty line has increased by 5.13 percent, from IDR 451,853 per capita per month. Good news in efforts to reduce the severity of poverty in Cirebon Regency. The poverty severity index (P2) shows a significant decline, from 0.53 in 2023 to 0.36 in 2024. Conclusion. This shows that the government and society's efforts to reduce poverty are starting to bear fruit. Even though there are still many challenges that must be faced, the reduction in the poverty severity index gives hope to the people of Cirebon Regency. By continuing to increase innovative efforts and strategies that create small economic jobs and increase people's income. Implication. Like the tempeh business in Kedungjajang Village, Cirevon Regency. Therefore, community empowerment is a force to increase the income and economy of the small community of Kedungjaya Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat transparansi dan akuntabilitas dalam manajemen keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Cirebon serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaannya. Transparansi dan akuntabilitas merupakan prinsip utama dalam tata kelola keuangan publik yang baik, yang berdampak langsung terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pejabat di Badan Keuangan Daerah (BKD), analisis dokumen APBD, serta observasi terhadap proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pelaporan anggaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Kota Cirebon telah menerapkan beberapa mekanisme transparansi seperti publikasi laporan keuangan secara daring, namun masih terdapat kendala dalam aksesibilitas dan pemahaman publik terhadap informasi yang disediakan. Dari sisi akuntabilitas, meskipun proses audit rutin dilakukan oleh BPK, implementasi tindak lanjut atas temuan audit masih belum optimal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan kapasitas SDM, penggunaan sistem informasi keuangan yang lebih interaktif, serta pelibatan masyarakat dalam proses penganggaran untuk memperkuat transparansi dan akuntabilitas secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: Transparansi, Akuntabilitas, Manajemen Keuangan, Pemerintah Daerah, Kota Cirebon

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh online customer review, citra merek, dan kualitas produk terhadap minat beli kosmetik Jafra di instagram. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa online customer review, citra merek, dan kualitas produk secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli kosmetik Jafra. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa  semakin baik online customer review, semakin kuat citra merek, dan semakin baik kualitas produk maka akan mendorong peningkatan minat beli kosmetik Jafra di media sosial Instagram.

Abstract

Retensi karyawan menjadi salah satu tantangan utama bagi perusahaan startup yang beroperasi di kota Cirebon, mengingat tingginya tingkat perputaran tenaga kerja yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang efektif dalam meningkatkan retensi karyawan pada perusahaan startup di Cirebon. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan studi kasus pada beberapa startup di wilayah tersebut. Fokus analisis meliputi praktik rekrutmen dan seleksi, pengembangan karier, kebijakan kompensasi, serta budaya organisasi yang mendukung keterikatan karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan retensi karyawan sangat bergantung pada penerapan strategi manajemen SDM yang menyeluruh dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan karyawan, termasuk komunikasi terbuka, kesempatan pengembangan diri, serta penghargaan yang adil. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengelola startup untuk merancang program SDM yang mampu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif dan meningkatkan loyalitas tenaga kerja. Studi ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan untuk pengembangan manajemen SDM di perusahaan startup, khususnya di kota Cirebon. Kata kunci: Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia, Retensi Karyawan, Perusahaan Startup, Strategi SDM, Kota Cirebon.

Abstract

Abstract Background: This article discusses the role of students in the Community Service Program (KKN) in Kedungjaya Village, Kedawung District, Cirebon Regency, with a focus on optimizing the marketing and production of tempe in tempe UMKM through Focus Group Discussions (FGD). Aims: The purpose of this community service is to identify and analyze the role of KKN students in improving tempe marketing and production in Kedungjaya Village, as well as the positive impacts generated. Methods:This community service utilized Focus Group Discussions (FGD) to engage with tempe UMKM actors. KKN students from STIE Cirebon provided guidance on digital marketing strategies, social media management, and optimizing the use of marketplaces to enhance the marketing and production processes. Results: The results of the community service show that KKN students played a significant role in providing insights into digital marketing strategies, social media management, and optimizing the use of marketplaces for tempe UMKM. Positive impacts observed include an increase in the knowledge of UMKM actors in marketing their products, more efficient production management, and improved quality of the tempe products produced. Conclusion: Despite challenges in implementation, good collaboration between students, UMKM actors, and the village community is crucial for the success of this program. The role of KKN students has proven valuable in improving both the marketing and production aspects of tempe in Kedungjaya Village. Implementation: The main recommendation is to continue intensive mentoring, increase active participation from UMKM actors, and strengthen marketing and distribution infrastructure in Kedungjaya Village to ensure sustainable improvements in the tempe UMKM sector.
